利用DSC、偏光显微镜(PLM)等方法研究了PET/MFMB的逐渐降温结晶行为,形态结构和制品退火处理收缩率。结果表明,PET/MFMB中PET、PP的结晶起始温度(Tc′)、结晶温度(Tc)均比纯PET、纯PET、纯PP的高,PET的结晶速率也比纯PET的高;PET/MFMB中PET为连续相,MFMB为分散相,配比为78/22的复合材料中MFMB呈颗粒状相态,PET、PP晶体尺寸细小,低模温注射成型的PET/MFMB制品退火处理收缩率比纯PET制品的小得多。 相似文献

采用PP接枝马来酰亚胺(PP-g-MI)与PET熔融共混,用DSC,PLM,SEM等方法对共混物进行表征,结果表明,随着PP-g-MI接枝率的增加,共混物中PET的冷结晶温度降低,PP-g-MI与PET的相容性较PP与PET的相容性有了大幅度提高,同时PP-g-MI改善了PET的结晶性能,接枝PP在PET连续相中分散均匀,粒子尺寸小,分散相互连续相之间有较好的粘接作用。 相似文献

研究了自主开发的PET缩聚复合催化剂的缩聚反应宏观动力学,以及合成PET的结晶性能、热稳 定性、流变性能、可纺性和纤维的染色性能,并与三氧化二锑催化剂进行了比较。结果表明,与三氧化二锑催 化剂相比,复合催化剂可以提高PET缩聚反应速率20%以上,对切片的结晶性能无不利影响,切片具有良好 的热分解稳定性,切片的流变性能、可纺性和纤维的染色性能没有明显变化。在10 kt/a装置上聚合试验,证 实PET切片质量稳定。 相似文献

Composite nanofibers of poly(ethylene terephthalate), PET, with multiwalled carbon nanotubes (PET/MWCNT) were prepared by the electrospinning method. Confinement, chain conformation, and crystallization of PET electrospun (ES) fibers were analyzed as a function of the weight fraction of MWCNTs. For the first time, we have characterized the rigid amorphous fraction (RAF) in polymer electrospun fibers, with and without MWCNTs. The addition of MWCNTs causes polymer chains in the ES fibers to become more extended, impeding cold crystallization of the fibers, resulting in more confinement of PET chains and an increase in the RAF. The fraction of rigid amorphous chains greatly increased with a small amount of MWCNT loading: with addition of 2% MWCNTs, RAF increased to 0.64, compared to 0.23 in homopolymer PET ES fibers. Spatial constraints also inhibit the folding of polymer chains, resulting in a decrease in crystallinity of PET. For fully amorphous PET/MWCNT composites, MWCNTs do not affect the chain conformation of PET in the ES fibers. For cold crystallized PET/MWCNT composite nanofibers, more trans conformers were formed with the addition of MWCNTs. The increase of RAF (chain confinement) is associated with an increase of the concentration of the trans conformers in the amorphous region as the MWCNT concentration increases in the semicrystalline nanofibers. 相似文献

The aim of this work was to investigate the effect of ethylene‐glycidyl methacrylate (EGMA) and ethylene‐methyl acrylate‐glycidyl methacrylate (EMAGMA) copolymers on the rheological, mechanical, and morphological properties of Poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET). The results of torque rheometry showed an increase in the torque of PET with the addition of EGMA and EMAGMA copolymers due to the reactions between the GMA groups present in the copolymers and the carboxyl and hydroxyl groups present in PET. The torque of PET/copolymer blends increased with the increase in the copolymer content and was more pronounced for the blends containing EGMA copolymer. X‐ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry analyzes showed that neat PET and the PET in PET/copolymer blends are amorphous. The addition of EGMA and EMAGMA copolymers delayed the crystallization of PET. Rheological measurements showed an increase in the viscosity at low frequencies with the addition of EGMA and EMAGMA copolymers to PET. This increase was more pronounced for PET/copolymer blends containing higher amount of copolymers and for the blends containing EGMA, corroborating the results obtained by torque rheometry. The impact strength of PET/EMAGMA blends was higher than that of PET/EGMA blends. Morphology analysis by SEM showed that PET/EMAGMA blends presented higher average dispersed phase domains size than PET/EGMA blends. POLYM. ENG. 采用溶液法制备苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸钠(SMA-Na)离聚物,研究其对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)的结晶及熔融行为的影响。结果表明:SMA-Na是PET的良成核剂,加入1wt %的苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸钠使PET的熔融结晶温度(Tmc)提高了17.9 ℃,冷结晶温度(Tcc)降低了17.3℃,显著的提高了PET在高温区和低温区的结晶速度。加入离聚物,使得PET球晶变得更加细化完善。 相似文献

比较了新型阻燃剂无析出阻燃剂A和十溴联苯醚对玻纤增强聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)体系的阻燃和力学性能的影响以及阻燃剂在体系中的抗析出性能。结果表明,两种阻燃剂对体系性能的贡献几乎一样,但无析出阻燃剂A具有良好的抗析出性。借助扫描电镜(SEM)对体系的微观结构的分析发现无析出阻燃剂A在PET基体中分散均匀,颗粒尺寸小而一致。在不同工程塑料中加入无析出阻燃剂A后发现,PET体系的阻燃性能明显高于而力学性能则大大低于PBT和尼龙体系,这在很大程度上是由于无析出阻燃剂A体系使PET树脂摩尔质量降低所致。此外,还讨论了玻纤对十溴联苯醚阻燃PET的影响。适当提高玻纤的加入量,不仅可以提高体系的力学性能,还可以改善其阻燃性能。 相似文献
