基于信息系统属性同态的数据压缩

数据压缩是数据处理的一个重要主题,同态是实现数据压缩的一种有效工具。根据信息系统属性集及其上的依赖关系,定义了信息系统属性同构和信息系统属性同态的概念。研究了信息系统属性同态的性质,利用属性等价关系诱导出了信息系统属性理想同态,应用信息系统属性理想同态实现了信息系统属性集的无损压缩。最后通过比较原信息系统与同态像信息系统的距离,给出了度量任意属性同态理想程度的方法。     

基于攻、防的信息系统安全综合评估方法的研究

从系统攻击和防护两个角度提出了一种对信息系统进行综合评估的模型。攻击方面,采用了CVE标准,通过关联规则算法和漏洞关联网络模型,实现了对系统漏洞威胁度的定量评估。防护方面,以 GB/T22239-2008作为评估依据,提出“信息”为信息系统的最小单位,利用层次分析法和三维评估模型,通过信息性和安全性对信息系统进行定制化的安全防护评估,简化了信息系统资产的评估。综合评估模型基于攻、防的评估结果,实现了系统综合安全定量分析、系统漏洞关联危害分析和安全防护短板分析。最后运用此模型对某学校信息系统进行评估,实例结果表明,基于信息系统攻、防的综合安全评估模型实现了对信息系统安全客观、科学、全面的量化评估。     

以用户为中心的区域卫生信息平台研究与实现

本文以用户为中心研究和设计了区域卫生信息平台的功能模块。在县级健康档案相关的卫生业务信息系统的基础上,结合医院信息系统、社区卫生服务信息系统和公共卫生信息系统,汇聚的大量数据资源,设计和实现了患者个人门户、医生门户和领导门户的功能结构和界面流程,真正的实现区域内医疗机构间数据的共享,实现各业务系统与平台以及业务系统间的互联互通。.     

基于SOA信息模型的设计

分析了企业信息系统存在的主要问题,介绍了面向服务架构（SOA）的基础原理、分层模型和实现技术,提出一种基于SOA信息系统框架,重点讨论了面向服务的信息系统的信息模型、系统结构、实现方法,并给出性能分析。实践表职,该架构可以较好地实现信息系统的应用并具有良好的性能。     

基于角色与用户的访问安全设计与实现

权限控制是企业信息系统安全管理中最重要的环节之一,如何实现高效、灵活的权限控制,是企业信息系统必须考虑的因素.因此,笔者采用了层层负责管理办法,设计并实现了基于角色与用户权限相结合的访问安全控制方法.这一方法应用到一个信息系统中,成功地实现层层负责的系统安全方案,实践表明该方法提高了信息系统的安全性、可维护性和极大的灵活性,适合大型信息系统安全性方面的需要.     

基于案例的信息系统总体设计方法研究

目前缺乏系统、科学的方法支持信息系统总体设计,实践中系统设计人员通常利用以前的经验去完成。论文提出的基于案例的信息系统总体设计方法将基于案例的推理应用到信息系统总体设计中,利用面向对象技术建立了信息系统总体设计模型并进行案例表示,利用人工神经网络实现了案例检索,利用约束规则和遗传算法实现了案例组合。     

基于SOA/MVC的三农信息系统建设研究

针对我国三农信息系统建设中的重复建设、系统和系统之间不能相互通信和信息共享、成本高和实现复杂等问题,提出了基于SOA和MVC整合的三农信息系统建设思路和实现方法,可以很好地实现三农信息系统建设中软件资源的重用和共享、松散耦合和分层开发,达到降低开发及维护的难度和成本,提高开发效率等目的。     

信息系统安全模型的分析与设计

信息系统安全模型的构建是获得信息系统安全的基础和保障。阐述了信息系统及其安全性问题,提出了一种集用户界面逻辑、业务逻辑和异常探测机于一体的信息系统安全模型,并对其主要组成部分的工作流程和功能实现进行了详细说明。     

业务事件驱动型会计信息系统的分析与研究

为了使信息系统能够支持企业内外密切协作,企业信息系统的宏观结构是企业间过程集成,Web服务的出现和发展为企业间的过程集成提供了新的实现手段;为了提高信息系统对组织结构和业务流程变化的适应能力,信息系统的业务流程建模及控制与业务功能、业务规则要相互独立;为了实现财务业务一体化,企业信息系统的微观结构要采用业务事件驱动模式。

The impact of DSS on organizational communication

There is some controversy in the MIS literature concerning the potential impact of computer systems on interpersonal communication in organizations. Generally, MIS researchers have found that effective communication between users and designers is an important factor in determining user satisfaction and MIS success.Recently, however, Naylor [8] has argued that decision support systems (DSS) may isolate managers from interaction with others. This is in marked contrast to the contentions of Wagner [16] and Huber [6] that DSS may lead to more effective managerial communication.We would argue that DSS encourage communication for several reasons: adaptive DSS development requires continued manager-analyst interaction; DSS-based decisions often require groups of managers; and there is a greater need for human information processing in a DSS environment.This paper reports the results of a study of the relationships between DSS usage and organizational communications. It was found that users in three different categories (managers, financial or planning analysts (FPAs), and “others”) felt that DSS usage encouraged communication. Also, significant positive relationships were found between increased communication and overall satisfaction with the DSS for all three groups. Finally, for managers and FPAs, significant positive relationships were found between increased communication and satisfaction with the DSS in decision-making activities.

The need to improve students' communication skills seems to be well documented. The question remains: what is an effective pedagogy for presenting a communication exercise? Lectures over textual material seem to result in 'eyes glazing over' in the typical, undergraduate course devoted to MIS principles. An exercise is proposed within that is experiential and that uses Hollywood one-liners that have proven themselves to be among the most famous lines ever uttered in Hollywood history. The proposed exercise uses these Hollywood utterances as a vehicle to illustrate the textual material. As such the author has found that it creates an exercise that is didactic, memorable and fun.

Blueprints: Adopting a construction trade approach in designing large scale management information systems

In building large scale MIS, it is not only necessary to employ a rigorous development methodology, but it is essential that the material recorded and used at each step in the design process be effectively communicated between users and developers. This paper describes a “new” method for facilitating effective communication between users and developers in the process. The method literally adapts construction blueprints to the MIS design process. The intent of these blueprints is to capture the essence of the design and facilitate communication with the users without the bulk verbiage that it takes to provide traditional written specifications. The paper shows how blueprints were used in the development and implementation of the Air Force's largest distributed processing MIS — The Requirements Data Bank (RDB) to aid in effective communication and reduce critical design errors.

本文在研究了现有的各类管理信息系统的基础上，提出了一种新的管理信息系统的设计方法。本系统采用C／S和B／S混合模式，并采用触摸屏作为用户的操作平台，实现了服务器集中管理多个查询终端；通过RS485通信协议实现了服务器与终端的长距离通信；前台界面友好，操作简单，运行稳定。
