We present a learning-based approach for virtual try-on applications based on a fully convolutional graph neural network. In contrast to existing data-driven models, which are trained for a specific garment or mesh topology, our fully convolutional model can cope with a large family of garments, represented as parametric predefined 2D panels with arbitrary mesh topology, including long dresses, shirts, and tight tops. Under the hood, our novel geometric deep learning approach learns to drape 3D garments by decoupling the three different sources of deformations that condition the fit of clothing: garment type, target body shape, and material. Specifically, we first learn a regressor that predicts the 3D drape of the input parametric garment when worn by a mean body shape. Then, after a mesh topology optimization step where we generate a sufficient level of detail for the input garment type, we further deform the mesh to reproduce deformations caused by the target body shape. Finally, we predict fine-scale details such as wrinkles that depend mostly on the garment material. We qualitatively and quantitatively demonstrate that our fully convolutional approach outperforms existing methods in terms of generalization capabilities and memory requirements, and therefore it opens the door to more general learning-based models for virtual try-on applications.  相似文献

In this conceptual paper, we describe and define the range of possible applications, and the technical contours, of a robotic system to be worn on the body for playful interactions. Earlier work on a modular robotic wearable (MRW) described how, by using modular robotics to create a wearable, it is possible to obtain a flexible wearable processing system where freely interchangeable input/output modules can be positioned on a body suit in accordance with the task at hand. Here, we guide attention toward early prototypes to show the potentialities of such an approach, and focus on depicting possible applications in the electronic games domain. Indeed, the MRW is an example of modular playware which can create playful interactions for many application domains, including electronic games.  相似文献

Given a virtual garment model on a reference human model, we propose an automated 3D garment fitting system that fits the garment model to a target human model. The proposed method can transfer garment models between human models without any user guidance even when the reference and target human models have different poses. Our goal is not to resize or deform the original garment model according to the target human model but to yield realistic fitting results of the given garment on the target human models. Using pose-independent segmentation and cloth simulation, we achieve realistic and automatic fitting results in reasonable running time. Our method can replace the time-consuming manual fitting process that is necessary for many applications that use virtual garments, such as games, animations, CAD tools and online clothing stores.  相似文献

This paper describes a novel light sensor-based information transmission system for indoor positioning and navigation with particular benefits for mobile and wearable computers. It can seamlessly extend outdoor GPS tracking to the indoor environment. In a novel manner, fluorescent light is used as the medium to transmit information, which is encoded by using a pulse-frequency modulation technique. The user receives the encoded light information through a photo-receiver. The information is passed into the wearable or mobile computer after the data is decoded. This information allows positioning information to be given to indoor mobile and wearable computers. We design an economical transmitter circuit by adding few components to a commercial electronic ballast circuit for fluorescent lamps with price of less than US $10. The propose system can be used in indoor guidance and navigation applications. Exemplary applications are included in the paper, with experimented results detailed.  相似文献

Increased research in microelectronics, wireless communications, and human-computer interaction, particularly augmented-reality applications, has made a symbiotic system technically feasible. Wearable computing, or wearware, focuses on making this technology useful in everyday life, particularly for integrating contextual data with the Internet to automate mundane tasks. The availability of portable, energy-efficient computing devices that can be easily integrated with clothing has renewed interest in the possibilities of wearware. The notion of a wearable network of interactive devices aiding users in their day-to-day activities is extremely appealing, but for it to become a reality researchers must develop interesting and useful applications. 为了减少脑电信号(EEG)采集系统的复杂性、实验前长时间繁琐的准备过程,以及改善采集系统的抗干扰性、可穿戴性和舒适性,设计了一种带有8通道主动干电极传感器的无线可穿戴脑电采集系统,具有24位ADC,109 dB信噪比,±500 mV/10 Hz的交流输入范围.实验结果表明:该系统和商业系统记录的脑电图波形之间的相关系数为0.89,增加了可穿戴无线采集系统的可靠性,改善穿戴的舒适性.采用该系统可实现脑电的静态记录和基于稳态视觉诱发(SSVEP)的脑-机接口(BCI)应用.  相似文献

The wearable computer is a portable computer that is actually worn on the user's body. Ergonomics is therefore a vital feature of its design. Since humans naturally communicate with voice, a wearable computer also responds to the voice. Wearable computers and global wireless networks make it possible to bring exciting capabilities to the individual. Until recently, wearable computer development has been restricted to academic and military laboratories. Now, technological advances and reduced cost have ignited investor excitement about wearable computers. Wearable system applications in manufacturing, logistics, medicine, training, quality control, communications and even entertainment are now becoming widespread. The earliest development of wearable computers occurred in the 1960s. All of the elements of the modern wearable computer were in place in the Eudaemons system for predicting outcome on a roulette wheel. Since then, wearable computer development has paralleled advances in microprocessor technology. After addressing the important distinction between wearable and mobile computers, this paper will look at wearable computers as an information tool for industry. A short history of wearable computers will trace development from the early single application attempts to today's feature-rich systems. A discussion on current and anticipated applications is then followed by an overview of important related technologies. Finally, the paper will assess how wearable computers could impact twentyfirst century industry and society.  相似文献

We describe a novel wearable energy-harvesting system based on the phenomenon of contact electrification: when two materials are brought into contact and then separated, they are often found to be charged. By patterning circuits out of textiles with specific electronic properties, we can collect and channel these transferred charges to power-harvesting circuitry. As a demonstration of this principle, we have designed and built a garment to display the wearer’s ongoing level of physical activity by powering strings of LEDs using only the energy generated in the garment’s motion. 为提高对老年人跌倒检测的正确率,设计一种可穿戴式跌倒检测系统.研制基于三轴加速度计的跌倒检测设备,给出系统硬件和软件的实现方案;提出基于反向传播(BP)神经网络的跌倒检测算法,将训练好的网络参数植入研制的可穿戴式跌倒检测设备,实现对跌倒的实时检测.实验结果表明:所研制的跌倒检测智能系统能够有效地区分跌倒与非跌倒,正确率达97.37%.  相似文献

In this paper we address the support of wearable mHealth applications in LTE and future 5G networks following a holistic approach that spans across the elements of a mobile network. The communication requirements change from one application to another so we propose a measurement methodology to facilitate the selection of the user equipment to fulfil these requirements. We also discuss a new network architecture to support traffic prioritization, RAN programmability, low latency and group communications to over-the-top applications. Our proposal is validated using several realistic experimentation platforms and the results show that mHealth systems can benefit from our approach.  相似文献

传统的服装检索方法使用固定形状的感受野,当服装目标存在几何变形时无法有效地提取其特征。针对这个问题,提出基于可变形卷积和相似性学习的服装检索方法。首先,构建可变形卷积网络,自动学习服装特征的采样位置和服装图像的哈希编码;然后,级联相似性学习网络,度量哈希编码的相似性;最后,根据相似性评分产生检索结果。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地提取存在几何变形的服装目标的特征,从而减少了图像背景特征的干扰,提高了检索模型的准确率。  相似文献
