随着人们健康意识的提高及食品卫生管理的加强,合成色素在食品中的应用越来越受消费者的抵制,用天然食用色素替代合成色素是食品发展的必然趋势。为了促进天然食用色素的发展,本文对威伦天然食用色素在在烧烤肉制品和蛋糕中的应用进行了试验,发现在烧鸡制作中采用威伦天然草莓食用着色,效果显著,解决了长期以来烘烤肉制品不得采用合成色素着色; 用威伦天然芒果食用色素制作的蛋糕色泽鲜美、气孔细致均匀、表面平滑柔顺、口感松化细腻香甜可口,弥补了传统配方产品颜色浅而暗、外观粗糙、口感不佳有苦涩味等缺点,同时使蛋糕生产成本下降了21.74%,提高企业效益。  相似文献

A major challenge for the use of natural fibres in polymeric composites is their incompatibility with commonly used matrices, causing weak interfaces of the final composites. Many surface treatments to natural fibres have been proposed to eliminate or reduce these problems. In this paper, we evaluate the influences of three commonly used natural fibre chemical treatments on the resin flow characteristics of flax fibre nonwoven mats in a vacuum-assisted resin transfer moulding process. The alkalization treatment significantly increases the in-plane permeability and flow anisotropy of the natural nonwoven mat due to changes in fibre diameter, fibre surface tension and mat structure. The effects of silane and acetylation treatments on resin flow are much smaller. It is well known that in comparison with glass fibre, natural fibres can absorb a large amount of moisture from surrounding air. The absorption of moisture causes a considerable reduction in the in-plane permeability of natural fibre nonwoven mats.  相似文献

天然低共熔溶剂是一种新型绿色溶剂,有望替代传统有机溶剂实现对黄酮等天然产物的高效提取。为了阐明天然低共熔溶剂在黄酮化合物萃取方面的应用,本文对近5年发表的相关研究论文进行了整理和分析,综述了天然低共熔溶剂提取黄酮的研究现状,并详细讨论了影响提取率的各种因素。天然低共熔溶剂在黄酮、黄酮醇、二氢黄酮、花色素、异黄酮等多类天然黄酮产物的提取方面表现良好,其萃取率普遍优于甲醇、乙醇等传统溶剂,且萃取产物活性更高;低共熔溶剂的组成、摩尔比、含水量和温度等条件会显著影响其对黄酮化合物的萃取。文章还对天然低共熔溶剂在未来的发展趋势作出展望,希望能为黄酮化合物的高效、绿色提取提供有益参考。

Abstract

This article offers an analysis of natural dyes as a means to explicate inherent paradoxes within the subject. One is that natural dyes are not entirely “natural.” The reverse is actually the case, for natural dyes were often added to chemical colors by nineteenth-century industrial dyers. Another paradox is the blurred distinction between natural and chemical dyes which are actually not separate but aligned technologies. Furthermore, textile historians have long regarded dyeing as a stage in finishing, which is neither appropriate nor accurate. This article presents a revised concept of the cultural and technological characteristics of both categories of dyes, a reassessment that engages persistent myths as it also interrogates aspects of gender and production.  相似文献

Formulating cosmetics using completely natural raw materials is a difficult task. The challenge lies in selecting materials that can be rationally justified as 'natural' and formulating them into cosmetics whose functionality is comparable with their synthetic counterparts. The present paper focuses on the formulation of completely natural shampoos, their evaluation and comparison with commercial herbal shampoos. Attention is drawn to the fact that, due to the ambiguous definition of the word 'natural', several so-called natural cosmetics are available in the Indian market. Increasing concerns about greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the United States have spurred interest in alternate low carbon fuel sources, such as natural gas. Life cycle assessment (LCA) methods can be used to estimate potential emissions reductions through the use of such fuels. Some recent policies have used the results of LCAs to encourage the use of low carbon fuels to meet future energy demands in the U.S., without, however, acknowledging and addressing the uncertainty and variability prevalent in LCA. Natural gas is a particularly interesting fuel since it can be used to meet various energy demands, for example, as a transportation fuel or in power generation. Estimating the magnitudes and likelihoods of achieving emissions reductions from competing end-uses of natural gas using LCA offers one way to examine optimal strategies of natural gas resource allocation, given that its availability is likely to be limited in the future. In this study, the uncertainty in life cycle GHG emissions of natural gas (domestic and imported) consumed in the U.S. was estimated using probabilistic modeling methods. Monte Carlo simulations are performed to obtain sample distributions representing life cycle GHG emissions from the use of 1 MJ of domestic natural gas and imported LNG. Life cycle GHG emissions per energy unit of average natural gas consumed in the U.S were found to range between -8 and 9% of the mean value of 66 g CO(2)e/MJ. The probabilities of achieving emissions reductions by using natural gas for transportation and power generation, as a substitute for incumbent fuels such as gasoline, diesel, and coal were estimated. The use of natural gas for power generation instead of coal was found to have the highest and most likely emissions reductions (almost a 100% probability of achieving reductions of 60 g CO(2)e/MJ of natural gas used), while there is a 10-35% probability of the emissions from natural gas being higher than the incumbent if it were used as a transportation fuel. This likelihood of an increase in GHG emissions is indicative of the potential failure of a climate policy targeting reductions in GHG emissions.  相似文献
