Curie temperature of amorphous alloys Co_(90-x)Cr_x Zr_(10) decreases linearly with increas-ing x.Average magnetic moment per magnetic atom Co or Cr is 1.51 μB or -3.62 μBrespectively.The temperature dependence of spontaneous magnetization at low temper-atures is in agreement with Bloch's T~(3/2) law.The spin wave stiffness constant decreaseswith increasing x from 4 to 20.The range of interaction is 2—3 atoms for x=4 andnearest neighbour atom for x=20.The crystallization temperature increases mono-tonically with increasing x.It may relate to the average number of outer electrons peratom.The crystalline phase components of heat-treated alloys were analyzed by X-raydiffration and thermomagnetic measurement.  相似文献

通过7种不同的温度对非晶合金Fe69 Al5 Ga2 P9.6s B4.6Si3 C6.75进行了退火处理,以研究退火温度对合金磁性能的影响.试验磁性能数据表明,合金的饱和磁化强度随退火温度的升高先增加后急剧减小,在450℃时的值最大,M.为628.76emu/g;而矫顽力曲线和剩磁比曲线的走势相近,且在490℃附近的值较小,其软磁性能较好.试验证明,合金的最大饱和磁化强度的退火温度与软磁性能最佳的退火温度不是同一温度值,其综合磁性能的退火温度应选择450~490℃之间的值.  相似文献

This work aims to investigate the effects of high magnetic field annealing (HMFA) on the precipitation of α-Fe from Fe84-xSi4B12+x (x =1,3) amorphous precursors.Isothermal annealing process for Fe81Si4B15 and Fe83Si4B13 amorphous ribbons has been performed with and without the magnetic field.The magnetic field shows the effects of increasing the nucleation rate and decreasing the grain size of α-Fe crystals simultaneously,during the crystallization processes of the investigated amorphous alloys.By applying HMF,α-Fe crystals with more homogeneous distribution and smaller grain size are achieved in the amorphous matrix,which is crucial helpful to improve the magnetic properties for Fe-Si-B amorphous alloys.The mechanism of HMFA affecting the crystallization microstructure is also discussed in the present work.  相似文献

采用单辊快淬法制备Fe_(40)Co_(40)Zr_((10-x))Mo_xB_9Cu_1(x=0,2,4)系非晶合金,并对3种合金进行不同温度热处理。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、差热分析仪(DTA)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对合金的微观结构、热性能和磁性能进行测试分析。结果表明:Fe_(40)Co_(40)Zr_((10-x))Mo_xB_9Cu_1(x=0,2,4)3种合金第1个晶化峰的激活能随Mo含量的增加而减小,Mo的添加不利于合金的热稳定性。Mo含量的增加抑制了ZrCo_3B_2等化合物的析出,细化了结晶相的晶粒尺寸。Fe_(40)Co_(40)Zr_((10-x))Mo_xB_9Cu_1(x=0,2,4)3种非晶合金的矫顽力Hc均随退火温度的升高而逐渐增大。Mo的添加明显降低了合金的矫顽力。  相似文献

研究了Mn1.25Fe0.75P1-xSix(x=0.50,0.52,0.54,0.56,0.58,0.60)合金的物相、热滞及磁热效应。通过XRD分析表明,合金主相均为Fe2P六角结构(空间群为P 6 2m)。在不同Si含量时,合金中存在FeSi型或Fe3Si型第二相。通过调节Si和P含量的比率,合金的居里温度随Si含量的增加成线性增加,从240 K到313 K。而合金的热滞在逐渐减小。当Si含量为0.58时,在外磁场变化为0~1.5 T下合金的最大等温磁熵变为8.6 J/kg·K。  相似文献

用粉末冶金法(磁场压制烧结)制备(Mn1-xFex)5Sn3(x=0.1~0.5)合金,对其晶体结构、居里温度进行研究。室温XRD分析表明,该系列合金均保持Mn5Sn3的InNi2型相结构,计算发现合金的晶格常数随着x量增大而减小。通过M-T曲线测量结果表明:居里温度TC在室温附近244~391K连续可调,且随着Fe含量的增加而提高,居里温度随成分近似呈线性变化;成分为(Mn0.70Fe0.30)5Sn3合金的居里温度为295K,在外加磁场为0~1.5T下,最大磁熵变约为0.87J·(kg·K)-1,是一种成本低廉的室温磁制冷候选材料。  相似文献

The magnetic properties of Nd_2(Fe_(1-x)M_x)_(14)B(M=C and Si) compounds have been investi-gated.Substituting Fe by small amount of metalloid C and Si atoms,the compounds are intetragonal structure and have uniaxial anisotropy.The substitution of C for part of Fe de-creases the Curie temperature of the compounds and the intrinsic coercivity of bond samples atlow temperature.The replacement of Fe by Si makes the Curie temperature increase with amaximum at the vicinity of x=0.15.When the range of the content of Si is 0≤x≤0.10,thecoercivity distinctly increases at room temperature.from 62.7 kA/m at x=0 to138.7kA/m at x=0.06,where the residual magnetization has a maximum:in the mean timethe saturation magnetization decreases only by a small amount.  相似文献

X-ray diffraction(XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) were used to investigate the crystallization process of amorphous Al90TMxCe10-x (atom fraction in%;TM=Fe or Ni;x=3,5)alloys,Aging effects were examined by X-ray diffraction,The structure corresponding to the prepeak for the amorphous Al90Fe5Ce5 alloy is more stble than the amorphous matrix,but it is not stable for amorphous Al90Ni5Ce5 alloy during the first crystallization stage and even decomposes at room temperature,Although both Al-Ni and Al-Fe have strong chemical bonding,the cyrstallization onset temperature of amorphous Al-Fe-Ce alloys is much higher than that of amorphous Al-Ni-Ce alloys,which is likely caused by the different stability of the structure corresponding to the prepeak.The crystallization onset temperature increases as Ce/Ni ratio increases in amporphous Al90NixCe10-x alloys,whereas it decreases as Ce/Fe ratio increases in amorphous Al90FexCe10-x alloys.A better atomic packing produces as Ce content increases because of the size mismatch in Al-Ni-Ce systems and as Fe content increases because of the increasing Fe central structural units.  相似文献

应用共沉淀-还原扩散法成功地合成了YTi(Fe(1-x)COx)(11)系列稀土永磁合金(x=0.0,0.15,0.25,0.5),确定了其最佳合成条件,采用XRD研究了其晶体结构及在M155型振动样品磁强计上测了其居里温度和磁化强度。得出:YTi(Fe(1-x)COx)(11)系列合金均具有ThMn(12)型结构,其晶胞参数随Co掺入量增大而减小;居里温度点随Co掺入量增大而升高;比饱和磁化强度在x=0.15处达到最大。  相似文献

利用铜模吸铸法制备(Fe0.5Co0.5)71-xNbxZr3Nd4B22(x=0~10)系块体合金,研究合金元素Nb的添加对该体系合金非晶形成能力(GFA)和磁性能的影响。结果表明,适当Nb的添加能有效提高合金的非晶形成能力。当Nb含量为5at%时,可获得具有完全非晶结构的块体非晶合金,该合金呈现典型的软磁性能,饱和磁化强度(Ms)为79 Am2/kg;合金的晶化温度(Tx)为957 K,晶化激活能E为538.30 kJ/mol。  相似文献

The structure, magnetization, and magnetocrystalline anisotropy were investigated using X-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer, and AC susceptibility-meter. It is found that the microstructure of (Sm0.5Nd0.5)2(Fe1-xCox)17 alloys is an (Sm,Nd)2(Fe,Co)17 phase with the rhombohedral Th2Zn17-type structure. The Curie temperature Tc increases with the Co concentration increasing, and the magnetization first increases as the Co content increases in (Sm0.5Nd0.5)2(Fe1-xCox)17 alloys and then decreases slowly. The easy magnetization direction (EMD) of (Sm0.5Nd0.5)2(Fe0.25Co0.75)17 is along the c-axis and a strong enhancement of the crystalline anisotropy energy constant K is produced by the addition of some Co atoms. The anisotropy energy constant reaches the maximum when x = 0.75 and then decreases slowly with the Co content further increasing. The (Sm0.5Nd0.5)2(Fe0.25Co0.75)17compound is an optical candidate for the new permanent magnet, which possesses a high magnetization, a high Curie temperature,  相似文献

实验发现,三元化合物Y_2(Fe_(1-x)Ni_x)_(17)的居里温度T_c随镍含量x变化,当x=0.3时,居里温度呈现极值,T_c=625K。为了研究镍原子部分地替代铁原子后对磁性的影响,取不同镍含量的样品,用X射线测定了易磁化方向,并在高于70千奥斯特的强磁场下,测量了饱和磁化强度随镍含量x的变化。为了研究镍原子在此种晶体中是否有序分布在特定位置上,观测和对比了Y_2Fe_(17)和Y_2(Fe_(0.9)Ni_(0.1))_(17)的穆斯保尔谱线。根据所得的实验结果,分析了居里温度随镍含量变化的原因。  相似文献

Amorphous ribbons of (Ni0.75Fe0.25)78-xNbxSi10B12 (x = 0, 5) were prepared by a single roller melt-spinning technique in air atmosphere. The crystallization kinetics of the alloys were investigated by means of continuous heating, and the activation energies of the alloys were calculated using Kissinger plot method and Ozawa plot method on the basis of differential thermal analysis data. The crystallization products were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. After the (Ni0.75Fe0.25)78Si10B12 amorphous alloy was annealed at the temperatures 715 and 745 K, a single phase of γ-(Fe, Ni) solid solution with grain sizes of about 10.3 and 18.5 nm, respectively, precipitates in the amorphous matrix. The crystallized phases are γ-(Fe, Ni) solid solution, Fe2Si, Ni2Si, and Fe3B after annealing at 765 K. The (Ni0.75Fe0.25)73NbsSi10 B12 amorphous alloy was annealed at 720, 750, and 800 K; and the crystallization phases, γ(Fe, Ni) solid solution, (Fe, Ni)23B6. Ni31Si12 and Nb2NiB0.16 form simultaneously.  相似文献

对Mn1.35Fe0.65P0.45Si0.55Bx(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04)合金的结构和磁热效应(MCE)进行了研究。XRD分析结果表明:Mn1.35Fe0.65P0.45Si0.55Bx(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04)的合金均为Fe2P型六角结构,空间群为P6-2 m,并随着B元素(原子分数)的增加,晶格常数a增大,c/a减小,晶胞体积V略有减小。磁性测量表明:随着B元素(原子分数)的增加,Curie温度(Tc)从228K升高到315K,热滞(ΔThys)变化不大。0~1.5T外磁场下最大磁熵变(-ΔSmax M)下降,分别为3.6,2.5,2.0,1.7,1.9J/(kg·K)。  相似文献

The structure, magnetization, and magnetostriction of Sm0.9Pr0.1Fex and Sm1-xNdxFel.9 thin films have been investigated using X-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer, and optical cantilever method. It is found that the structure of Sm0.9Pr0.1Fex thin films consists of an Sm-Pr-Fe amorphous phase when x≤2.69 and that of Sm1-xNdxFel.9 thin films consists of an Sm-Nd-Fe amorphous phase. The in-plane magnetization of Sm0.91Pr0.1Fex thin films increases with increase in the Fe content, and low values of the in-plane coercivity occur in the range of 1.62≤ x≤ 2.28. The magnetostriction value of Sm0.91Pr0.1Fex thin films increases with increasing the Fe content when x ≤ 1.94 and decreases when x 〉 1.94. The in-plane magnetostriction of Sm1-xNdxFe1.9 thin films under low magnetic fields has been improved by the substitution of Nd for Sm when x = 0.2.  相似文献

研究了高温氧化对铁基非晶Fe78Si9B13合金软磁性能的影响。结果表明:非晶Fe78Si9B13合金带材经高温氧化处理后,在其表面形成了一层厚度约为10μm的高电阻率铁的氧化物层;Fe78Si9B13合金高温氧化磁化变得困难,且饱和磁感应强度Bs由氧化前的Bs=1.42~1.46 T下降到氧化后的Bs=1.29~1.38 T。同时,对非晶Fe78Si9B13合金带材经高温氧化处理后磁化困难的原因进行了讨论。  相似文献

本文用铜模上吸铸法制备Fe78-2xCrxMoxSn2P10Si4B4C2(x=2,4,原子百分比)块体非晶合金系列,制备出直径达2.5mm的Fe74Cr2Mo2Sn2P10Si4B4C2非晶合金棒材和直径达2mm的Fe74Cr2Mo2Sn2P10Si4B4C2非晶合金棒材。发现Fe74Cr2Mo2Sn2P10Si4B4C2具有32K的超冷液相区和高达0.61的约化玻璃转变温度,具有很强的玻璃形成能力。当x=2和x=4时非晶合金的居里温度分别为538K和455K,饱和磁感应强度分别为1.06T和0.71T。  相似文献

Magnetocaloric effect of (Gd1-xNdx)Co2 alloys in low magnetic field   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
The phases and magnetocaloric effect in the alloys (Gd1-xNdx)Co2 with x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.4 were investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis and magnetization measurement. The samples are single phase with a cubic MgCu2-type structure. The To decreases obviously with increasing Nd content from 404 K of the alloy with x = 0 to 272 K of the alloy with x = 0.4; forx = 0.3, the To is 296 K, which is near room temperature. In the samples (Gd1-xNdx)Co2 with x = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.4, the maximum magnetic entropy change is 1.471, 1.228, 1.280, 1.381 and 1.610 J·kg^-1·K^-1, respectively, in the applied field range of 0-2.0 T. The results of Arrott plots confirmed that the transition type were second order magnetic transition forx = 0, 0.3, and 0.4.  相似文献
