随着水驱、化学驱、生物驱等二次、三次采油技术在油田的推广应用,在处理采出液、地面设施运行维护过程中,伴生了大量的含油污泥.含油污泥产生数量大,环境危害强,其处理及治理问题,已经成为各油田所面临的重大环保瓶颈.为解决污泥的排放去向问题,大庆油田开展含油污泥的资源利用技术研究,制定了DB23/T 1413-2010《油田含油污泥综合利用污染控制标准》,并规模建成了含油污泥处理站,实现了油田含油污泥的减量化、资源化处理. 相似文献

延长油田地处干旱、缺水地区,生态环境恶化,含油污泥带来的环境污染问题严重,采用热洗→三相分离→压滤→固化技术路线对延长油田某采油厂含油污泥进行了现场处理试验,热洗法对于含油污泥具有很好的除油效果,除油率达到90%以上;压滤后污泥制成的砖抗压强度达到10MPa以上,浸出液COD值达到外排标准,可用于井场建设,实现含油污泥无害化处理与资源化利用。 相似文献

油田含油污泥经过无害化处理后制成路基材料是一种有效的含油污泥资源化利用途径。文章针对油田含油污泥处理后残渣(含油率≤2%)作为路基材料对环境的影响进行了分析和评价,结果表明:含油污泥经过无害化处理后残渣(含油率≤2%)作为路基材料可以满足JTGD 30—2015《公路路基设计规范》三、四级公路路床的路基填料要求;放射性检测结果表明其满足建筑材料的要求;其浸出液中重金属、苯并(a)芘、石油类、COD等主要污染指标检测值满足GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准要求;残渣中重金属、农药类等污染指标检出值低于GB 15618—1995《土壤环境质量标准》限值。 相似文献

阐述了含油污泥处理存在的难点,通过对现有技术的分析,针对某石化厂含油污泥的特点提出 了“调质机械脱水、干化减量化、热裂解”3种技术的组合工艺。运行结果表明该工艺能够有效实现含油污泥 的减量化和无害化,处理后的含油污泥石油类物质含量低于0.01%,符合SY/T7301—2016《陆上石油天然 气开采含油污泥资源化综合利用及污染控制技术要求》。处理后含油污泥浸出液中重金属含量符合GB 5085.3—2007《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》标准。处理约2000m3含液率85%的含油污泥,回收油品 量约100t。 相似文献

油田含油污泥给油田生产和发展带来一定的危害,影响到油田的正常生产和生活,港西油田率先开展了含油污泥调剖技术研究,并获得成功,取得了明显的增油降水效果。低含油污泥即污水处理系统污泥经脱水处理后可用于制备颗粒型调剖堵水剂,这拓宽了调剖堵水技术的使用范围,也解决了因污泥堆放而污染环境的问题。通过两项技术的研究及现场配套实施工艺,不仅实现了油田含油污泥的整体资源化利用,而且可提高油田的开发效果、降低生产成本,缓解了含油污泥给生产造成的影响,该技术具有一定的推广价值和应用前景。 相似文献

The problem may be divided into two parts: contamination of the Earth by material brought from space or from another planet; and contamination of other worlds by Earth bacteria. It is concluded that although the dangers of contaminating the Earth are very remote, they do exist, and that all precautions must therefore be taken. This basis has shaped both the public health and esthetic order approaches to environmental management. In its extreme forms, the present environmental stewardship approaches a religion. The apparently innocuous worship of Nature may have damaging consequences for the rest of society, through restricting freedom of choice and delaying the construction of needed public facilities. 基于集聚的空间属性,将检验环境污染与产业集聚之间关系的经典环境库兹涅茨曲线扩容为空间结构,同时构建起环境污染与外商直接投资集聚效应及其空间溢出之间的二次曲线关系。检验结果显示:(1)工业废气污染分别与外商直接投资集聚效应及其空间溢出构成U形曲线,置换不同空间权重矩阵,结果具有稳健性及统计显著性;(2)两条U形曲线将外商直接投资集聚的环境效应分为三个阶段,外商直接投资集聚程度低时缓解污染、外商直接投资集聚程度适中时环境效应不确定、外商直接投资集聚程度高时加重污染;(3)从改革开放的实践看,目前FDI在中国的集聚有利于污染减排。为此,需改变政绩考核体系,杜绝"向底线赛跑"的引资模式,配合"一带一路"建设引导外资合理布局。 相似文献

Little information is available on the low-level effects and the detection of chemicals such as antibiotics and hormones. The chemicals are not controlled nationally, the only control being through consents.

An increasing number of pesticide compounds are being detected in groundwater supplies worldwide. There has, nevertheless, been little research into the mechanisms by which such pollution occurs and the routes via which pesticides move from the land surface into aquifers. In view of the potential time-lag in the response of groundwater systems to pollution inputs, such knowledge is essential if the current situation is to be appraised adequately and if any necessary controls on pesticide use are to be introduced.
From basic data on the physicochemical properties of pesticide compounds and on groundwater flow and pollutant transport in the principal British aquifers, some useful observations can be made about the relative significance of different mechanisms of potential groundwater pollution. These mechanisms and their implications for field research on pesticide pollution of groundwater are discussed.
