Magnetic Co-beads were fabricated in the course of a three-step procedure comprising preparation of a metal–acrylamide complex, followed by frontal polymerization and finally pyrolysis of the polymer. The composites obtained were composed of cobalt nanocrystallites stabilized in a carbon matrix built of disordered graphite. The crystallite size, material morphology, fraction of the magnetic component, and thus the magnetic properties can be tailored by a proper choice of the processing variables. The samples were subjected to an alternating magnetic field of different strengths (H = 0 to 5 kA · m−1) at a frequency of f = 500 kHz. From the calorimetric measurements, we concluded that the relaxation processes dominate in the heat generation mechanism for the beads pyrolyzed at 773 K. For the beads pyrolyzed at 1073 K, significant values of magnetic properties, such as the coercive force and remanence give substantial contribution to the energy losses for hysteresis. The specific absorption coefficient (SAR) related to the cobalt mass unit for the 1073 K pyrolyzed beads (SAR = 1340   W ·g-1 cobalt){({it SAR} = 1340 , , {rm W} cdot {rm g}^{-1 }_{rm cobalt})} is in very good conformity with the results obtained by other authors. The effective density power loss, caused by eddy currents, can be neglected for heating processes applied in magnetic hyperthermia. The Co-beads can potentially be applied for hyperthermia treatment.  相似文献

聚酰亚胺渗碳复合薄膜的热物理性质   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
应用自行研制的亚微米/微米薄膜材料热物理性质多功能测试仪和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对聚酰亚胺PI及其渗碳改性复合薄膜PI/C的热膨胀系数、热扩散系数和比热进行了实验研究和理论分析,揭示了在20℃至150℃温区内温度对渗碳量30wt%的PI/C复合薄膜的热物性的影响规律和机制。结果显示渗碳量30wt%的复合薄膜比纯PI热膨胀系数减小,导热性能明显提高,且没有改变性能对温度的依赖关系。对PI/C(30wt%)应用加和原理计算的比热值与实测值相吻合,应用Nielson模型和Cheng-Vachon模型的预测值与导热系数实测值基本吻合。  相似文献

The thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of chemically surface-treated multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) reinforced polypropylene (PP) composites were measured using the 3ω method in the temperature range of 90–320 K and photoacoustic (PA) spectroscopy at room temperature, respectively. Nine kinds of samples were prepared by the melt-blending of PP resins with the addition of 0.1, 0.5, and 2.0 mass% of non-treated, nitric acid (HNO3)-treated, and potassium hydroxide (KOH)-treated nanotube contents, and compression-molded at 180°C into about 0.5 mm thickness composite films using the hot-press. The measured thermal conductivities are in the range from 0.05 to 0.6 W ·m−1·K−1 and increase as the temperature increases and the CNT concentrations are increased. By the chemical treatment, the thermal conductivity of 0.5 and 2.0 mass% samples were enhanced by about a factor of two; however, the sample of 0.1 mass% did not change. This can be explained qualitatively by the effects of chemical treatment on the reinforcing ability for CNTs/polymer composites.Paper presented at the Seventh Asian Thermophysical Properties Conference, August 23–28, Hefei and Huangshan, Anhui, P. 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了立方晶系尖晶石型镍基铁氧体微粉Ni0.5M0.5Fe2O4(M=Zn、Mn、Cu),采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、振动样品磁强计和矢量网络分析仪对粉末的结构、形貌、磁性以及电磁性能进行了表征,结果表明,三种粉末在室温下具有超顺磁性,其饱和磁化强度MS分别为76.0、59.4和54.4emu·g-1。在2—11GHz范围内,Ni0.5M0.5Fe2O4的电磁损耗角正切值tgδ随频率的增大而逐渐减小;Ni0.5M0.5Fe2O4和 Ni0.5M0.5Fe2O4的tgδ随频率的增大先增大后减小。  相似文献

以苯丙乳液为成膜剂,硅烷偶联剂处理后的中空玻璃微珠为功能隔热填料合成新型的隔热涂料。结果表明,用硅烷偶联剂预处理中空玻璃微珠后涂料附着力能提高1个级别;涂层导热系数随中空玻璃微珠粒径的增加呈现先减小后增大的趋势,当中空玻璃微珠的粒径为58μm左右时导热系数比其它粒径制得涂料的导热系数降低6%~28%;随涂膜厚度的增加,隔热效果增强,但当涂膜厚度增大到0.3mm时,继续增加涂膜厚度,隔热效果几乎不再增强;当中空玻璃微珠含量小于10%时,热反射率随中空玻璃微珠在隔热涂料中含量的增加显著增加,超过10%后,热反射率增加速率减缓,当达到12%时,涂料的热反射率值最高,继续增加玻璃微珠含量,热反射率几乎不增加。  相似文献

采用直流电化学沉积方法,在多孔阳极氧化铝模板纳米孔洞中制备出直径约90nm,长度超过10μm的金属Ni/Zn纳米线有序阵列.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM),透射电子显微镜(TEM),原子力显微镜(AFM),X射线衍射仪(XRD),振动样品磁强计(VSM)对模板及所制备的样品进行形貌、结构及相关性能的表征和测试.结果表明所制备的Ni/Zn纳米线具有沿[111]方向择优生长特性,易磁化方向沿纳米线长轴方向.  相似文献

采用循环伏安法和计时电流法研究了氨络合物体系中镍在玻璃碳上电结晶的初期行为。结果表明.镍在该基体上的沉积没有经历UPD过程,镍的电沉积经历了晶核形成过程,在所研究的外加电位范围内其电结晶按连续成核和三维生长方式进行,外加电位对晶体生长具有显著的影响。通过分析恒电位暂态曲线,求出镍离子的扩散系数D,以及不同外加电位下的饱和晶核数密度Nsat,探讨了外加电位对成核作用的影响。  相似文献

Laser infrared photothermal radiometry (PTR) was used to measure the thermophysical properties (thermal diffusivity and conductivity) of various thermal sprayed coatings on carbon steel. A one-dimensional photothermal model of a three-layered system in the backscattered mode was introduced and compared with experimental measurements. The uppermost layer was used to represent a roughness-equivalent layer, a second layer represented the thermal sprayed coating, and the third layer represented the substrate. The thermophysical parameters of thermal sprayed coatings examined in this work were obtained when a multiparameter-fit optimization algorithm was used with the backscattered PTR experimental results. The results also suggested a good method to determine the thickness of tungsten carbide and stainless-steel thermal spray coatings once the thermophysical properties are known. The ability of PTR to measure the thermophysical properties and the coating thickness has a strong potential as a method for in situ characterization of thermal spray coatings.  相似文献

通过背光照辅助电化学腐蚀的方法, 在N型轻掺杂的(100)单晶硅上制备了多孔硅模板。模板孔端口呈类正方形结构, 孔边长约为2 μm, 孔深约50 μm。然后在制备的N型多孔硅模板中电沉积制备了磁性镍微米管。与绝缘性AAO模板中金属从孔底部开始生长不同, 在半导体性质的N型多孔硅模板中, 镍沿着孔壁均匀生长, 并随着沉积时间的延长, 由颗粒状逐渐生长为微米管, 镍的晶型没有发生变化。由于镍微米管的缺陷和晶界比镍颗粒更少, 畴壁位移更容易, 所以具有更小的矫顽力。同时受强烈的退磁能影响, 外加磁场在垂直和平行镍微米管方向时测得的磁滞回线表现出明显的磁各向异性。  相似文献

This paper presents the experimental technique and results for the thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and density of swine myocardial tissue. These properties were measured for freshly excised tissue. Thermal properties were measured using a self-heated thermistor probe, while the density was measured using a water displacement method. Thermistor probes were inserted into the tissue of interest and were used to supply heat within the tissue as well as to monitor the temperature rise in the tissue. An empirical calibration procedure was used to measure the properties of the tissue at different temperatures. The measurement instrument was first calibrated against agar-gelled water and glycerol at each temperature. The measurements were made at temperatures of 25, 37, 50, 62, and 76°C. The uncertainty in the measurement ranges from 2% at lower temperatures to about 5% at higher temperatures (T > 50°C). The properties of the tissue depend significantly on the water content. At temperatures higher than 50°C, there is significant water loss from the tissue during the procedure. The water loss is found to vary exponentially with the increase in temperature relative to ambient. Consequently, there is a decrease in the thermal conductivity values with increasing temperature. This decrease, however, is not as much as one would expect from the water loss data. A hypothesis to explain the relationships among water loss, cell damage, and thermal properties is proposed.  相似文献

Co2+ and Cu2+ ions mixed nickel ferrite nanoparticles were synthesized by sol-gel auto combustion method. XRD patterns revealed the existence of a single-phase cubic spinel structure. The average grain size estimated from XRD patterns was found to be from 42 to 56 nm. VSM study indicates increase in saturation magnetization and decrease in coercivity. FE-SEM images exhibit particles with spherical shape and size ranges from 37 to 79 nm. The two main metal ion vibrations of ferrites were observed in FT-IR spectra.  相似文献

The ultrasonic attenuation due to phonon–phonon interaction, thermoelastic relaxation and dislocation damping mechanisms has been investigated in cerium monopnictides CeX (X: N, P, As, Sb and Bi) for longitudinal and shear waves along \({\langle }100{\rangle }\), \({\langle }110{\rangle }\) and \({\langle }111{\rangle }\) directions. The second- and third-order elastic constants of CeX have also been computed in the temperature range 0 K to 500 K using Coulomb and Born–Mayer potential upto second nearest neighbours. The computed values of these elastic constants have been applied to find out Young’s moduli, bulk moduli, Breazeale’s non-linearity parameters, Zener anisotropy, ultrasonic velocity, ultrasonic Grüneisen parameter, thermal relaxation time, acoustic coupling constants and ultrasonic attenuation. The fracture/toughness ratio is less than 1.75, which shows that the chosen materials are brittle in nature as found for other monopnictides. The drag coefficient acting on the motion of screw and edge dislocations due to shear and compressional phonon viscosities of the lattice have also been evaluated for both the longitudinal and shear waves. The thermoelastic loss and dislocation damping loss are negligible in comparison to loss due to Akhieser damping (phonon–phonon interaction). The obtained results for CeX are in qualitative agreement with other semi-metallic monopnictides.  相似文献
