化学沉淀法处理含砷废水,产物沉砷渣通常不稳定,易导致砷泄露,对环境造成严重的危害。采用沉砷率高、固砷渣稳定的低温常压臭葱石(FeAsO4·2H2O)沉砷法进行除砷,并研究了初始pH、Fe/As摩尔比、Fe2(SO4)3滴加速率对As、Fe去除率,FeAsO4·2H2O结晶度,形貌和浸出毒性的影响。结果表明:初始pH和Fe/As摩尔比的升高有利于沉砷率的提高,但会导致沉砷渣中FeAsO4·2H2O结晶度和含量下降。提高Fe2(SO4)3滴加速率有利于反应效率,但不利于FeAsO4·2H2O的纯度。在初始pH为1.5,Fe/As摩尔比为1.5,Fe2(SO4)3滴加速率为40 mL/h以及滴加时间为1.125 h的条件下,...  相似文献

Fenton法具有氧化性强,操作便捷,反应迅速安全稳定等优点,对于高浓度有机废水有较好的实验效果。本文采用Fenton法对攀枝花学院化学实验室产生的有机废水进行处理,通过单因素实验,探讨了FeSO4·7H2O投加量、H2O2投加量、pH值、反应温度和反应时间等五个因素对有机废水COD去除率的影响。单因素实验结果表明:在pH值=3,H2O2投加量为2.0 mL/100mL,FeSO4·7H2O投加量为0.5 g/100mL,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为60 min, COD去除率达到最大为83%。在单因素的基础上,进行了正交实验,结果表明:四个影响因素对实验结果影响大小的顺序为:R2(pH)> R1(Fe2+/H2O2)>R4(反应时间)>R3(温度),四因素的最佳组合为:pH值=3,温度为50℃,Fe2+/H...  相似文献

以七水合硫酸亚铁(FeSO4·7H2O)为浸出剂,通过无酸氧压浸出工艺,实现铁酸锌(ZnFe2O4)中的锌的高效浸出和铁的同步分离。研究分析了FeSO4·7H2O与ZnFe2O4的质量比、反应温度、反应时间、氧分压对锌浸出和铁沉淀的影响。结果表明,在FeSO4·7H2O与ZnFe2O4质量比为10∶5,反应温度为180℃,氧分压为2 MPa,反应时间为3 h条件下,锌的浸出率可达87.65%,而铁以Fe2O3的形式存在浸出渣中,浸出液中铁的残留率仅为0.56%,实现了锌铁高效分离。该实验验证了FeSO4·7H2O浸出含锌粉尘中锌同步除铁的可行性,为利用FeSO4·7H2O对含锌电炉粉尘中锌的绿色提...  相似文献

在废印刷电路板回收利用时通常会产生大量含重金属离子的废水,一般含有[Cu(NH34]2+、NH4+和NH3·H2O,这些铜氨络离子稳定性高,处理难度极高。文中以废印刷电路板在回收利用有价金属时产生的铜氨废水为研究对象,通过MAP法和折点氯化法联合工艺对该废水进行处理,有效回收了氨氮和铜。该联合工艺不仅可以有效地节约经济成本,并且回收的铜和氨氮产物也能产生一定的经济效益。结果表明:MAP反应的较优条件为pH=9.5,废水中氨氮与投入磷盐和镁盐的摩尔比为4:1:1.1,对氨氮的去除率为23%,铜的去除率为2%,形成了磷酸氨镁沉淀。折点氯化法的较优pH为9.5,N/Cl的摩尔比为1:1.6,氨氮处理效果为98.8%,铜去除率99.8%。   相似文献

以硝酸铝(Al(NO3)3·9H2O)为氧化剂,甘氨酸(C2H5NO2)为还原剂,硝酸钐(Sm(NO3)3·6H2O)为改性剂,通过溶液燃烧法合成了γ-Al2O3粉体。采用XRD、SEM、BET、TG-DTG等手段对产物进行表征,并分析探讨了焙烧温度、改性剂添加量对产物物相的影响。实验结果表明:在硝酸铝(Al(NO3)3·9H2O)与甘氨酸(C2H5NO2)的物质的量之比为3∶5,改性剂Sm(NO3)3·6H2O添加量为1%,焙烧温度为1 025℃,焙烧时间为4 h的条件下可以制备具有较高热稳定性的γ-Al2O3  相似文献

以Co(NO3)2·6H2O、Fe(NO3)3·9H2O、La(NO3)3·H2O为原料,柠檬酸为络合剂,葡萄糖为模版剂,采用微波水热的方法合成了钙钛矿结构LaFeO3光催化剂.利用XRD、SEM、TG-DSC和FT-IR等手段进行分析表征.结果表明:Co的掺杂有利于提高LaFeO3光催化剂的活性,其催化效果优于纯的LaFeO3;当掺杂量x=0.1时,其催化效果较优,光照时间为150 min时,亚甲基蓝的降解率达到99.46 %,较纯LaFeO3高出36.51 %.   相似文献
