分析了LaB6电子枪的Kramers-Heisenberg散射与电子束能量分布.以SDS-3电子束设备的电子枪为基础,加速电压为30 kV,通过双曲凹面加速器维纳尔(外敷碱土金属氧化物盖)使电子送达Si片靶心(置于光栏前),讨论了维纳尔的电子轨迹与电子枪发射电子的Fermi分布,给出了测量LaB6电子枪分辨率的方法.与考虑了系统像差影响的理论计算结果进行比较,两者的最后结果基本一致.  相似文献

High resolution and low drive features have been successfully combined in a new type of electron gun for cathode-ray tubes. The gun has a spot-defining aperture of 0.007 inch upon which emission from a large cathode area is concentrated by a retarding electron lens. This unit modulates the beam by electron reflection, while focusing it upon the aperture ("Focus Reflex Modulation"). Immediately ahead of the aperture, a modulated virtual cathode is formed with an emission capability of over four amperes per square centimeter. A1000-microa beam with a 6° divergence is controlled by a signal of 12 volts centered at ground potential. Highlight brigntness of 250 foot lamberts was read at 17,500 volts, while more than 500 lines were resolved on a television test pattern. In more recent forms of the FRM gun,1600 microa are measured in the screen return, out of1800-microa cathode current. This is 88 per cent over-all transmission, using the same defining aperture (0.007 inch). 18 volts of drive signal will completely modulate the above current.  相似文献

为进一步提升毫米波折叠波导行波管的输出功率,通过整体加工的工艺方法,将折叠波导慢波结构和周期永磁聚焦系统在母材上同时加工,形成一种集成极靴结构。基于圆形注电子光学系统,设计了E波段折叠波导行波管的集成极靴结构。利用三维电磁场模拟软件(CST)的微波工作室,设计并模拟了慢波结构的冷特性参数,并根据慢波结构尺寸设计周期永磁聚焦系统。通过电磁工作环境仿真软件(OPERA)对磁场进行仿真验证,最终整管粒子数值模拟(PIC)计算结果表明,在61~71 GHz频带内可获得大于1 kW的饱和输出功率。该集成极靴结构在提供强轴向磁场的同时,具有结构紧凑、散热性好等优点。  相似文献

开展了具有同轴谐振腔互作用电路和双模工作杆控电子枪的X波段同轴腔双模多注速调管的研究工作.结合数值计算和冷测实验,对工作于TM310高次模的同轴谐振腔模式分布和特性参数进行研究,获得了可满足多注速调管要求的谐振腔特性阻抗和良好的模式稳定性.采用具有双控制极的新型杆控多注电子枪及电子光学系统,可使多注速调管具有双模的新工作特性,通过数值模拟获得了优化的几何参数和具有良好层流性和波动性的空心多电子注.对采用6个电子注和5个谐振腔的X波段多注速调管进行了注波互作用大信号计算,结果表明当电子注电压为21.5kV,脉冲电流为14.4A时,可在30MHz频带范围内获得的100kW左右的脉冲输出功率,互作用效率大于30%,增益大于36dB.  相似文献

使用ANSYS 仿真和热膨胀实验的方法进行了X 波段带状电子注速调管电子枪组件热分析,计算了电子枪组件的热分布和热形变,在动态实验台上完成聚束极阴极组件的热膨胀实验,将仿真和实验相验证得到了满足工程设计要求的重要热力学数据,为X 波段带状电子注速调管电子枪结构的精确设计、优化和实际制管提供了依据。  相似文献

A design of high perveance electron gun has recently been proposed by Müller. An experimental investigation has been made of the electron beams produced from: 1) a gun designed directly from Müller's charts, and 2) a gun whose design is a modification of the Müller design to make it more suitable for high-voltage operation. The perveance in each case was about 2 × 10-6. The distribution of the current density and the profile of the beam were examined, either by allowing the beam to fall on a plate coated with carbon, or by measuring the current passing through a pinhole in a screen which could be moved across the beam at a number of axial positions. Electrostatic experiments showed that the beams were initially annular, but further along the axis the current density became highest at the center. This is attributed to crossing trajectories resulting from lens aberrations in an anode aperture whose diameter is comparable with the cathode-anode spacing. With magnetic focusing, the current density distribution across the beam varied periodically along the axis to an extent which depended critically on the magnetic field conditions in the accelerating region of the gun.  相似文献

A non-intercepting gridded gun with the perveance of 1.4μP is described. Three different gridmesh shapes (square, hexagonal and annular) are chosen, and the experimental results in an electron beam analyzer are given in detail. The design methods of the gun for each grid-mesh shape and the structures of the test system are briefly introduced. The results measured by using the fluorescent screen and pin-hole scanning technique are given. It turns out that the annular grid possessed the best electron optical performance. The reason that the performance of the annular grid is better than the others is qualitatively explained and discussed, so as to give the guide lines of how to design the non-intercepting gridded guns. Through the experiment and the computer calculation for several non-intercepting gridded guns, the previous wrong conceptional conclusions about the performances of the guns with and without grid may be corrected.  相似文献

本文叙述了采用三种不同形状栅网(方孔栅、六角孔栅、环形栅)的导流系数为1.4p的无截获栅栅控电子枪,在电子注分析器上进行实验的详细情况。文中扼要地介绍了无截获栅栅控枪使用三种不同栅网的设计方法,并给出了所用实验系统的结构。三种栅网的荧光屏显示和小孔扫描测试的结果表明,环形栅的电子光学性能最佳。从概念上定性地分析并讨论了环形栅优于其它栅的原因。这为今后设计无截获栅枪指出了方向。通过对多把无截获栅枪的实验研究和计算机计算,纠正了过去有关栅控枪和基础无栅枪性能上的一些概念上的错误结论。  相似文献

用粒子仿真软件EGUN和MAGIC仿真电子枪时,需设置一组线圈来拟合磁控注入电子枪的磁场.为了提高设计效率,采用最小二乘法计算线圈参数,拟合电子枪磁场,计算结果用于34GHz双注磁控注入电子枪的仿真中,仿真结果表明:最小二乘法能够直接计算出拟合磁场的线圈组合,提高设计电子枪的效率;仿真的双注磁控注入电子枪电子速度零散小,横纵速度比适中,满足回旋管对电子枪的要求.  相似文献

激光测厚具有安全可靠、测量精度高、测量范围大等优点,广泛应用于纸张、电池极片等薄膜类材料厚度的在线测量。带材宽幅方向扫描测厚时由于扫描架往复运动会产生机械振动,影响在线测厚精度。针对该问题,以锂离子电池极片厚度测量为例,使用双激光差动式测厚平台对电池极片和铜箔分别进行厚度测量,然后对测厚数据进行频谱分析,探究其振动规律的相似性,并基于频谱分析结果采用滑动带阻滤波方式对测厚数据进行处理,滤波后极片和铜箔的厚度极差分别降低了33.4%和73.8%,有效过滤了机械振动导致的测量误差,可满足极片和铜箔厚度测量的精度要求。  相似文献

利用理论分析和仿真模拟相结合的方法对带状电子注的产生进行了系统的研究,并提出了一种带状注电子枪的设计方法.首先通过理论分析,提出了一种计算带状注电子枪结构参数的迭代算法,即根据注电压、注电流、电子注注腰处半厚度、阴极半厚度和阴极宽度,计算出带状注电子枪的阴极柱面半径、阴阳极间距、阳极柱面半径和射程等主要参数;在此基础上,通过仿真模拟,为毫米波真空电子器件设计了一种带状注电子枪.  相似文献

When a solid electron beam is formed by a two-electrode axially-symmetrical gun immersed in uniform axial magnetic field, the anode aperture, cutting off the near-axis part of the beam acts as an electrostatic lens and causes unwanted pulsations of the beam. Initial oscillations of electrons are especially unfavorable for free-electron masers (FEMs), in which they lead to a too large spread in the oscillating and, correspondingly, in the translational velocities of the particles. A method for compensation of the parasitic action of the anode aperture by means of a small correcting coil and formation of an electron beam with minimum pulsations is suggested in this paper. Results of estimations and numerical simulations demonstrating the effectiveness of the method when using it in an electron-optical system of a millimeter wavelengths cyclotron autoresonance maser (CARM) are discussed.  相似文献

An approach for designing an electron gun for a high efficiency, high linearity space traveling wave tube (TWT), has been presented. A low convergent (<10?:?1) Pierce electron gun of beam perveance 0.43?μP has been designed for a high gain, high linearity and high efficiency C-band 60?W Space TWT using in-house developed two-dimensional FDM based gun and collector simulation code PIERCE. In this gun, the first anode (isolated from the ground anode) has been kept nearly 100?V above the ground anode to act as an ion barrier for increasing cathode life and to regulate beam current over the lifetime of the tube. An M-type dispenser cathode of diameter 3.20?mm has been used for cathode loading of less than 1.0?A/cm2 and heater wattage around 3.0?W. The magnetic focusing with integral-pole-piece barrel assembly and periodic-permanent magnets (PPM) have been designed using in house developed two-dimensional FDM based code SUNMAG. The practical problem of linking requisite cathode flux to the cathode for confined flow of the electron beam with low convergence factor has been sorted out by gradually increasing the PPM magnetic field. The magnetic field has been increased in steps from the gun and over the first five magnets varying from Brillouin field (B B) value to twice B B for achieving the electron beam with scalloping less than 10%. Agreements between the simulated results and the experimental results for the beam current and magnetic field profile have been achieved within 8%. The dynamic beam transmission (under rf operation of the tube) has been achieved better than 98% in the tube.  相似文献

In many cases, the effectiveness of an electromagnetic shield is determined by apertures that exist in the shield. To minimize the penetration of EM fields through a large aperture, the aperture is sometimes loaded with conductive material. The solution of the loaded aperture problem can be reduced to the calculation of equivalent magnetic surface currents, M&oarr;s, that exist over the surface of the aperture. In the paper, the relevant integro-differential equations have been solved using the method of moments to determine M&oarr;s for a small, square aperture loaded with a number of impedance sheets of practical interest. These values of M&oarr;s have been used to calculate the magnetic and electric insertion losses of these impedance sheets. The numerical results are compared with shielding measurements that have been made on carbon composite materials and wire meshes and grids  相似文献

Advanced simulation tools were used to design major components for a 95-GHz traveling-wave tube (TWT) providing approximately 1-kW of average power. This output power would be challenging, if not impossible, using a fundamental mode circuit TWT design, because of beam-current density and thermal-mechanical-stability issues. We addressed these limitations using an overmoded interaction circuit. The program investigated the circuits' thermal and electrical performance, including the effect of multiple-propagating modes and spurious oscillations. We also completed the designs for the electron gun and periodic permanent magnet. The design results for the 1-kW 95-GHz TWT are promising.  相似文献

A high-resolution 1-in TV camera tube with the Saticon photoconductive layer has been developed for live color image pickup in the high-definition television system based on 2:1 interlaced 1125 scanning lines and 60 fields per second. The inherent high-resolution capability of the Saticon photoconductive target is fully demonstrated by the use of a diode-operation electron gun having no beam crossover point. The electrons emitted from a flat barium-impregnated tungsten cathode are formed into a narrow and laminar electron beam of high current density and low beam temperature using a fine beam-defining aperture about 12 µm in diameter in the positively biased G1disc electrode. The tube has an outstanding resolving power and a low lag characteristic as well as sufficient beam current margin to handle the standard peak signal current of 0.5 µA required for a reasonably highS/Nratio in the wide-band video signal system. The applicability of the design concept to the tubes for standard TV systems is also discussed.  相似文献

The direction of an electron beam in a nanometer-sized area is measured directly by utilizing a selected-area aperture. By the measurements at several areas in a beam, the wavefront curvature and thus the defocus value of the beam are detected. From the defocus value, the wave field at the specimen plane is also reproduced in consideration of the influences of the condenser aperture and spherical aberration of the illumination lens. The result shows that phase deviation of 2π is caused only at about 10?nm apart from the beam center in a beam with a typical diameter for high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. Based on the defocus value, the convergence angle of the beam is also estimated to be about 6?mrad without being influenced by the partial coherence, that is, independently of the type of the electron gun. Measuring the defocus values for only two beam diameters enables us to determine geometrical parameters peculiar to the illumination system, based on which wave fields of any beam diameters by any condenser aperture sizes can be estimated. The technique proposed in this paper is effective in evaluating the influence of wavefront curvature of incident beams on various kinds of precise measurements conducted in transmission electron microscopes.  相似文献

本文从分析9″显象管电子枪的结构特点出发,讨论了影响荧光屏上电子束光点尺寸的三个主要因素:透镜放大率、球面象差和空间电荷效应。提出了用减小调制极孔径,增大调制极与加速极之间的距离等方法来减小电子束最小交叉截面的尺寸和电子束的发散张角;并且以调整电子枪在显象管内的位置,即增大它与偏转线圈之间的相对距离,来减小偏转线圈杂散磁场所引起的偏转散焦;从而有效地改善了整管的聚焦性能,并明显地提高了边缘部分的分辨率。 试验结果和批量生产的管子测试表明:上述方法是卓有成效的,其边缘分辨率能提高50线以上。  相似文献

本文利用ANSYS软件对空间行波管的电子枪进行了稳态热分析,得到了电子枪阴极温度随灯丝功率的变化结果,计算结果与试验结果一致,验证了ANSYS热分析的正确性。在此基础上分析了阴极的热形变对电子枪性能参数的影响,同时模拟了电子枪中阴极的冷启动情况,得出阴极在-35℃条件下,在210s内阴极温度可以达到正常工作温度980℃。  相似文献
