广州地区办公建筑外围护结构的热工性能与节能分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
办公建筑的空调能耗是围护结构的温差传热、室内热扰、太阳辐射等因素动态综合作用的复杂结果。本文采用DeST软件对广州地区某办公建筑围护结构的各项节能措施的节能效果进行分析,结果表明:降低外窗的遮阳系数、外墙和屋顶的传热系数对减少建筑全年空调能耗和最大空调冷负荷是有利的,但降低窗的传热系数对减少建筑全年空调能耗和最大空调冷负荷不利。建议在办公建筑节能设计过程中,模拟计算全年能耗,确定能耗低且技术经济合理的方案,尤其要慎重考虑是否采用低传热系数的窗。 相似文献

使用清华大学开发的建筑能耗模拟软件DeST h,对宁波地区一幢典型居住建筑的能耗随各向窗户传热系数的变化规律进行了模拟分析。分析表明:各向外窗传热系数变化对采暖能耗有较大影响,对空调能耗影响不大,通过降低传热系数的方法很难减少夏季空调负荷;南向窗户传热系数对建筑能耗的影响最大,北向次之,东、西向最小;南、北向外窗传热系数从4.7降到3.2节能投资性价比最高。并且分析了外窗传热系数降低引起空调能耗增加的原因。研究结果对夏热冬冷地区其他城市也具有参考意义。 相似文献

采用建筑空调模拟软件DeST对我国南北6城市不同传热系数外墙的办公建筑的空调冷热负荷进行模拟计算,计算和分析的结果表明,冬季,外墙的传热系数越小,空调热负荷越小,建筑越节能;夏季的情况与冬季不同,传热系数越小,空调冷负荷越大,建筑反而不节能.室内设定温度升高或降低,空调负荷并不是按相同比例变化,因此,存在满足人体热舒适的情况下最佳室内设定温度.室外气象条件对建筑能耗节能率的影响程度在夏热冬暖地区超过了围护结构的传热系数. 相似文献

以武汉市某居住建筑为研究对象,采用Dest—h能耗模拟软件进行能耗模拟。分析居住建筑用能限值与实际能耗的误差及其产生的原因,研究建筑外围护结构传热系数、遮阳系数、换气次数、建筑朝向、室内空调供暖设备对居住建筑能耗的影响。结果表明:实际能耗远低于居住建筑用能限值的主要原因是空调间歇运行、居民开窗通风和居民的忍受极限。降低建筑外围护结构的传热系数,利用自然通风,选择合理的遮阳形式以及提高空调供暖系统的能效比均能够产生良好的节能效果。 相似文献

Research was conducted to study the effect of heat pipe heat exchangers on the existing air conditioning system of a hospital ward located in Malaysia, a tropical region. The present research employs the transient system simulation software (TRNSYS) to study the hour-by-hour performance of the system in terms of supply duct air and indoor air conditions in the ward space. Fieldwork study showed that the existing air conditioning system operating in the Orthopaedic Ward, University of Malaya, Malaysia is not capable of providing the desired supply duct air and indoor air to the space. Therefore, the possibility of improving the air conditioning system by adding heat pipe heat exchangers was investigated. The impact on energy consumption, power savings, supply duct air and indoor air with heat pipe heat exchangers incorporated in the air conditioning system were simulated and the results were compared with the existing system.Based on the present research, the system with the added eight-row heat pipe heat exchangers is recommended to provide convenient and healthy air into the ward space according to the ASHRAE recommendations. 门窗玻璃对建筑围护结构的节能有着重要的影响,通过控制玻璃散失的热能可以有效减少建筑能耗。文章通过某建筑外窗玻璃进行现场涂膜改造过程的实时记录,直观显现玻璃涂膜隔热层控制外窗热辐射的效果,并分析其降低空调负荷、增加室内热舒适性以及在既有建筑节能改造中的作用。同时分析了可逆性的玻璃涂膜用于保护建筑节能改造的可行性,探索保护建筑在不改变外立面历史原状的原则下提升节能效果的有效方式。 相似文献

Energy used for building heating, ventilating and air conditioning contributes to a great share in the total energy consumption worldwide. Better understanding and management of energy distribution in those processes is essential for the improvement of process quality and efficiency of energy use. This paper presents the data-based mechanistic modelling approach which has been developed to model the dynamic indoor temperature distribution in an imperfectly mixed ventilated airspace based on energy input to the system. The combination of classical heat balance differential equations and the data-based modelling techniques for continuous-time system has brought a robust dynamic model suitable for model-based controlling and yet providing a profound insight at the energy and temperature distributions in ventilated systems. The effect of changing heat input on the temperature distribution inside a ventilated structure was studied. Dynamic response of indoor temperature to varying energy input could be explained by a second order transfer function model with a high coefficient of determination (R2 > 0.99), a low Young Identification Criterion (YIC < −2.3) and a low model standard error (SE < 0.028 °C). The physically meaningful model parameters as local heat load fraction γ and the coefficient of local temperature change h (°C J−1) were revealed. This modelling approach is very useful for future design of model-based predictive controller for zonal control of indoor temperature by the direct adjustment of heat load into ventilated structures. 相似文献

采用WINDOW和THERM软件模拟研究了典型节能门窗玻璃和整窗系统的热工性能,并结合杭州市全年气候条件,采用DeST软件模拟研究了配置不同节能门窗建筑的全年能耗状况.研究结果表明:门窗材料对于门窗热工性能有显著影响,选用低辐射系数的玻璃、热导率较小的木材等型材均可显著降低门窗的传热系数,而增加铝合金型材的厚度则增大了门窗的传热系数.不同材质、不同型号的节能门窗对杭州市建筑夏季制冷能耗和冬季采暖能耗产生不同影响,节能门窗实际选用时需根据当地气候条件具体考虑. 相似文献
