面向下一代网络业务部署的多维负载平衡算法

分析了用于解决下一代网络业务部署问题的已有负载平衡算法的不足,提出了一种启发式的多维负载平衡优化算法(MLOASD),并通过理论分析和实验检测证明了该算法的有效性.结果表明,用该算法能够获得系统负载平衡的近似最优的业务部署方案,其性能优于已有算法,具有实用性.     

协同环境下冲突管理体系框架

计算机支持的协同工作（CSCW）模式生产技术的采用，实现了企业跨部门、跨地区、跨学科的生产，这也使得冲突发生的概率增高，因此，冲突问题的实时、有效解决成为企业产品开发与生产的关键。文章通过分析冲突管理的现状和起因，描述了冲突管理系统的体系结构。并探讨了冲突的分层处理系统和三层服务体系，为基于网络的协同环境下冲突管理的有效实施提供了技术方法支持。     

支持QoS管理的下一代互联网网络管理流程

根据下一代互联网IP业务的灵活、动态管理和新业务扩展的需求,深入剖析了支持QoS管理的下一代互联网网络管理流程,给出了一个描述业务管理、网络管理与实际物理网络之间关系的分层透视模型,在此基础上提出了一套可行的IP业务QoS管理流程,并以IP-VPN业务的客户投诉应用场景为例分析了网络管理流程的实现.分析结果表明,该分层的QoS管理流程能够实现下一代互联网IP业务的业务流程自动化、业务管理灵活性和动态性,能够适应新业务的可扩展性和对业务的有效管理.     

新型实验室信息化系统对包装产品检测行业软实力的促进

包装检测业务量日益增大,传统包装产品检测实验室大多仅仅实现了检测仪器上的自动化,而在业务及检测环节上仍采用信息化和网络平台较为薄弱的老一代LIMS系统.为此,我们基于高端智慧型包装检测设备的发明,联合云计算技术,研究了包装检测实验室数据在线管理系统(CystemTM),解决了包装检测设备的在线数据传送、实验室数据存储和网络化应用问题,这就使该系统的检测数据、实验室的检测业务信息与外部信息系统的沟通成为了可能.     

检测校准实验室综合业务管理信息系统研究

针对国内检测校准实验室信息化管理的需要,利用现代计算机网络技术、数据库技术,以及无线通讯、条码扫描等综合信息技术,设计研发出一套集样品收发管理、检测校准实验流程及证书管理、检测收费管理、综合统计分析,以及面向客户的送检样品检测状态查询平台等多功能综合性检测校准实验室业务管理信息系统,该系统较好地解决了证书信息化管理的问题,特别是在解决证书有效性与实验室获得检测校准能力授权的一致性方面有独到性,适合国内一般检测校准实验室对检测活动所有参与要素的信息化管理.该系统已实际应用于检测校准业务的管理中,取得了良好的管理效益、经济效益和服务效益.

OFDMA系统中支持混合业务的跨层调度算法

针对正交频分多址接入(OFDMA)系统下行链路的混合业务调度问题,提出了一种基于队列等待时间的跨层调度算法.该算法联合利用了MAC层的队列等待时间与物理层的信道状态信息作为调度参数,通过队列等待时间反映用户的服务质量要求,并利用多用户分集增益提高系统性能;针对实时和非实时用户的不同服务质量要求,在队列等待时间的计算上采取了不同的策略;在子载波的分配过程中根据分配状态及时更新队列等待时间,使资源的利用更为有效.仿真结果表明,提出的算法可显著降低实时用户的平均时延和最大延时违反概率,同时保证了非实时用户的吞吐量需求,能够有效地支持下一代网络中混合业务的多种服务质量要求.     

数字图书馆网络入侵检测策略研究

计算机网络技术的迅速发展使得图书馆网络、用户认证系统、网络管理系统、Internet接入系统等成为一个整体,真正实现了图书馆资源的数字化,方便读者用户随时随地访问图书资源。综合型的网络是数字化图书馆网络发展的必然,但随着其应用的深入,图书馆网络的安全问题不断暴露出来,直接影响着网络的正常运行、技术人员的维护工作和读者用户的即时资源访问。因此,怎样保障网络安全并使之能够正常运行成为一个无法避免的问题。本文以构建图书馆网络安全体系为出发点,提出一种全新的入侵检测策略,用于图书馆网络的入侵检测。入侵检测(Intrusion Detection,ID)是一种主动的网络安全防护措施,是网络安全防护体系的重要组成部分,它从系统内部和各种网络资源中主动采集信息,从中分析可能的网络入侵或攻击。本文中提出的入侵检测策略基于无线局域网的数据链路层,采用协议分析技术和伪装设备辨识技术,通过对传输在数据链路层信息关键字段的检测与统计,实现接入设备的身份检测与行为统计。模拟实验结果显示,该策略能有效地检测网络恶意入侵,同时不会降低网络的性能。     

一种基于移动代理的自组网跨层入侵检测系统

分析了Ad Hoc网络对入侵检测系统的要求,设计了一种适合移动Ad Hoc网络的基于移动代理的跨层入侵检测系统.在该系统中,检测节点监听其邻居节点网络层和MAC层的通信行为,将跨层信息作为审核数据的来源,在袭击的早期阶段就能够收集足够的袭击证据进行本地入侵检测.当本地监测信息不足以作出判断时,则引入移动代理技术进行协作检测,节约了网络资源,避免了联合检测对网络节点密度的要求,从而降低了误判率,提高了检测效率,增强了系统的分布性、灵活性和适应性.用仿真软件NS-2搭建网络仿真平台进行了仿真实验,结果表明,该检测系统能更好地保障网络安全.

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.

Strictest Pollutants Emission Standards

Progress on Standards Copyright Protection

正Recently,National Copyright Administration of China(NCAC)has rewarded 215 organizations and 179 individuals for their outstanding efforts on investigating standards copyright infringement and piracy in 2013.Hua Jianhua,the Deputy-Director of National Standards Copyright Protection Workgroup Office won a third prize of the national individual award.In 2012,SAC set up the national standards copyright protection working group,and developed policies to crack down standards infringement and piracy behaviors and to strengthen standards copyright protection.
