概述了我国相关的环保政策、"十一五"环保目标和鞍钢目前的环境状况.为了建设清洁、可持续发展、环境友好型鞍钢,提出了应采取的五项环境保护措施.     

木浆造纸项目的生态环境影响评价

木浆造纸项目对生态环境的影响是多方面的,文章从木浆造纸项目选址的生态合理性、废水对区域生态环境的影响、废气对区域生态环境的影响、原料林基地对区域生态环境的影响等方面进行了探讨。     

基于PCA和GM（1，1）的矿山生态环境预测模型

矿山开采过程中产生的生态环境污染问题日益突出，针对矿山生态环境的预测评价显得尤为重要。综合运用主成分分析法、灰色预测模型和初等关联函数等方法构建矿山生态环境预测模型，可以为矿业企业在未来环境保护及环保投资提供指导与借鉴。首先综合考虑环保资金投入和采矿、选矿对环境及员工的影响构建生态环境评价指标体系。主成分提取后，选取方差贡献率较高的主成分计算分析，可以得到2016年实际得分分别为-4.1776、0.4093、-0.2553以及2016年预测得分分别为-4.2926、-0.2175、0.3312。2016年生态环境评价值为-0.8861，预测值为-0.9708，2017年和2018年的预测评价值为-1.5493、-2.0511。研究结果表明：预测数据与实际数据基本一致，验证了预测模型的有效性，该矿山区域生态环境在持续改善。     

Individual and common components of the social environment at work and psychological well-being.

Interpretations of correlational research on the social origins of psychological well-being are limited by the possibility of reciprocal influences between persons and their social situations and by respondent bias. These issues are addressed in a study of the relation between the social environment at work and mental health. Two components of a social environment were measured: a common social environment, the social climate shared by employees in the same work setting, and an individual social environment, the social space surrounding one individual in the setting. The study related (a) averaged co-workers' ratings and individuals' own ratings of the social environment to (b) individuals' self-reported psychological well-being. A group of 37 bank branches represented work environments, and nonmanagerial personnel in the branches served as participants. Results indicated that the quality of the social environment at work is related to the mental health of employees. More important, the relation was confirmed with an independent measure of the social environment. Aggregate co-worker ratings of the common social environment were significantly correlated with individual depression and anxiety. However, an individual's perceptions appeared to mediate the social environment's impact. As hypothesized, well-being was more closely tied to the proximal individual social environment than to the more distal common social environment. Use of actual and preferred Classroom Environment Scales in person–environment fit research.

Used the Classroom Environment Scale (CES) to aid in investigating the person–environment fit hypotheses of whether the relationship between achievement and actual classroom environment varies with the environment preferences of the class. Students in 116 8th and 9th grade science classes were the Ss. Achievement on several cognitive and affective outcome measures was related to interactions between the actual classroom environment and that preferred by the class. Regression surface analyses revealed numerous cases in which the actual–preferred interaction on a CES scale accounted for a significant amount of criterion variance beyond that attributable to corresponding pretest, general ability, and actual environment. In each case, the person–environment interaction was supported in that the relationship between achievement and an actual environment dimension was more positive for classes whose students had a higher preference for that dimension than in classes whose students had a lower preference. 生态脆弱区经济与环境的协调发展是生态环境保护急需解决的问题。在分析生态脆弱区特征的基础上,研究生态脆弱区经济与环境协调性,并依据可持续发展的驱使力(Driving Force)-状态(State)-响应(Response)模型建立生态脆弱区经济与资源环境协调发展指标体系;阐明了经济与环境协调发展的耦合模型对指标体系分析的适用特征,从而掌握了生态脆弱区与环境发展的协调性关系。

Reviews the research on psychosocial aspects of classroom environment by outlining economical, hand-scorable classroom environment instruments (i.e., Classroom Environment Scale, Individualized Classroom Environment Questionnaire, a class inventory developed by the present author and colleagues [1982]) and describing their past uses. Studies on the effects of classroom environment on student outcomes, use of environment variables as process criteria in evaluating educational innovations, and teachers' practical attempts to use learning environment assessments to guide improvements in classrooms are discussed.
