降低萃取法制备锌片中的含铅量的生产实践

采用"浸出-萃铜除杂-萃锌-电积"工艺对含锌烟灰处理以生产锌片,由于高价锰离子对铜萃取剂有影响,所以在电解液中未添加锰离子对阳极板进行保护,导致锌片中的含铅量高。针对锌片含铅量高的问题,在生产中采取增加碳酸锶加入量、控制酸锌比、降低氯离子浓度等措施后,锌片的含铅量最终可以达到GB/T 470-2008Zn99.99的要求。     

大型湿法炼锌工厂电解过程铅的行为及控制

文章对锌电积时铅的行为进行了研究,分析了析出锌中铅的来源,以及导致析出锌中含铅高的主要因素,结合生产实践,提出了在锌电积过程中降低析出锌含铅、提高阴极锌质量的措施,如所有入槽新阳极预镀膜、降低电解液中氯离子的含量、适量均匀加入碳酸锶等,通过实践,目前析出锌含铅内控合格率达98%以上,取得了较好的效果。     

稳定生产精品电锌的对策研究

本文在分析含铅高是影响生产精品电锌的主要原因的基础上,通过对锌电积系统采取系列有效对策,降低了电锌中的铅含量,达到了稳定生产精品电锌的目的,为企业增加了效益。     

Zn(Ⅱ)-NH3-NH4C1-H2O体系电积锌的添加剂研究

对用氨法处理ZnO矿制电锌过程中的添加剂进行研究,选择合适添加剂并考察其复配和用量对电积锌形貌的影响.发现联合使用T-A胶、T-B阳离子表面活性剂和T-C醇时能得到符合工业要求的锌片;添加剂用量的对电积锌的形貌影响很大.当T-A为0.1g/l,T-B为0.05g/l,T-C为0.1g/l时可以得到平整、致密的锌片.     

长周期电积锌工艺研究

针对高锗硫化锌精矿,重点开展了浸出过程杂质元素锗等入渣控制技术、硫酸锌溶液中杂质的深度净化工艺和长周期锌电积工艺的研究,电积锌析出的锌片厚度大于3 mm,为国内实现机械化剥锌技术奠定基础。     

锌电积节能系统评价与技术研究

湿法炼锌电积单元是一个复杂的控制过程和体系,本文利用专家评议法（Delphi）对电积体系的能源利用情况进行了详细的分析和论述,根据生产情况,找出了影响节能的措施和方法.实践表明这些成果有较好的生产指导性,能带来可观的经济效益.锌电积电流效率由改进前的84.7％提高到87.6％;锌电积直流电单耗由改进前的3 250 kWh/t片降为3 196 kWh/t片,每吨锌片节能54 kWh.     

钛基DSA阳极在锌电积上的应用研讨

介绍了钛基DSA阳极电积锌的试验情况。锌电积改用钛基DSA阳极,比使用铅银阳极每吨析出锌直流电耗平均降低约98 27kW·h,电积过程无需添加SrCO3,析出锌含铅低于0 0014%且极易达到Zn99 995的标准要求。并对其应用状况和前景进行了研讨。

金狮冶金化工厂电锌系统除氯方案选择研究

在湿法电锌生产中,溶液中氯离子对电解危害较大,主要表现为腐蚀阳极,使锌片含铅升高,常见的除氯的方法有：硫酸银沉淀法、铜渣除氯法、离子交换法等,国外也有使用氧化铋除氯的工艺。文章对电锌系统除氯的各种工艺进行比较,认为氧化铋除氯较适合冶化厂除氯。     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
