In this research, waste Polymer Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) in three levels 3, 5 and 7 percent and waste crumb rubber in three levels 2, 4 and 6 percent were used as modifier of 85/100 refinery bitumen of Iran. In order to evaluate low temperature behavior of modified bitumen and it's compare with low temperature behavior of base bitumen, Superpave protocol has been used in this way that Bending Beam Rheometer test (BBR) has been done and with measuring creep stiffness indexes and creep rate, low temperature behavior of bitumen has been accounted according to SHRP standard. With doing Bending Beam Rheometer test (BBR), it is realized that these additive caused to improvement features of bitumen low temperature prior to base bitumen. In this way that 3% polymer Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) and 4% waste crumb rubber are chosen as the optimum mixture. Then with doing Elastic Recovery test, rate of Elastic Recovery of modified bitumen is recognized including different percent of additives and with doing Rotary Viscometer test, viscosity (Pa.s) has been measured for examining pumping ability of modified bitumen. 相似文献

In this article, thermal analysis of modified bitumen by using waste plastics and crumb rubber is studied. After conducting main tests of the thermal analysis including the thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) and the differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) on two kinds of waste plastics, the modified bitumen, and the base bitumen, we have seen that the bitumen modified with the second type of the waste plastics performs better in terms of thermal analysis. Then, by conducting the FTIR analysis on the base bitumen and modified bitumen, it can be concluded that the modification of the bitumen with the waste plastics is a physical process. 相似文献

In this research, adding waste plastics (LDPE) and crumb rubber to bitumen causes the improvement in the viscoelastic behavior of bitumen. The sample containing 3% waste LDPE and 3% CR is the optimum one, which can be resulted from the complex modulus and the phase difference results. In continuance, elastic recovery test at 25 °C was performed on samples, and it was seen that with increase of crumb rubber content, elastic recovery increases because of elastic property of crumb rubber. In sample containing 5% waste polyethylene and 3% crumb rubber elastic recovery has been approached to the desirable amounts according to existence of enough crumb rubber. Finally, for evaluation of bitumen performance in mixture with modifiers, rotational viscosity on samples was performed. 相似文献

NBR, a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile, is used for applications requiring resistance to petroleum oils and gasoline. So using NBR as a modifier in bitumen, resistance against the destruction of gasoline and diesel oil will be increased. In this work, rheological properties of bitumen emulsion modified with NBR latex have been investigated. Bitumen emulsion samples were provided with various percent of NBR latex, and the residues of normal and modified bitumen emulsion were tested using ordinary and dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) methods. Using NBR latex as a modifier caused an increase in the softening point of bitumen emulsion residue as well as a decrease in the penetration grade and temperature sensitivity. At the end, by analyzing temperature sweep curves of DSR, it was found that modified bitumen emulsion residues with more than 6% NBR in residue have higher rutting potential temperatures. 相似文献

介绍了中国石油兰州石化分公司新建20万t/a高压聚乙烯装置的工艺流程、工艺特点及产品方案.该装置采用Basell公司的LUPOTECHT(R)管式法反应技术,反应压力高达310 MPa,单程转化率可达35%.设计可生产乙烯均聚通用树脂、专用树脂及乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚树脂等共计16个牌号的产品.每吨聚乙烯产品平均消耗乙烯单体1.017 t、消耗能源(以标准油计)221.3 kg. 相似文献

Air blowing of asphalt generally decreases the penetration value of asphalt binder so that asphalt becomes more brittle and more susceptible to crack during thermal cycling. The aim of this study is to improve the elasticity of blown asphalt upon blending with 3%, 5%, and 7% by weight of thermoplastic waste EVA copolymer (WEVA). Physico-chemical characteristics of blended samples like (FTIR and TGA) were discussed. In addition, the physical properties including penetration test, softening point, ductility test, and elastic recovery were studied. The chemical constituents of asphalt binder including oils, resins, and asphaltenes fractions were investigated using solvent extraction technique. Also, the flow properties of dynamic viscometer at different shear rate were also measured. Moreover, the mechanical properties including storage modulus, tan δ, and stress relaxation were analyzed with dynamic mechanical analyzer at temperature range (20 °C–80 °C). The sample blended with 5%WEVA demonstrated an enhancement in storage modulus and elastic recovery and decrease in tan δ. Finally the prepared blends were applied on carbon steel panel, the paints showed an improvement in properties such as flexibility, hardness and drying times with good adhesion. The overall results approved that blending with 5 wt% (WEVA) improve the performance of blown asphalt binder. 相似文献

库车山前高温高压气井井筒堵塞物多为垢样,不动管柱酸化解堵作业是目前常用的解堵手段。但在高温条件下,常规酸液解堵易在井筒产生二次沉淀,同时会对13Cr不锈钢材产生严重的腐蚀。为此,研制了一种能够代替盐酸体系的新型氨基羧酸类低伤害螯合酸液体系,典型配方为6%(w)有机酸+5%(w)SA-3+2%(w)SA-701。室内评价表明,该配方具有良好的溶垢、高温缓速、抑制二次沉淀能力,其鲜、残酸在130 ℃时腐蚀速度均低于45 g/(m2·h),满足SY/T 5405-2019 缓蚀剂行业标准。模拟井筒堵塞动态驱替解堵实验表明:该配方酸液能有效疏通堵塞井筒,井径越大、温度越高、关井时间越长,解堵效果越佳;井筒温度为110 ℃时,关井4 h的溶垢率超过90%。室内实验证实,该新型解堵体系能够满足高温气井不动管柱井筒解堵作业的要求。 相似文献

This Paper aims to analyze the influence of the short-term aging on the physical and rheological characteristics of asphalt containing a combination of crumb rubber and rice husk ash at high temperature. To simulate the aging on a short term in the laboratory, the rolling thin film oven test was conducted. Obtained results indicated that adding CR and RA had significant positive effect on the aging resistance of asphalt binder through increasing penetration aging ratio (PAR) values. Nevertheless, adding CR and RA reduced softening point increment (SPI), viscosity aging index (VAI), as well as the rutting factor aging index (AIOR). 相似文献

The influence of multi-dimensional nanomaterials on the aging behavior of bitumen and styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (SBS) modified bitumen was compared. The laboratory aging methods included thin film oven test, pressure aging vessel and accelerated ultraviolet aging. The results showed that the deterioration of physical and rheological performances of two types of bitumens during thermal oxidation and photo oxidation aging could be slowed down by adding multi-dimensional nanomaterials effectively. In contrast with base bitumen, multi-dimensional nanomaterials had a better improvement on anti-aging ability of SBS modified bitumen. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy test result manifested that multi-dimensional nanomaterials could retard the degradation of SBS modifiers during the aging process. 相似文献

The objective of this study was the evaluation of high-modulus asphalt mixtures (HMAM). Two types of hard-penetration bitumen (HPB) and conventional bitumen were used to fabricate Enrobés à Module Elevé Class 2 (EME2) and Grave Bitumen Class 5 (GB5)) and control mixtures, respectively. In this study, complex modulus, fatigue, dynamic creep and moisture sensitivity tests and also, Witczak and Zhou models were used to evaluate the performance of the prepared mixtures. 在深井/超深井固井过程中,井底高温加剧了水泥浆中颗粒的布朗运动、降低了水泥浆内部黏滞力,高密度水泥浆更易发生沉降失稳甚至严重分层,影响固井质量和安全。现有改善高温高密度水泥浆稳定性方法存在着"低温增稠、高温变稀"缺陷,为此,在丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)共聚基础上引入耐高温N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)单体、憎水单体(HCZW-50),采用水溶液自由基共聚法,合成出具有优秀热增黏特性的新型聚合物(TV-1),利用红外光谱、核磁共振、热重分析、凝胶渗透色谱、冷冻扫描电镜等分析了TV-1的结构、热增黏机理等,评价了TV-1对高密度水泥浆高温沉降稳定性的调控规律。研究结果表明:TV-1聚合物耐温性能优异,在20~150℃温度范围内,表观黏度随温度的升高显著增加,其独特的热增黏特性有助于防止高温高密度水泥浆沉降,在155℃下TV-1可将高密度水泥浆上、下密度差控制在0.03 g/cm3之内,为高温高密度水泥浆沉降稳定性调控提供了一种新方法,有利于提高深井/超深井固井质量,降低固井风险。 相似文献
