For the linear periodic systems of differential equations depending on a vector parameter, the notion of local asymptotic identifiability was introduced. Conditions for which local parametric identifiability at a singlefold observation of the system state vector follows from local asymptotic identifiability were obtained. This article explores, based on projection lemma, dilated linear matrix inequality (LMI) characterisations for linear time-invariant singular systems. The deduced formulations cover not only the existing results reported in the literature, but also complete some missing LMI conditions. This article also lightens the mutual relations of these characterisations and clarifies the relation between the dilated LMIs for the conventional state-space systems and those for singular systems. The well-known results for the state-space setting reported in the literature can be reviewed as special cases. 相似文献

The problem of parameter identifiability has been considered from different points of view in the case of nonlinear dynamical systems. For analytic systems the standard approach for uncontrolled systems is the Taylor series approach (Pohjanpalo, Math. Biosciences 41 (1978) 21), or the approaches based on differential algebra for polynomial and rational systems. The similarity transformation approach, based on the local state isomorphism theorem, gives a sufficient and necessary condition for global identifiability of nonlinear controlled systems. But it leads only to a necessary condition for identifiability in the case of some uncontrolled systems. Our contribution consists in using the equivalence of systems, based on the straightening out theorem, to analyse the identifiability of uncontrolled systems. From this theory, we state the necessary or sufficient identifiability conditions, some of them depending on the state variable dimension. 相似文献

This paper studies robust performance analysis problems of linear time-invariant systems affected by real parametric uncertainties. In the case where the state-space matrices of the system depend affinely on the uncertain parameters, it is know that recently developed extended or dilated linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) are effective to assess the robust performance in a less conservative fashion. This paper further extends those preceding results and propose a unified way to obtain numerically verifiable dilated LMI conditions even in the case of rational parameter dependence. In particular, it turns out that the proposed dilated LMIs enable us to assess the robust performance via multiaffine parameter-dependent Lyapunov variables so that less conservative analysis results can be achieved. Connections among the proposed conditions and existing results are also discussed concretely. Several existing results can be viewed as particular cases of the proposed conditions. 相似文献

研究了一类离散线性切换系统的一致有限时间稳定性分析和反馈镇定.基于线性矩阵不等式技术,给出了在任意切换信号作用下,离散线性切换系统有限时间稳定和有限时间有界的充分条件,并给出了离散线性切换控制系统一致有限时间状态反馈控制器的设计方法.将上述分析结果应用于一类丢包有界的网络控制系统,得到了保证其有限时间稳定的反馈控制器.最后,通过两个数值仿真例子验证了所提方法的有效性. 相似文献

This article presents a novel robust iterative learning control algorithm (ILC) for linear systems in the presence of multiple time-invariant parametric uncertainties.The robust design problem is formulated as a min–max problem with a quadratic performance criterion subject to constraints of the iterative control input update. Then, we propose a new methodology to find a sub-optimal solution of the min–max problem. By finding an upper bound of the worst-case performance, the min–max problem is relaxed to be a minimisation problem. Applying Lagrangian duality to this minimisation problem leads to a dual problem which can be reformulated as a convex optimisation problem over linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). An LMI-based ILC algorithm is given afterward and the convergence of the control input as well as the system error are proved. Finally, we apply the proposed ILC to a generic example and a distillation column. The numerical results reveal the effectiveness of the LMI-based algorithm. 相似文献

In this paper the problem of stabilizing uncertain linear discrete-time systems under state and control linear constraints is studied. Many formulations of this problem have been given in the literature. Here we consider the case of finding a linear state feedback control law making a given polytope in the state space positively invariant while the control remains bounded within prefixed values under the effect of all the uncertainty sequences belonging to a given polytope in the perturbations space. A necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of a solution of this problem is first given. This condition leads to a set of linear constraints which can be solved using linear programming tecniques by defining an appropriate objective function. In this paper the regulation problem for discrete-time linear periodic systems is investigated. A control structure is introduced which is shown to be capable of robustly zeroing the asymptotic error produced by periodically time-varying exogenous signals. The paper studies the output-feedback synchronization problem for a network of identical, linear time-invariant systems. A criterion to test network synchronization is derived and the class of output-feedback synchronizable systems is introduced and characterized by sufficient and necessary conditions. In particular it is observed that output-feedback stabilizability is sufficient but not necessary for output-feedback synchronizability. In the special case of single-input single-output systems, conditions are derived in the frequency domain. The theory is illustrated with several examples. 相似文献

In this article, the properties of behavioural reconstructibility and forward-observability for systems over the whole time axis ? are introduced. These properties are characterised in terms of appropriate rank conditions, for the time-invariant case. A comparison is made with the existing results in the behavioural setting as well as in the classical state space framework. In the particular case of a periodic system, it is shown that there exists an equivalence between the reconstructibility of the periodic system and its associated lifted system, which is time-invariant. Furthermore, we prove that, for a classical state space system, state reconstructibility is equivalent to behavioural reconstructibility, regardless of the time varying or time-invariant nature of the system. This allows deriving rank tests for the cases of time-invariant and of periodic systems, rediscovering the already known results for state reconstructibility from an alternative perspective. The obtained results contribute to establishing links between two different settings, thus providing a better insight into the considered systems properties. 相似文献

It is well known that the poles of a linear time-invariant controllable and observable system can be assigned arbitrarily by state feedback. When only the output is available, pole assignment is still possible by means of dynamic output feedback. In this paper the potential of time-varying memoryless output feedback is considered. It is shown that, up to some technical conditions, it is indeed possible to allocate the poles of a linear time-invariant discrete-time system by memoryless output feedback with periodic gains. The period of the gains is (n + 1) with n the order of the system. The power of the design technique is proved to be comparable to what can be achieved by the classical dynamic feedback approach. 相似文献
