基于复杂产品研制项目模块划分不均匀、管理分工不协调的现状,首先从复杂产品研制项目流程的功能相关性和信息相关性两个方面,提出了项目流程的模块分解、分层及合并方法。其次,依据模块化程度函数和敏感度函数,分析项目流程的模块化程度和敏感度与特质模块间的变化规律,发现:模块化程度函数存在凹凸性拐点,模块化敏感度函数为凹函数。再次,以某航空复杂产品研制项目为例,通过对其模块化程度和敏感度曲线模拟,提出基于模块化程度及敏感度视角下,企业面对不同模块化程度和敏感度情况下的相应管理策略:当模块化程度较高且敏感度较低时,企业应考虑适当拓展新型研制业务;当模块化程度较低且敏感度较高时,应考虑增强企业管理柔性,适当减少新型业务开展力度。  相似文献

基于服务型制造网络模块化,研究服务核心能力、服务质量水平及质量创新水平对模块化质量系统的影响。依据郎之万方程,建立模块化质量系统协同演化模型,得出了其满足平衡态的临界条件;应用力学原理,构建运动轨迹模型,拟合出了其非平衡态的模拟状态点。对两个模型赋值仿真,仿真结果表明:当模块化质量系统处于平衡态时,模块化服务核心能力对外部环境反应较为敏感;当模块化质量系统处于非平衡态时,在协同运动初期,模块化服务核心能力对质量状态的协同运动方向起决定作用,中期模块化服务质量水平的影响力逐渐增强,最后阶段质量创新水平决定了模块化质量的最终协同状态。根据仿真结果,提出了平衡态与非平衡态的模块化质量协同管理对策。  相似文献

为了揭示生产实践在市场导向影响运营绩效中的作用,基于模块化视角研究客户导向与竞争导向影响运营绩效作用机理。204份有效样本的实证研究结果表明,客户导向与竞争导向均显著正向影响产品模块化(β=0-21/0-20),但是对流程模块化均无显著影响;产品模块化显著正向影响流程模块化(β=046);产品模块化对运营绩效并无显著影响,但是流程模块化显著正向影响运营绩效(β=0-29);控制变量企业规模和运营年限对运营绩效均未表现出显著作用。结果表明,模块化可以作为企业实施市场导向战略时的一种有效生产实践用于提高运营绩效,但是产品模块化和流程模块化的影响机制存在着差异。  相似文献

基于笔者设计的一款旅行打包家具,对模块化家具中人性化设计的特点进行了诠释;进而对模块化家具的设计程序、打包家具的模块化设计流程及系统分解进行了图解。阐述了模块化家具设计中的五大基本要素:尺度、形态、连接结构、色彩和材质,验证了模块化概念在家具设计中的具体应用。最后指出,家具使用模块化设计后,不仅家具产品满足使用者多样化需求的程度提高,也使得使用者在生理上和心理上的舒适感有所增加,体现了现代设计"以人为本"的根本出发点。  相似文献

Incorporating multiple modes enables a product to change between different configurations, such as hybrid electric vehicles and washing machines. This paper investigates how multiple modes are constructed in modular product architecture—especially, how multi-modal modules are designed and used to construct overall product modality. The authors argue that product modality becomes viable by undertaking two strategies: temporal clustering, which activates and organizes different groups of modules in different modes, and modality propagation, which relies on modality of the product’s subordinate modules. A solution that successfully incorporates modality enables the system to achieve functions with minimal system resources; however, it also introduces extra complexity to the design process. In the final section, the authors propose two techniques that promote multi-modal modules in design processes. This research work provokes the considerations of modality in product architecture. It claims modality is an important factor that leads to innovative design solutions. To emphasize the importance of modality, the authors present a case study of two pasta machines and compare the radical differences in their modular design solutions.  相似文献

目的 基于无人配送车模块化设计应用研究,探索无人配送车功能的设计优化和造型升级,提高其灵活性和可扩展性,使其适应不同的场景和需求。方法 通过模块化理论分析和无人配送车应用场景、技术结构的功能分析,将其整车系统划分为基型模块、改型模块,以及附加模块。按需更换功能模块,覆盖更广的无人配送领域,以应对配送的多场景化,并以团队无人配送车设计实践应用进行验证,证明基于功能配置下无人配送车模块化设计方法的有效性。结果 模块化设计实现了无人配送车的“一车多能”、快速的组装和拆卸、方便的维护和升级,同时减少无用的组装和调试时间,提高了工作效率,增强了对市场变化和用户需求的快速反应能力。结论 通过模块化功能设计研究和多场景设计实践,证明无人配送车模块化设计的性能和可靠性,满足用户需求和产品结构的多样化,以适应日益复杂的使用环境。  相似文献

With the current rise in environmental concerns, customers want products that reduce environmental impacts. As a result, new multi-objective modular design methods are needed that can consider multiple design objectives, related to both the customers’ and the companies’ functional, environmental, and economical constraints and objectives. Most previous multi-objective modular design methods create module configurations, in which each module meets all of the design objectives. However, highly distinct independent modules are important for current product replacement processes. This paper presents an innovative multi-objective green modular design method that uses atomic theory and fuzzy clustering to create module configurations, in which each module meets one distinct design objective. Adaptive signalling is a common and important element in cellular systems. Threshold processes are also ubiquitous in signal transduction. This study takes a modular systems approach to systematically understand the interaction of adaptive modules and threshold modules (both monostable and bistable). The authors employ representative modules of adaptive and threshold elements and use these to examine and analyse various aspects of their interaction including the order of interconnection, the role of relative time scales, the difference between monostable and bistable thresholds in this context and how threshold modules may act as a switch induced by transient signals. Numerical simulations, bifurcation analysis and analytical work are employed to address these questions. Overall, the authors' analysis is a first step towards a detailed systems engineering understanding of the different kinds of interactions between these ubiquitous elements in cellular signal transduction. We have developed a modular analog circuit fault- diagnostic system based on neural networks using wavelet decomposition, principal component analysis, and data normalization as preprocessors. Our proposed system has the ability to identify faulty components or modules in an analog circuit by analyzing its impulse response. In this approach, the circuit is divided into modules, which, in turn, are divided into smaller submodules successively. At each level, where a module is divided into submodules, a neural network is trained to identify the submodule that inherits the fault of interest from the parent module. This procedure finds the faulty component or module of any desirable size in an analog circuit by consecutive divisions of modules as many times as necessary. Our proposed approach has three advantages over the traditional neural-network-based diagnostic systems, which directly look for faulty components in the entire circuit. First, the performance of the modular systems is reliable and robust independent of the circuit size and can successfully classify similar fault classes with a significant overlap in the feature space where the traditional approach completely fails. Second, the modular approach requires significantly smaller neural network architectures, leading to much more efficient training. Third, for large real circuit boards, our diagnostic system proceeds to systematically reduce the size of the faulty modules until it is feasible to replace it.  相似文献

Automated material handling systems are increasingly used in industry due to short process times and high throughputs. These systems have to be custom-built in order to utilize their full potential and therefore require individually created control software. To create this individual control software extensive manual programming is required, since a modular structure of the control algorithm with predefined modules is often missing. We fill this gap and describe such a modular control structure, which is based upon a two-layer architecture separating the hardware control from the material flow control. Our control structure uses a five-phase generic control algorithm, which represents a template by which the modules can be worked out. We describe this five-phase generic control algorithm, implement it for a demonstrator scenario and show its proper functionality. We show that with our two-layer architecture and the generic control algorithm predefined modules for the conveyor hardware and material flow elements can be created and then assembled in the needed configuration. Therefore, the presented method allows to create the control software for a custom-built material handling system by arranging predefined modules, thus without manual programming.  相似文献

To survive in the competitive market environment, rapid and accurate quotations of product prices are needed in addition to satisfying consumers from various perspectives, including product quality and after-sale service. This paper develops a framework for a computer-aided quotation system using Axiomatic Design. The system has five functional modules, i.e. inquiry check, search and statistics, design for quotation, price determination, and tender generation. The result of Axiomatic Design for price determination shows that a very complicated software program becomes simple and consists of 14 modules corresponding to 14 calculations and one main module that contains all the junctional properties at each level. According to the framework developed, several computer-aided quotation systems have been developed and applied successfully. A computer-aided quotation system for modular machine tools and production lines consisting of them is introduced as an example.  相似文献
