粗粒铀矿石提取和浓酸熟化-高铁淋滤浸出法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文在分析常规铀水冶技术存在的问题和薄层浸出法局限性的基础上,叙述了一种新的浸出体系-浓酸熟化-高铁淋滤浸出法。该法采用硫酸高铁溶液淋滤熟化矿石,完成了薄层浸出法所不能完成的残余浸出反应。浓酸熟化-高铁淋滤浸出法对我国铀矿石具有很强的适应性,是一种可与常规搅拌浸出法相竞争的粗粒矿石提取技术。以该法为基础的铀矿加工流程将可成为我国新一代铀水冶基本流程之一。该流程省去了矿石细磨,因而从根本上克服了由矿石磨细所带来的一系列困难;同时不排放工艺流出液,可改变当前铀水冶的面貌。  相似文献

针对甘肃某石煤钒矿焙烧灰渣综合利用工艺进行研究。浸出过程中,将传统熟化-水浸浸出工艺与中和-酸浸浸出工艺进行对比,综合分析金属收得率及渣率,优选中和-酸浸双级浸出工艺。回收流程经中和酸浸、还原预处理、铝钒共沉、钒液富集等工序逐级分离回收铝、铁、钒等有价金属,并制备工业应用产品高分子比冰晶石、氧化铁红工业颜料并分析产品纯度。此外,对整个工艺流程的产生的废水、废渣进行综合治理。最后,投产经济效益进行了评估分析,为投资建设石煤钒矿焙烧尾渣综合利用项目提供可靠的决策依据。  相似文献

某石煤钒矿含V_2O_50.865%,主要矿物为石英,钾长石、绢云母、白云石、方解石含量较高,采用硫酸熟化—柱浸技术提取其中的钒。考察了矿石粒度、熟化和浸出工艺参数对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明,提钒的较优条件为原矿粒度-12mm、熟化硫酸用量(对原矿)20%、熟化补水量(对原矿)6%、熟化温度125℃、熟化时间4h、柱浸液速率0.25mL/(h·g原矿)、喷淋时间24h,在此条件下,产出的尾渣V_2O_5含量可降至0.15%,钒浸出率可达83.5%,柱浸液中Fe、Al_2O_3、K_2O等杂质未出现明显累积。与常规搅拌浸出工艺相比,该工艺可降低硫酸用量,避免浸出过程中的冒槽,减轻浸出料浆的固液负荷。  相似文献

对主要以沥青铀矿形式存在的某硅酸盐铀矿石,用二氧化锰作氧化剂,硫酸高铁溶液作浸出剂进行淋滤浸出研究。采用两段逆流淋滤浸出,含铀和铁的浸出液送至预浸段,浸出液中铁沉淀在新矿石堆中。酸加到主浸段,将沉淀铁溶解作为硫酸高铁浸出剂。与搅拌浸出比较,淋滤浸出省酸21%、省二氧化锰29%,铀提取率降低1.86%。  相似文献

(一)前言 众所周知,用浓酸熟化法处理铀矿石具有试剂耗量少、铀浸出率高、固液分离容易等优点、这种方法适用于铀钍矿物。含铀褐煤灰、炭质页岩、炭质泥质矿、粘土矿物等难浸矿石。 本文所涉及的铀为原生矿,矿石岩性组成较复杂,同时矿石粘土化强烈。该矿石用常规硫酸浸出法处理时,酸用量高达11%,二氧化锰耗用量达3.5%,浸出矿渣含铀也高(0.012%),铀浸出率低,一般为94.15%。 为降低试剂用量和减少浸出渣的铀含量,以及提高铀的浸出率,我们进行了浓硫酸熟化法处理该矿石试验。  相似文献

河南省某地铝土矿矿石中Li2O品位为026%,锂主要赋存在高岭石、伊利石等黏土矿物中。为确定铝土矿伴生锂的开发利用工艺,进行了铝土矿浮选工艺试验和富锂精矿的提取试验研究。试验结果表明:采用2粗1精、中矿顺序返回的铝土矿浮选闭路流程,可获得Al2O3品位6172%,铝硅比为1145的铝土矿精矿产品和Li2O品位057%、回收率为7897%的富锂精矿;富锂精矿与浓硫酸熟化液(固液比)1∶1混合后,在熟化温度180 ℃、浸出液固比2∶1~3∶1、浸出时间10 min、浸出温度常温的情况下,Li2O浸出率达到9464%,最终得到纯度为9956%的碳酸锂产品。采用硫酸熟化—浸出—净化—提锂工艺可实现河南某地铝土矿中锂高回收率和获得高纯度产品的目的,具有一定的实际价值。  相似文献

在分析国外某低品位铀矿石的矿石特性的基础上,有针对性地进行了柱浸试验,开发出拌酸熟化强化堆浸工艺,确定了适宜的工艺参数。在矿石粒度为-6mm、熟化硫酸用量(与矿石质量比)1%、复合氧化剂用量(与矿石质量比)0.5%、熟化时间为40h、浸出时间为6d、硫酸总耗量为1.4%~1.5%的条件下,渣计铀浸出率为80.95%,浸渣中铀质量分数为0.004%。  相似文献

针对铀燃料元件加工过程中产生的高铀含量放射性废渣(铀品位59.63%), 采用循环溶解、硝酸浸出、浓酸熟化、高温焙烧等工艺回收其中的铀。试验结果表明, 使用1∶1.2的稀硝酸溶液, 80 ℃水浴, 搅拌溶解4 h, 经过16次循环溶解, 得到铀含量为0.181%的不溶渣, 不溶残渣率为1.33%; 对于较难溶解的不溶渣, 通过工艺条件优选, 采用两级硝酸浸出, 渣中铀含量可降至0.059%。多次循环溶解和两级硝酸浸出工艺相结合, 可达到较好的回收效果。本研究结果为高品位铀废渣中铀的回收提供了试验依据。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
