研究提高关节机器人轨迹跟踪控制的性能,由于关节机器人运动中产生振动,影响系统的稳定性能。为解决上述问题,提出了一种反馈线性化的自适应模糊积分滑模控制方法。在上述方法的基础上,对机器人非线性动力学模型反馈线性化。为了进一步提高滑模控制的精度,设计了一种积分滑模面的滑模控制器,可以减弱积分滑模控制的抖振。通过设计一个模糊控制器,根据积分滑模面的大小自适应地调节积分滑模控制的切换部分,达到削弱抖振的目的。利用李亚普诺夫定理证明了控制系统的稳定性。仿真结果表明,改进方法有效地提高了关节机器人跟踪控制性能。  相似文献

为了克服传统永磁同步电机(Permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)的滑模控制增益大容易产生抖振的问题,提出基于模糊观测器的PMSM积分滑模控制策略。采用新型趋近律设计积分滑模控制器取代传统的滑模控制器,提高系统的动态响应性能。结合模糊控制与自适应控制的特点,设计模糊扰动观测器,能够迅速有效地观测系统内部参数变化和外部扰动,并对积分滑模速度控制器进行前馈补偿,削弱系统抖振的同时提高了系统的鲁棒性。通过李雅普诺夫理论证明了该控制系统的稳定性。仿真及实验结果验证了该方法具有较强的鲁棒性,可以实现良好的跟踪效果并且无抖动。  相似文献

滑模变结构控制方法因其易实现,鲁棒性强等优点广泛应用于实际控制系统中,讨论了具有积分滑动流形的高阶滑模控制器的设计方法.通过设计含积分滑动流形的高阶滑模面,使系统状态在一阶乃至高阶滑模面上均能达到滑动模态.同时利用高阶滑模面为状态变量设计新的状态空间系统,将原先促使系统状态接近并停留在滑模面上的控制目标,拓展为使高阶滑模状态变量趋近于零的控制目标,并结合最优控制方法来设计等效控制量,利用积分流形设计切换控制的切换面,通过严格证明来证实控制器设计的稳定性.在仿真验证部分采用了一阶倒立摆模型,通过比较常规趋近律滑模控制方法和本文方法的仿真结果,可以得出本文方法在减小系统控制量抖振方面的重要作用和优异效果.  相似文献

The power management of a hybrid system composed of a fuel cell, a battery and a DC/DC power converter is developed. A decoupled control strategy is proposed, aimed at balancing the power flow between the stack and the battery and avoiding electrochemical damage due to low oxygen concentration in the fuel cell cathode. The controller is composed of two components. The first controller regulates the compressor, and as consequence the oxygen supplied to the cathode, via a classic proportional–integral controller. The second controller optimally manages the current demanded by the fuel cell and battery via linear-quadratic control strategy acting on the converter. The closed-loop performance has been tested both in simulation and in real-time simulation using a microprocessor for the controller.  相似文献

For rigid body robot manipulators, the computed torque approach provides asymptotic stability for tracking control tasks. However, the state dependent matrices needed to complete the computed torque algorithm are normally unknown and possibly too complex for a real-time implementation. This paper proposes a simple controller with computed-torque-like structure enhanced by integral sliding mode, having pole-placement capability. For the reduction of the chattering effect generated by the sliding mode part, the integral sliding mode is posed as a perturbation estimator with quasi-continuous control action provided by an additional low-pass filter. The time-constant of the latter tunes the controller functionality between the perturbation compensation and a pure integral sliding mode control, as well as between chattering reduction and system robustness. A comparative simulation study between conventional sliding mode control, integral sliding mode control, and integral sliding mode in form of a perturbation estimator for a two-link robot arm validates the proposed design.  相似文献

针对普通的无刷直流电动机控制策略受电动机本身因素影响,难以达到理想效果的问题,介绍了一种积分反演自适应滑模变结构控制和模糊控制相结合的控制器。该控制器在滑模面中加入积分项,实现了对速度信号的无静差跟踪,提高了系统的稳态精度;用模糊控制器来解决切换控制增益设定只能靠经验的问题;采用模糊控制算法对不确定性进行估计,有效地减小了滑模控制方法带来的抖振;为了进一步提高控制性能,重新设计了趋近律。仿真结果表明,该控制器能够大幅提升无刷直流电动机控制系统的性能。  相似文献

针对一类具有不确定参数的复杂非线性系统,提出了一种自适应积分滑模控制方法。控制器的设计分两步进行:首先,基于被控对象模型构造一个简化子系统,设计出该子系统的一个全局渐近稳定控制律;然后构造一个积分滑模面,设计自适应积分滑模补偿器以处理系统中含有不确定参数的部分,保证了滑模面的可达性和原系统的闭环稳定性。补偿后,系统的完整自适应控制律由简化子系统的控制律加补偿控制器两部分组成。所提设计方法简单,便于工程实现。最后,通过仿真结果验证了设计方案的有效性。  相似文献

In this paper, a robust integral sliding mode control problem for networked control systems with multiple data packet losses is investigated. The data packet losses occur in both sensor-to-controller and controller-to-actuator channels in a random way and they are modelled by independent Bernoulli binary distributed white sequences. The considered class of system is also subject to matched uncertainties and external disturbances presence. A specific sliding mode surface which take into consideration the stochastic nature of the system is proposed to generate a stable sliding mode dynamics for closed loop system. An integral sliding mode controller is designed to ensure the reachability of the specified sliding mode domain. Finally, simulation results, carried out on a linearized model of cart pendulum system, illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this paper the authors propose a novel sliding mode control methodology for Multi-Input and Multi-Output (MIMO) uncertain nonlinear systems. The proposed approach synthesizes dynamic sliding mode and integral sliding mode control strategies into dynamic integral sliding mode. The new control laws establish sliding mode without reaching phase with the use of an integral sliding manifold. Consequently, robustness against uncertainties increases from the very beginning of the process. Furthermore, the control laws considerably alleviate chattering along the switching manifold. In addition, the performance of the controller boost up in the presence of uncertainties. A comprehensive comparative analysis carried out with dynamic sliding mode control and integral sliding mode control demonstrates superiority of the newly designed control law. A chatter free regulation control of two uncertain nonlinear systems with improved performance in the presence of uncertainties ensures the robustness of the proposed dynamic integral sliding mode controller.  相似文献

为解决由极点配置方法构造的滑模切换面会引起系统输出超调这一问题,设计一种新型滑模控制器,并将其用于三容水箱的液位控制系统中.该控制器的设计包括两个相对独立的部分:滑模面的定义度切换控制律的设计.对滑模面的定义,首先解释了滑模面增益参数的选择与产生输出超调问题之间的关系,然后从积分饱和问题以及系统动态特性出发,给出了避免输出引发超调现象的解决方法;对切换控制律的设计,提出了一种新的控制律切换向量算法,该算法使得系统在避免产生强抖振的前提下快速收敛到滑模面.仿真实验表明提出方法能有效地避免输出超调,并且很好地抑制了抖振的发生,有较好的应用前景.  相似文献

In order to improve the control accuracy and stability of opto-electronic tracking system fixed on reef or airport under friction and external disturbance conditions, adaptive integral backstepping sliding mode control approach with friction compensation is developed to achieve accurate and stable tracking for fast moving target. The nonlinear observer and slide mode controller based on modified LuGre model with friction compensation can effectively reduce the influence of nonlinear friction and disturbance of this servo system. The stability of the closed-loop system is guaranteed by Lyapunov theory. The steady-state error of the system is eliminated by integral action. The adaptive integral backstepping sliding mode controller and its performance are validated by a nonlinear modified LuGre dynamic model of the opto-electronic tracking system in simulation and practical experiments. The experiment results demonstrate that the proposed controller can effectively realise the accuracy and stability control of opto-electronic tracking system.  相似文献

为了使移动机器人获得高精度和快速收敛的跟踪性能,设计一种基于积分终端滑模和滑模观测器的轨迹跟踪控制方法.首先,考虑到移动机器人在实际运动过程中会受到地面湿滑、摩擦等原因引起的侧滑扰动的影响,建立其在该扰动影响下的运动学模型;然后,利用该动态模型设计滑模观测器来估计系统受到的扰动;接着,将估计的扰动值前馈至反馈控制器,用来抑制扰动对系统控制性能的影响,从而达到削弱抖振的目的;同时,基于跟踪误差设计积分终端滑模面,并结合滑模面和扰动估计设计新型积分终端滑模控制器;最后,基于Lyapunov稳定性理论对整个闭环系统进行稳定性分析.仿真实验结果表明,所设计的控制器具有更高的跟踪精度和更强的鲁棒性.  相似文献

为提高可控励磁直线磁悬浮同步电动机进给系统的快速性与鲁棒性,提出全局积分Terminal滑模控制策略.构造新型的全局积分Terminal滑模面,对系统状态任意初值可在有限时间内收敛到零点,在趋近律中引入衰减因子,可减小系统抖振;在构造滑模面和趋近律的基础上设计全局积分Terminal滑模速度控制器;为进一步削弱滑模控制的抖振,减小切换增益,用径向基函数神经网络设计扰动观测器,并对扰动进行前馈补偿控制.仿真结果表明全局积分Terminal滑模控制策略能够明显改善系统的动态性能,缩短误差的收敛时间,提高系统抑制扰动的能力,削弱系统的抖振,增强系统的鲁棒性.  相似文献

针对在电液伺服系统跟踪控制中存在非线性不确定参数和外界扰动的问题,提出了一种基于积分微分器的滑模Lyapunov函数的控制方法。首先,在只有位移信号测量输出的情况下,采用高阶积分链式微分器对其速度和加速度信息进行预估。系统存在非线性不确定参数,利用微分器对状态和不确定项的实时估计,设计出积分滑模控制器,实现自适应规律以及对电液伺服系统中不确定扰动的抑制。搭建电液伺服系统AMESim模型并与Matlab构成联合仿真平台,对控制器进行仿真。仿真表明,该控制器具有良好的对非线性不确定参数变化的补偿能力和跟踪性能。  相似文献

In the anode of proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells, the measurable outlet pressure is usually different with the actually utilized stack pressure. In this paper, the anode of PEM fuel cells is divided into three segments to reduce the modeling error between these two pressures and the impact of the spatial distribution of pressure, electrochemical reaction, and gas permeation. Specifically, we first model the fuel delivery system with anode recirculation and bleeding in a MIMO nonlinear compact form based on the segmented anode model. Then, a Lyapunov‐based full state feedback controller is proposed based on the developed model to guarantee adequate hydrogen supply and maintain the anode hydrogen at a suitable concentration level. Moreover, a high order sliding mode observer is proposed to estimate the unmeasurable pressure and the partial pressure in the fuel delivery system with known disturbance. Furthermore, an output feedback controller based on the proposed observer is developed with guaranteed stability. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control and the estimation approaches.  相似文献

In this paper, a new tracking controller that integrates a kinematic controller (KC) with an integral sliding mode dynamic controller (ISMC) is designed for an omnidirectional mobile platform (OMP) to track a desired trajectory at a desired velocity. First, a posture tracking error vector is defined, and a kinematic controller (KC) is chosen to make the posture tracking error vector convergent to zero asymptotically. Second, an integral sliding surface vector is defined based on the angular velocity tracking error vector and its integral term. An integral sliding mode dynamic controller (ISMC) is designed to make the integral sliding surface vector and the angular velocity tracking error vector convergent to zero asymptotically. The above controllers are obtained based on the Lyapunov stability theory. To implement the designed tracking controller, a control system is developed based on PIC18F452. A scheme for measuring the posture tracking error vector using a camera sensor combined with an angular sensor is introduced. The simulation and experimental results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed tracking controller.  相似文献

研究一类时滞非线性切换系统的有限时间滑模控制问题.针对所研究的系统模型,构造每个子系统对应的积分滑模面,基于滑模控制理论,设计带有状态时滞的滑模控制器使得每个子系统能在有限时间内到达相应的滑模面上,并对系统中存在的非线性项采用Lipschitz条件进行处理.根据多李亚普诺夫函数、平均驻留时间方法以及分割策略引理,给出滑模趋近段和滑模动态有限时间有界的充分条件,并通过对线性矩阵不等式的求解得到控制器增益.最后,通过一个数值仿真例子验证该设计方法的有效性.  相似文献

Aiming to solve the tracking control problem of a class of second-order underactuated mechanical systems with unknown model parts, external disturbances and noise disturbances, a double closed-loop layered integral terminal sliding mode control method based on sliding mode observer is proposed. At the outset, the Lagrange model of the system is transformed into an affine model, and a sliding mode observer is designed according to the system structure. Neatly, the outer loop controller is designed using the observer’s estimated state, and the output value of the outer loop controller is filtered with a low pass filter. Then the inner loop controller is designed by using hierarchical sliding mode control method. On a premise of ensuring tracking performance, the control method can maximally improve convergence speed and reduce chattering even if there are unknown model parts, external interference and noise interference phenomena in the system. This simulation results distinctly display the effectiveness of the control tactics.  相似文献

针对具有参数变化和外加干扰的变桨距风力发电系统,提出了一种基于云模型的积分滑模控制。在滑模控制中引入误差项的积分,并用状态量代替误差的导数,消除传统滑模控制需要期望输出信号导数已知的假设;利用云模型的不确定性推理方法,动态地调节切换增益;利用积分的方法对切换增益进行估计,估计出系统中不确定因素的界,有效地削弱系统的抖振。仿真结果表明:该控制器用于风速高于额定风速以上的变桨距控制系统中,具有较好的控制品质,对系统参数的不确定和外部干扰具有很强的鲁棒性。  相似文献
