氧化锆陶瓷具有优异的力学性能、化学稳定性和白色美学特性,已广泛用于与牙齿相关的修复体中,如牙冠、牙桥、基台以及最近的种植体。然而,氧化锆陶瓷的生物安全性受到低温老化(LTD)的威胁。LTD现象发生在低温潮湿环境中,例如在人体环境中,氧化锆陶瓷的强度在短期内迅速降低,进而导致早期失效。本文从表征方法、影响因素以及老化理论模型等角度,对近年来各国学者对氧化锆陶瓷LTD现象开展的相研究进行了综述,并对相关研究结果进行梳理了及归纳。  相似文献

陶瓷设计美有其自身的发展历程。整齐、对称、均衡等形式的应用,奠定了陶瓷设计美的发展基础。手工业时代,陶瓷设计美的意义不仅体现在实用与审美的统一,更增加了丰富的精神内容。工业时代,陶瓷产品的标准化和商品化发展,促进了功能主义美学观的诞生。陶瓷设计美学具有应用性很强的特点。陶瓷设计美学内容包括作为构成陶瓷产品存在状态的功能美、形式美;作为陶瓷产品形成的生产过程美;作为陶瓷产品综合实现的艺术美和社会美。  相似文献

We investigated consumer psychology, perception, and aesthetics in relation to sports shoe colors in Taiwan. Semantic differential rating (three emotional adjective pairs) and preference rating questionnaires were distributed among 512 university students to investigate whether their responses to various sports shoe colors differed. The results show that black is one of the most popular colors for sports shoes. The participants preferred designs that incorporated white as the secondary color and disliked those that featured green as the main and secondary colors. In addition, designs incorporating black or red as the main color with a bright color as the secondary color were considered modern. Black and white designs were perceived to be more suited to formal occasions. Furthermore, when the area of the main color exceeded that of the secondary color, the participants perceived a strong sense of simplicity, unless the colors were blue and green. The participants preferred two‐color over one‐color designs, and three‐color designs had a higher correlation with participant preferences. Women required more time than men to evaluate a sample. The men typically examined the samples from a frontal angle, whereas the women focused on the sides of the sample. The scoring scale was polarized (e.g., highest score for modern was ?10 and 10 for retro), rendering the values of the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis comparatively low, resulting in weak correlations between variables. Yttria-stabilised tetragonal zirconia polycrystals (3Y-TZP) bioinert ceramics combine excellent strength and toughness, good aesthetics, high resistance to corrosion and absence of allergic reaction. However, improved osseointegration is needed as higher marginal bone loss was sometimes reported. In the present work, 3Y-TZP multi-patterned samples for rapid screening of cell-surface interactions were fabricated by femtosecond laser micromachining. Pits with well-defined edges and micrometric precision in pit diameter, depth and spacing were produced, as determined by white light interferometry. Pits showed a nanometric granular texture on the sidewalls and ripples at pit bottom, as attested by scanning electron microscopy. Focused ion beam analyses indicated limited laser-induced damage. Micropatterns impacted human mesenchymal stem cell (hMSC) size and morphology. Cell area and aspect ratio were mainly influenced by pit diameter, while solidity and circularity were affected by both pit diameter and depth. The pattern 30 μm diameter/10 μm depth induced the strongest osteoblastic hMSC commitment.  相似文献

Facial aesthetics involve the application of non-invasive or minimally invasive techniques to improve facial appearance. Currently, extracellular vesicles (EVs) are attracting much interest as nanocarriers in facial aesthetics due to their lipid bilayer membrane, nanosized dimensions, biological origin, intercellular communication ability, and capability to modulate the molecular activities of recipient cells that play important roles in skin rejuvenation. Therefore, EVs have been suggested to have therapeutic potential in improving skin conditions, and these highlighted the potential to develop EV-based cosmetic products. This review summarizes EVs’ latest research, reporting applications in facial aesthetics, including scar removal, facial rejuvenation, anti-aging, and anti-pigmentation. This review also discussed the advanced delivery strategy of EVs, the therapeutic potential of plant EVs, and clinical studies using EVs to improve skin conditions. In summary, EV therapy reduces scarring, rejuvenates aging skin, and reduces pigmentation. These observations warrant the development of EV-based cosmetic products. However, more efforts are needed to establish a large-scale EV production platform that can consistently produce functional EVs and understand EVs’ underlying mechanism of action to improve their efficacy.  相似文献
