橡胶衬套是悬架系统中连接车架和车桥的柔性部件,对车辆操作稳定性发挥着重要作用,而在橡胶衬套的实际应用过程中,会发生橡胶因脱胶以及老化断裂等问题使车辆运行的安全性受到影响。为了更好地完善悬架系统,对悬架用橡胶衬套进行了研究。在衬套结构选定情况下,确定了所用材料及制备工艺。质量检验结果发现,该橡胶衬套能够有效地缓冲外部刺激,满足悬架的基本要求,值得推广应用。 相似文献

基于橡胶元件的力学模型和受力分析以及橡胶元件的疲劳失效判定准则,得出橡胶元件疲劳失效后对汽车悬架系统上下跳行程的影响。建立某车型前独立悬架系统数字化电子样车(DMU)模型,通过仿真生成轮胎包络,进行轮胎包络与周边零部件的间隙校核;对前悬架系统橡胶元件进行疲劳试验,通过测算静刚度损失率,得出橡胶元件疲劳失效后的位移增大值和悬架系统的上下跳极限行程增大值。分析橡胶元件疲劳失效对悬架运动与轮胎包络的影响,为整车前期设计轮胎选型提供指导依据,从而达到优化整车造型、缩短整车开发周期和降低研发成本的目的。 相似文献

众所周知,汽车橡胶空气悬架就像是人的腿脚,运行时可缓冲来自地面的反作用力。汽车橡胶空气悬架系统是以橡胶空气弹簧为弹性元件,通过在一个密封的容器内充入压缩空气(气压为0.5~1.0MPa),利用气体的可压缩性来实现其弹性作用的。这种弹簧的刚度是可变的,因为作用在弹簧上的载荷增加时容器内的定量气体受压缩,气压升高则弹簧的刚度增大;反之当载荷减小时,弹簧内的气压下降刚度减小,故它具有较理想的弹性特性。车辆高速行驶在道路上时,橡胶空气悬架可以变"硬"以提高整车的稳定性;低速行驶在颠簸不平的路面上时,控制单元又可以使橡胶空气悬架变"软"以提高整车的舒适性。对客车而言,使用橡胶空气弹簧悬架可以提高乘坐舒适性,对货车或挂车而言,使用橡胶空气悬架可以更好地保护货物,因此广受用户的欢迎。 相似文献

An effective analytical-experimental test method is used in the current work to characterize the vibration isolation performance of nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) reinforced with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). A series of specimens were manufactured with 10 different NBR/MWCNTs concentrations (0 to 20wt% MWCNTs). In order to determine the static compression stiffness and hysteresis of the mounts, compression and cyclic tests were conducted. The vibration isolation properties were determined through the analysis of the transmissibility of a suitably designed test system. NBR’s mechanical properties and vibration isolation properties were improved with the addition MWCNTs, suggesting that the enhancement of NBR with MWCNTs was rather effective. Considering the obtained results, the dynamic stiffness of NBR and its capacity to isolate vibration can be adjusted by controlling the proportion of MWCNTs. 相似文献

Silica fume (SF) is a by-product from the production of ferrosilicon alloy which it can be purified. The surface of SF is treated with bis (3-triethoxysilylpropyl) tetrasulphide (TESPT) to obtain modified silica fume (mSF) as reinforcing filler. FTIR and TGA results confirmed that TESPT can successfully treated onto the surface of SF. The effect of surface treatment by TESPT and mSF content on the cure characteristics and rubber mechanical properties are investigated; as compared with SF and unfilled natural rubber. Results reveal that, the mSF affects not only fast cure rate, but also improve rubber mechanical properties. Additionally, the mSF and SF are incorporated into the natural rubber to produce rubber damper and then study the rubber product performance such as static spring rate and durability property. The mSF seems effective in improving the stiffness and crack resistance of rubber damper more than SF which is due to enhancing the degree of crosslink density. The productivity of filtration systems for dewatering of finely dispersed suspensions can be increased by pulsating overpressure. For suspensions of marine organic‐mineral sediments, press filtration processes were investigated under static and pulsating overpressure. The influence of the static pressure component, the pressure amplitude characteristic, the pressure vibration frequency, and the filtration time on the volume of filtrate were determined. Based on Darcy's law, a model of the filtration process under static overpressure was developed. For pulsating overpressure, the mathematical theory of experiment planning and the statistical data analysis method were used. 相似文献

采用体积分数分别为15%、30%和45%的橡胶粉或橡胶块颗粒对混凝土中粗骨料进行替换,并用自由振动法对橡胶混凝土简支梁的振动频率和阻尼性能进行测试,考察了小变形时阻尼比与橡胶颗粒大小和数量之间的关系。采用弹性波法和梁单元法对橡胶混凝土的动力模量进行了测量,并对其静弹性模量与动弹性模量进行了对比。结果表明,橡胶混凝土的动力弹性模量低于普通混凝土。橡胶块对橡胶混凝土动、静弹性模量的影响均大于橡胶粉。普通混凝土的动弹性模量比静弹性模量高37.4%,而橡胶混凝土的动弹性模量比静弹性模量高约50%。橡胶混凝土的阻尼比随最大响应幅值的增大而增大。相比于普通混凝土,橡胶混凝土的阻尼对振动的响应更为敏感。橡胶混凝土的阻尼比随橡胶含量的增加而显著增大。当橡胶的体积分数为30%时,橡胶混凝土综合性能较佳。 相似文献
