为加快发展我国集成电路(IC)与软件产业,作为启动"国家IC人才培养基地"计划核心内容之一的"国家IC人才培养基地首期先进课程示范讲学"活动,最近在京宣布正式启动.     

激光扫描共聚焦显微镜的技术培训探索

仪器共享平台可为用户提供多种实验技术服务,是高校和科研院所必不可少的教学科研支撑部门。激光扫描共聚焦显微镜是生命科学研究中常用的大型精密光学仪器,具有使用频率高、功能多、操作复杂等特点。仪器共享平台结合激光扫描共聚焦显微镜的共享使用情况尝试多种相关人员培训方式,探索出一套适用于多用户的培训模式以供仪器共享平台工作人员参考。     

试析几种激光复合焊接技术

介绍了激光与其它热源进行复合焊接的几种方法,分析了这些复合焊接方法在保持激光焊接优点的基础上克服激光焊接缺陷的机理,最后指出这些复合焊接方法是激光焊接的一个发展趋势。     

云计算Hadoop平台中基于遗传算法的高校师资培训资源管理

为了提高高校教学质量和教学品牌影响力,必须打破单一的培训模式,以多样化资源共享的形式完成高校师资培训。而进行多样化培训资源共享时,高精度的培训资源管理成为目前急需解决的问题。文中深入探讨高校师资培训资源管理问题,建立基于云计算Hadoop平台的高校教育资源网架构,整合各大高校优秀教师培训资源,并采用基于遗传算法的高校师资培训资源调度方法实现高校师资培训资源管理。实验结果表明,所提方法在资源调度精度、资源利用率以及资源管理灵活性方面性能显著,应用价值可观。     

Multithreaded languages for scientific and technical computing

An overview of language support for parallel technical computing is provided. The rationale for multithreaded languages, in which the programmer explicitly specifies what work is to be carried out by multiple processors and how their activities should be coordinated, is described. The discussion begins with an introduction to the general models for manipulating multiple threads and how they are incorporated into programming languages. The wide variety of features for creating multiple threads, scheduling their execution, synchronizing their activities, and sharing data among them are then examined. Examples in a simplified, FORTRAN-like notation are included. It is shown how the language features are distributed among commercial compiler implementations. Some less traditional approaches to multithreaded language support are presented to provide a glimpse at what might be expected in future languages and compilers     

基于TSCM模型的网络短文本情感挖掘

针对网络短文本情感挖掘问题,提出一种新的基于LDA和互联网短评行为理论的主题情感混合模型TSCM,TSCM模型中的整篇评论中每个句子的主题分布是不同的,TSCM产生词的流程是先确定词的情感极性,再确定词的主题,TSCM考虑了词与词之间的联系.真实数据集Movie与Amazon上的大量实验表明,与代表性算法JST、S-LDA、D-PLDA和SAS相比较,TSCM模型能对用户真实情感与讨论主题进行更加有效的分析建模.     

面向中文微博的评价对象与评价词语联合抽取

深入挖掘微博内容中评价对象与评价词语的词法特征、句法特征、语义特征以及相对位置特征,提出评价对象与评价词语的序列化联合抽取模型。进一步结合微博间转发关系特性提出基于转发关系的联合抽取优化算法。并与相关算法进行实验对比,对实验结果进行了综合分析,证明了方法的可行性和优越性。     

An ethical imperative for technical communicators

Utilitarianism, the ethical system of free-market capitalism, is limited in that it sanctions contingencies. Immanuel Kant's second formulation of the categorical imperative-to treat ourselves and others not merely as means but also as ends-offers a clear and powerful ethic that enables technical communicators to subordinate contingencies to an understanding of people as rational entities possessed of full human dignity. John Rawls's (1971) model of an ideal society derives from and extends Kant's thinking on the primacy of human dignity in an ethical system     

People, proxemics, and possibilities for technical writing

It is argued that, because markets are becoming increasingly global, international readers who are familiar with English and comfortable with the standard ratio of equal parts of white space and text must be distinguished from domestic readers whose international exposure may be limited and whose requirements can be better addressed by creating a document which conforms to their cultural perceptions of space. Anthropologists have shown that perceptions about space and man's relationship to it vary from culture to culture and consequently it is dangerous to make assumptions about a local audience based on experience with international audiences. Edward Hall's work on proxemics (1969), the perceptions concerning spatial relationships, and examples of technical document designs in England, Japan, and the Middle East are discussed

通过对分析移动通信领域未来技术发展趋势,介绍移动通信网络结构的分层关系、各层主流技术及其发展趋势,介绍3G和超3G技术的主要特点,结合业务对技术选择影响的分析,阐述了业务标准化是加速技术研发和产品开发的关键因素,并简要介绍了推动业务标准化的国际组织OMA的发展及其定义的业务分层结构.     

Ethics and technical communication: a case for foundationalapproaches

The study of ethics is important for technical communication students and professionals because as workers and as citizens they confront ethical dilemmas and must act. The article describes and contrasts several foundational and nonfoundational ethical approaches. Analyzing two well known ethics cases from the perspective of the different approaches, it is argued that although foundational approaches are limited, they provide better insights than do nonfoundational approaches. Finally, the article describes a problem solving technique, based on foundational approaches and communicative ethics, that can be used by technical communication students and professionals to analyze ethical dilemmas

Deployment status and common technical specifications for a B-PONsystem

Broadband passive optical networks (B-PONs) have entered the commercial deployment phase in North America, Japan, and Europe. Nippon Telegraph and Telephone, BellSouth, France Telecom, British Telecommunications p.l.c., and SBC have developed a set of common technical specifications (CTS) for a B-PON system based on ITU-T Recommendations G.983.1, G.983.2 and G.983.3. They have deployed or plan to deploy B-PON systems based on this CTS. This article describes B-PON interface features, the outline of the CTS, and the deployment status of the B-PON systems around the world

Benchmarking is rapidly becoming a standard business practice used by organizations to improve their quality in specific areas. Though benchmarking previously has been associated with product comparisons, such as benchmarking the performance of one product with another, process benchmarking is becoming equally important. This paper, based on a recently conducted benchmark, discusses why you might consider benchmarking an aspect of the process you use to develop technical information. It discusses how to prepare for a benchmark, find a suitable benchmarking partner, and conduct a benchmark, and it provides a guideline for the time and effort required
