螯合剂处理复合型重金属废水研究

采用有机高分子螯合剂与废水中的多种重金属离子发生螯合反应,生成稳定且不溶于水的金属螯合物来去除废水中的重金属离子,对四种螯合剂KS-3、KS-101、NKC-60、DTCR在不同加药量的条件下对含有Cu2 、Zn2 、Cr3 、Cd2 等重金属废水的处理效果进行了试验研究,结果表明,利用有机螯合剂的方法处理合重金属废水的效率很高,且有很好的应用前景.

钙基膨润土吸附废水中锌离子的研究

对含重金属离子废水的有效处置一直是人们所关注的热点问题.膨润土处理废水的方法简单、有效且成本低,重金属在脱吸附时的释放率较低,较少二次污染.本试验采用膨润土作为吸附剂,研究其对废水中锌离子的吸附规律.结果表明,膨润土对废水中的Zn2＋具有较好的吸附效果.     

重金属捕集剂KS-101脱除冶炼废水中镉的研究

广西地区有色金属矿产资源多为含镉共生矿物,在冶炼流程中常常会产出大量含镉废水.采用重金属捕集剂KS-101作为螯合剂,与溶液中的Cd2+发生螯合作用形成难以溶于水的有机硫螯合物,达到脱除镉的目的.研究了KS-101加入量、搅拌时间、聚合氯化铝加入量、静置陈化时间对镉脱除率的影响.结果表明,在KS-101加入量为0.6 g/L、搅拌时间30 min、聚合氯化铝加入量为0.4 g/L、静置陈化60 min条件下,溶液中镉质量浓度下降至0.007 mg/L.     

电镀污泥的固化及浸出毒性研究

采用水泥和细砂作固化基材处理含Ni、Cr、Cu等重金属的电镀污泥，对固化块的浸出试验表明：水泥固化该电镀污泥效果良好，固化过程中加入适当的螯合剂KS-3，可以提高固化效果，并对固化块在不同pH浸取剂下的重金属浸出浓度进行了研究。

含氨氮有机物重金属离子废水试验与设计，

通过对兰州金川科技园含高氨氮、有机物、重金属离子废水现场试验,确定了该类型工业废水处理工艺流程。采用两段吹脱NH3-N3两级重金属絮凝沉淀回收金属Co^2＋、Ni^2＋;缺氧、好氧组合生化、生物滤池、沸石过滤器处理工艺。处理后出水COD、NO3-N浓度分别小于100mg／L,15mg/L;重金属Co^2＋、Ni^2＋离子浓度均小于1mg／L。

西藏某铜铅锌选矿废水处理及回用探析

出于对拉萨河水体保护要求,对西藏某铜铅锌矿选矿废水进行处理并全部回用,实现废水的零排放。排放废水中主要含有重金属离子和部分有机污染物,采用"混凝沉淀—ClO2氧化—曝气—吸附—调pH值—回用"处理工艺,可有效去除废水中的重金属离子及有机污染物,满足废水回用生产的要求,实现废水的零排放目标。
