本研究以细菌纤维素基碳气凝胶(CA)为载体材料,通过水热法制备了Ni-Co-S/CA复合气凝胶,掺入钒元素调控材料的微观结构和性能。研究结果表明:Ni-Co-S的主要物相为NiCo2S4,次相为NiS2。随着镍钴盐浓度的增大,负载量增加,电催化峰电流密度先升后降。当镍钴盐浓度较低时,掺微量钒后, Ni-Co-S从结晶度较高的球形颗粒转变成低结晶度的方形微粒,电催化活性和稳定性都得到改善。在0.01 mol/L镍钴盐溶液中掺入3mol%V,制备的电极对甲醇具有最优的催化氧化性能,与不掺V的样品相比,其峰电流密度(78.18mA/cm2)提升了至少45.7%。Ni-Co-S/CA复合气凝胶电极具有轻质、高孔隙率等优点,有望用于便携式直接甲醇燃料电池。 相似文献

以间苯二酚(R)、甲醛(F)为原料,(R/F)摩尔比为1:2,通过掺杂一定量的硝酸铁或硝酸镍以改善碳气凝胶的结构与性能.用BET,XRD和SEM对碳气凝胶结构进行表征,结果显示样品同传统碳酸钠作为催化剂所得层状形貌结构有明显不同,样品中均含有球状颗粒,且掺杂硝酸铁的样品表面更粗糙,掺杂Ni2+所得碳气凝胶的比表面积高达441.8m2/g.电化学测试结果表明,掺杂Ni2+样品的比电容数值比掺杂Fe3+样品的和传统碳酸钠为催化剂所得碳气凝胶的来得更高,可达227.3F/g,其电化学性能较优. 相似文献

以间苯二酚和甲醛为反应前驱体,三聚氰胺为氮源,经溶胶-凝胶法制备出氮掺杂碳气凝胶(N-CA),并对其进行CO2活化,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试表明,经CO2活化后的氮掺杂碳气凝胶(N-ACA),其骨架结构发生较明显变化,孔尺寸明显减小;氮吸附数据表明,CO2活化能够较好地起到造孔的作用,N-ACA的比表面积高达4082m2/g;热重曲线(TG和DTG)说明CO2与N-CA的反应主要从650℃开始,当温度升至1150℃时失重速率达到最大,选取最适宜的活化温度范围为800~1000℃;X光电子能谱(XPS)和元素分析测试表明,与N-CA相比较,N-ACA具有的氮原子百分含量明显减少,但供电子能力较强的吡咯氮含量有所增加。 相似文献

The energy crisis and environmental pollution are serious challenges that humanity will face for the long-term. Despite tremendous efforts, the development of environmentally friendly methods to fabricate new energy materials is still challenging. Here we report, for the first time, a new strategy to fabricate various doped carbon nanofiber (CNF) aerogels by pyrolysis of bacterial cellulose (BC) pellicles which had adsorbed or were dyed with different toxic organic dyes. The proposed strategy makes it possible to remove the toxic dyes from waste-water and then synthesize doped CNF aerogels using the dyed BC pellicles as precursors. Compared with other reported processes for preparing heteroatom doped carbon (HDC) nanomaterials, the present synthetic method has some significant advantages, such as being green, general, low-cost and easily scalable. Moreover, the as-prepared doped CNF aerogels exhibit great potential as electrocatalysts for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and as electrode materials for supercapacitors. 相似文献

以间苯二酚、甲醛为原料,添加适量的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,再加入不同浓度的乙酸镍溶液,在85℃水浴中聚合;经溶胶-凝胶、溶剂置换、常压干燥和1000℃氮气气氛下热解,得到负载不同含量金属Ni的炭气凝胶.利用透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电境(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积及孔径分析(BET)和直流充放电测试等手段,对比讨论了负载不同含量金属Ni对炭气凝胶的结构和性能的影响.结果表明,这种方法可以均匀地将Ni纳米粒子分散于炭气凝胶中;适量的金属Ni可使发气凝胶的比表面积及充放电性能得到显著提高;如负载Ni含量过高则炭气凝胶石墨化程度增加. 相似文献

以甲酚为原料,添加适量的间苯二酚,在氢氧化钠催化作用下与甲醛聚合,经溶胶凝胶、溶剂置换、常压干燥和900℃炭化过程可制备纳米多孔材料炭气凝胶。N2吸附测试表明所制备炭气凝胶BET比表面积高于500m^2/g,在8nm~20nm范围具有集中的孔径分布,适合于做双电层电容器的电极材料。采用电化学阻抗谱测试电极的电化学行为,结果显示炭气凝胶电极在1mol/L的H2SO4电解液中的体积比电容接近70F/cm^3,质量比电容最高达97F/g。 相似文献

Nickel (Ni) based materials with non-metal heteroatom doping are competitive substitutes for platinum group catalyst toward alkaline hydrogen oxidation reaction (HOR). However, the incorporation of non-metal atom into the lattice of conventional fcc phase Ni can easily trigger a structural phase transformation, forming hcp phase nonmetallic intermetallic compounds. Such tangle phenomenon makes it difficult to uncover the relationship between HOR catalytic activity and doping effect on fcc phase Ni. Herein, taking trace carbon doped Ni (C-Ni) nanoparticles as an example, a new nonmetal doped Ni nanoparticles synthesized by a simple fast decarbonization route using Ni3C as precursor is presented, which provides an ideal platform to study the structure-activity relationship between alkaline HOR performance and non-metal doping effect toward fcc phase Ni. The obtained C-Ni exhibits an enhanced alkaline HOR catalytic activity compared with pure Ni, approaching to commercial Pt/C. X-ray absorption spectroscopy confirms that the trace carbon doping can modulate the electronic structure of conventional fcc phase nickel. Besides, theoretical calculations suggest that the introducing of C atoms can effectively regulate the d-band center of Ni atoms, resulting in the optimized hydrogen absorption, thereby improving the HOR activity. 相似文献

Organic aerogels (AGs) and carbon aerogels (CAs) as adsorbents were successfully fabricated by a sol-gel polymerization method. The BET specific surface area and pore size distribution of the samples were analyzed by N(2) adsorption measurements. The adsorption efficiency of prepared samples towards reactive brilliant red X-3B dye (RBRX) was investigated. The adsorption of dye was found to follow the Langmuir and Freundlich models. The thermodynamic parameters, such as the change of free energy, enthalpy and entropy were calculated from equilibrium constants. Kinetic studies indicated that the adsorption of CA followed pseudo first and second order kinetic model, but the adsorption of AG only followed pseudo first order kinetic model. Batch adsorption studies were conducted to evaluate the effects of main preparation and adsorption conditions such as R/C (molar ratio of resorcinol (R) to surfactant (CTAB)) of adsorbent, pH, adsorbent dose and adsorbent particle size on the adsorption of RBRX on AG and CA. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of dye increased with the decrease in dose and particle size of the adsorbent. Maximum adsorption of AGs and CAs was observed at R/C=200. The adsorption capacity of AG and CA would increase largely when pH<4 or pH>12. 相似文献

热固性酚醛树脂—羟甲基三聚氰胺经历聚合反应、溶胶—凝胶、超临界干燥和裂解过程生成了有机和炭气凝胶。比较了超临界石油醚干燥(240℃、6.0MPa下1h)和超临界二氧化碳干燥(60℃、10.0MPa下7d)在制备有机和炭气凝胶过程中的作用。结果发现:超临界石油醚干燥时间比超临界二氧化碳的显著短,虽然前者制备的有机气凝胶的BET比表面和中孔孔容比后者小,但前者制备的有机气凝胶在热裂解过程中的热稳定性比后者好,因此,超临界石油醚干燥制备的炭气凝胶的BET比表面和中孔孔容均比超临界二氧化碳的大。超临界石油醚干燥可以替代超临界二氧化碳干燥来制备炭气凝胶。 相似文献
