采用38g/L的草酸溶液为电解液,制备了孔洞规则有序,孔径和厚度均一可控的氧化铝模板,并研究了阳极氧化工艺对阳极氧化铝膜形貌的影响。实验结果表明,采用38g/L的草酸溶液作为电解液,经两步法阳极氧化可制得孔径均一,排列规则的多孔阳极氧化铝膜。随着氧化电流密度的升高,氧化膜孔径逐渐增大。电流密度过大,反应放热严重,氧化铝膜孔径均匀性,孔洞形状规则性和有序性都下降。在恒电流密度条件下,氧化膜厚度随着氧化时问的延长呈线性增长,但对氧化铝膜孔径影响较小。 相似文献

为了获得大面积有序孔排列以及不同孔径的氧化铝膜,采用二次阳极氧化法可制备大面积有序铝阳极氧化多孔(AAO)膜,着重研究氧化电压、氧化时间、电解液浓度以及扩孔时间对AAO膜孔径大小、膜层厚度和形貌结构的影响,用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)仪进行物相分析,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征多孔膜的形貌.结果表明,在700 ℃以下条件下AAO膜以无定形态存在,经800 ℃退火后无定形氧化铝转化为γ-Al2O3,多孔膜随电压和电解液浓度增加而增大,经H3PO4溶液扩孔后可获得较大孔径模板,扩孔时间与孔径变化呈近似线性关系.为满足应用需求的AAO膜的制备提供了依据. 相似文献

为了得到纳米孔排列高度有序的多孔阳极氧化铝模板,以0.3 mol·L-1的草酸为电解液研究了模板的制备工艺.采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)对多孔氧化铝模板的表面形貌进行表征,X射线衍射分析高纯铝及氧化膜的结构.实验结果表明,铝基体不经过高温退火处理,同样能够得到高度有序的氧化铝膜,简化了多孔氧化铝膜的制备工艺.分别讨论了阳极氧化电压和电解液温度对多孔阳极氧化铝膜的形貌及孔径的影响,并对一步法和两步法制得的多孔氧化铝膜进行比较,结果表明,两步阳极氧化法制备的多孔氧化铝模板的有序性优于一步氧化法.XRD分析证实,多孔氧化铝膜由非晶态的Al2O3组成. 相似文献

本研究采用剧烈-温和阳极氧化(hard anodization-mild anodization, HA-MA)结合快速制备高度有序多孔阳极氧化铝(porous anodic alumina, PAA)膜的方法, 即先利用HA在铝表面快速形成有序凹坑阵列, 然后再对表面留有有序凹坑的铝基进行温和阳极氧化, 制备出有序PAA膜。研究了剧烈阳极氧化时氧化电压、氧化时间对所制备PAA膜有序度的影响。研究结果表明, HA-MA结合法制备PAA膜的优化HA参数为: 0.3 mol/L硫酸、80 V、10 min。HA-MA结合法所制备PAA膜的有序性和机械稳定性与二步温和阳极氧化法的相近, 但形成有序PAA膜所需的时间为4.5 h, 约为温和阳极氧化法的1/4, 极大地提高了高度有序PAA膜的制备效率。 相似文献

Effects of temperature and voltage mode on nanoporous anodic aluminum oxide films by one-step anodization 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Many conventional anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates were performed using two-step direct current anodization (DCA) at low temperature (0–5 °C) to avoid dissolution effects. This process is relatively complex. Pulse anodization (PA) by switching between high and low voltages has been used to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance in barrier type anodic oxidation of aluminum or hard anodization for current nanotechnology. However, there are only few investigations of AAO by hybrid pulse anodization (HPA) with normal-positive and small-negative voltages, especially for the one-step anodization, to shorten the running time. In this article, the effects of temperature and voltage modes (DCA vs. HPA) on one-step anodization have been investigated. The porous AAO films were fabricated using one-step anodization in 0.5 M oxalic acid in different voltage modes including the HPA and DCA and the environment temperature were varied at 5–15 °C. The morphology, pore size and oxide thickness of AAO films were characterized by high resolution field emission scanning electron microscope. The pore size distribution and circularity of AAO films can be quantitatively analyzed by image processing of SEM. The pore distribution uniformity and circularity of AAO by HPA is much better than DCA due to its effective cooling at relatively high temperatures. On the other hand, increasing environment temperature can increase the growth rate and enlarge the pore size of AAO films. The results of one-step anodization by hybrid pulse could promote the AAO quality and provide a simple and convenient fabrication compared to DCA. 相似文献

采用脉冲电化学腐蚀法,以n型单晶硅为衬底制备多孔硅(n—PS),通过扫描电镜(SEM)、室温500—700nm范围内荧光光谱,系统研究腐蚀时间、占空比和脉冲频率对n-PS的结构形貌和可见光区室温光致发光特性(PL)的影响,结果表明,相比直流电化学腐蚀方法,脉冲腐蚀能获得孔径分布均匀且发光强度更高的多孔硅;随腐蚀时间、占空比和脉冲频率等腐蚀条件的变化,其发光峰位及发光强度均有明显改变;当等效腐蚀时间为30min、占空比为0.5、脉冲频率为10Hz时,制备的n—PS的PL强度较高,发光性能较好。 相似文献

The synthesis of Pd-Ag alloy nanowires in nanopores of porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template by electrochemical deposition technique was reported. Pd-Ag alloy nanowires with 16%-25% Ag content are expected to serve as candidates of useful nanomaterials for the hydrogen sensors. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersed X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) were employed to characterize the morphologies and compositions of the Pd-Ag nanowires. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to characterize the phase properties of the Pd-Ag nanowires. Pd-Ag alloy nanowire arrays with 17.28%-23.76% Ag content have been successfully fabricated by applying potentials ranging from -0.8 to -1.0 V (vs SCE). The sizes of the alloy nanowires are in agreement with the diameter of AAO nanopores. The underpotential deposition of Ag+ on Pd and Au plays an important role in producing an exceptionally high Ag content in the alloy. Alloy compositions can still be controlled by adjusting the ion concentration ratio of Pd^2+ and Ag+ and the electrodeposition processes. XRD shows that nanowires obtained are in the form of alloy of Pd and Ag. 相似文献

铝由于在潮湿的环境中很容易受到污染和损坏,从而严重影响了其美观性和用途。为了改善铝基材料的耐腐蚀性能,采用电化学阳极氧化法与十四酸修饰相结合的方式在铝基底上制备了超疏水涂层。通过场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和X射线能量色散光谱(EDS)对涂层表面形貌和化学组成进行了表征。同时利用接触角测量仪、喷砂实验和电化学测试分别对涂层表面的润湿性、机械稳定性以及耐腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:当阳极氧化电压为20V时,所制备的涂层为最佳铝基超疏水涂层,此时涂层的接触角为(155.2±0.5)°,滚动角为(3.5±1.3)°。其对应的腐蚀电流密度较铝基底降低了2个数量级,腐蚀电位从-0.629V正移到-0.570V,呈现出优异的耐腐蚀性能。此外,该涂层还具有良好的机械稳定性。 相似文献

Anodization techniques by alternating current (ac) are introduced in this review. By using ac anodization, laminated alumina films are fabricated. Different types of alumina films consisting of 50–200 nm layers were obtained by varying both the ac power supply and the electrolyte. The total film thickness increased with an increase in the total charge transferred. The thickness of the individual layers increased with the ac voltage; however, the anodization time had little effect on the film thickness. The laminated alumina films resembled the nacre structure of shells, and the different morphologies exhibited by bivalves and spiral shells could be replicated by controlling the rate of increase of the applied potentials. 相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制得了In2O3和SnO2溶胶喷洒在电纺的PVP+正硅酸乙酯纤维薄膜上,在5℃/min升温至550℃,保温3h,随炉冷却至室温,得到分布均匀氧化铟锡/二氧化硅纳米复合纤维膜。大量的试验证明得出:1mL的乙醇中加入0.35mL的正硅酸乙酯的纺丝液的可纺性能最好;用1ml乙醇溶解40mg、50mg、60mg的In2O3,氧化铟锡溶胶喷洒的次数在2—3次时纤维膜的导电性能最好。 相似文献
