长寿高炉炉缸和炉底温度场数学模型及数值模拟

高炉炉缸和炉底的寿命是影响高炉长寿的关键因素之一。实现高炉炉缸、炉底与高炉寿命同步的措施之一就是在高炉炉缸和炉底冻结一层渣铁壳。要想冻结渣铁壳,在高炉设计时应将1150℃等温线推离炉缸和炉底热面,这就需要计算高炉炉缸和炉底的温度场。为此讨论了目前应用于高炉炉缸和炉底温度场的一些数学模型,并在此基础上开发了通用的炉缸、炉底温度场计算软件。     

关于高炉炉缸长寿的关键问题解析

 高炉长寿化是大型高炉发展的必然趋势,实现高炉长寿的关键在于弄清高炉侵蚀的根本原因。从高炉炉缸侵蚀机理、高炉炉缸象脚型侵蚀原因、高炉炉缸圆周方向侵蚀不均匀性、高炉冷却强度与冷却效率以及高炉炉缸维护技术等5个方面探讨了高炉长寿存在的共性问题,指出高炉炉缸炭砖损毁的本质是碳不饱和铁水对炭砖的溶蚀。具体结果表明,首先,高炉炉缸象脚型侵蚀最严重部位位于高炉炉缸死料柱的根部位置;其次,阐明了直接导致高炉存在不均匀侵蚀的主要原因在于冷却系统的冷却水量和送风系统的风量在高炉周向方向分配不均匀;然后,阐明了冷却系统的作用本质是降低耐火材料热面温度,并提出了高炉冷却强度指数及高炉冷却效率指数;最后,分析了采用无钛矿护炉和钛矿护炉两种模式的高炉炉缸维护技术。     

武钢高炉炉缸炉底技术管理

对武钢高炉炉缸、炉底技术管理的主要经验进行了总结。武钢通过抓好高炉炉缸炉底设计、高炉操作以及炉缸炉底日常维护管理，使高炉炉缸、炉底各部位热流强度均处在受控范围内，大大延长了高炉炉缸、炉底的使用寿命。     

鞍钢鲅鱼圈2号4038 m3高炉炉役末期生产运行实践

介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司2号4038 m3高炉的高炉冷却结构、原燃料条件和高炉侵蚀情况.针对高炉炉役末期炉缸出现的安全隐患,提出结合定向局部护炉和活跃炉缸的整体护炉理念.通过采取钛球护炉、炉缸压浆、堵风口、大风量和高鼓风动能冶炼、规范出铁操作、发展中心气流等护炉措施,并优化高炉操作,实现了高炉的长期稳定顺行.     

马钢2500m~3高炉炉底炉缸侵蚀模型的研究

针对马钢2500m~3高炉,利用有限元法、两点法及两者相结合的方法,开发了高炉炉底、炉缸侵蚀的数学模型,该模型可离线或在线监测高炉炉底、炉缸侵蚀状况。研究结果表明,高炉炉底、炉缸1150℃侵蚀线处于第七层碳砖的中部位置,形如“象脚“。因此,认为高炉炉底、炉缸侵蚀状况基本正常。     

武钢2号高炉炉缸炉底维护

随着冶炼的强化、炉顶压力的提高和低硅生铁冶炼,武钢2号高炉炉缸、炉底侵蚀加快,为此采取一系列维护炉缸、炉底的措施,同时妥善处理了高炉稳定顺行与维护炉缸、炉底之间的矛盾,既抑制了高炉炉缸、炉底的进一步加剧,同时高炉各项技术经济指标大幅度改善.

根据钒钛矿的冶金性能,结合萍乡方大钢铁有限公司安钢4号高炉的生产特点和钒钛矿冶炼对高炉炉墙、炉缸、炉底的维护作用,总结了4号高炉护炉期间高炉的操作注意事项和护炉效果。
