以未漂马尾松硫酸盐浆生产纸袋纸,研究了纸袋纸高浓打浆(HCR)后接着低浓打浆(LCR)工艺,并与高浓打浆和低浓打浆进行了比较,得出较合适的高浓后接着低浓打浆工艺条件。其最佳条件为:先用高浓打浆至打浆度15oSR,接着用低浓打至打浆度17oSR;在此条件下,成纸透气度可达5.0μm/Pa.s以上,TEA指数可达3.12J/g以上,其他指标均较好。  相似文献

从皮屑浆打浆度、配比及针叶木浆打浆度三因素研究了皮革废弃物——皮屑胶原纤维的抄造性能,并对配比进行了进一步研究。结果表明:皮屑浆打浆度为40oSR,配比40%,针叶木浆打浆度为43 oSR时抄造性能较好;筛选后皮屑纤维的抄造性能比未筛选皮屑纤维的要好;皮屑胶原纤维对耐破度的影响最大,对撕裂度的影响最小;添加聚丙烯酰胺可以提高混合纤维纸张的强度,特别是撕裂度。  相似文献

采用植物纤维和以皮革废弃物制备的革纤维为主要原料,制备了高透气度育果袋纸,并对制备工艺条件进行了优化.结果表明,在针叶木浆中配加20%的革浆、打浆度为35°SR、增强剂(PAE)和防水剂的用量分别为1.5%和2%、pH值为7的抄造工艺下,制得的育果袋纸干抗张指数为61.91 N·m/g、湿强保留率41.49%、透气度40.04 μm/(Pa·s)、撕裂指数10.12 mN·m2/g、表面吸水性11.58 g/m2.热重分析结果表明,添加革纤维制备的育果袋纸有较高的热稳定性.  相似文献

透气度是液晶玻璃间隔纸重要的指标,湿纸幅强度与成纸透气度性能之间相互矛盾,对液晶玻璃间隔纸的抄造带来影响,为了在不损失液晶玻璃间隔纸所需湿纸幅强度的同时改善其成纸透气度,本课题研究了纤维种类、打浆度及解键剂用量对液晶玻璃间隔纸湿纸幅强度和成纸透气度的影响。结果表明,解键剂与打浆的协同作用可有效提高液晶玻璃间隔纸的湿纸幅强度并保证其成纸透气度;将针叶木浆(32°SR)、阔叶木浆(22°SR)按20∶80配比混合,然后添加0.50%的解键剂抄造的液晶玻璃间隔纸,其湿纸幅强度为0.83 kN/m,成纸透气度为162.6 μm/Pa·s,可满足液晶玻璃间隔纸对湿纸幅强度及成纸透气度的要求。  相似文献

为探讨废弃纺织品作为原料在现代造纸工业中的应用,按照原料和颜色深浅把废弃纺织品分为4类:合成纤维(浅色)、纤维素纤维(浅色)、纤维素纤维(深色)、纯棉纤维(浅色),将原料经粉碎工序加工成散纤维,分别与木浆配抄成手抄纸,分析了配抄纸的各项物理性能。结果表明,手抄纸具有优异的透气性能,透气度为91.70~100.00μm/(Pa·s),是木浆(对比样)手抄纸的9.6~10.44倍;力学性能低于木浆手抄纸,是木浆手抄纸的27.8%~55.6%;废弃纺织纤维与木浆配抄纸的白度与纺织品纤维原来的颜色相关。  相似文献

以烟梗为原料制取的化学机械浆(CMP)与少最木浆纤维配抄烟草薄片原纸,经烟草萃取液涂布后制备烟草薄片型卷烟纸,并检测其相关物理性能和感官品质.根据烟草薄片型卷烟纸对抗张强度、透气度等物理指标的要求,通过优化打浆工艺,确定其最佳打浆度为:烟梗化机浆35°SR;未漂针叶本浆80°SR;漂白阔叶木浆40°SR;漂白麻浆70°SR;烟梗化机浆、未漂针叶木浆、漂白阔叶木浆、漂白麻浆的最佳配比为:75∶20∶2.5∶2.5,在此条件下,其抗张指数、透气度和伸长率分别为39.7 N·m/g,10.21μm/(Pa·s)和1.41%;经评吸实验感官评价,与普通雪茄烟纸相比,烟草薄片型卷烟纸的木质杂气减少,刺激性降低,品质得到提升.  相似文献

以漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆(NBKP)、漂白硫酸盐阔叶木浆(LBKP)为原料,利用氢氧化钠∕尿素∕硫脲溶剂体系在低温环境下进行改性,通过协同打浆处理,得到整体形态不变的、适当分丝帚化的纸浆纤维,并用于制备口罩滤材。通过测试滤材松厚度、孔径、透气度等结构参数和性能,与市售PM2.5防护口罩滤材对比,探究合适的纸浆纤维改性工艺及配抄方案。结果表明,改性后的NBKP打浆度18°SR、LBKP打浆度20°SR,二者质量比2∶8时,制备滤材各项性能指标与市售口罩最接近,其松厚度为4.36 cm3/g,透气度为287.19 L/(m2·s),平均孔径为36.69μm,最大孔径为39.86μm,对6000目滑石粉过滤效率可达99%。  相似文献

本研究以本色针叶木浆与本色竹浆为纤维原料制备纸袋用纸,通过浆内添加聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)和烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)以提高其湿强度和抗水性。通过在浆内添加聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维,实现纸袋用纸的热封性能,并探究了PVA纤维用量、热封温度、热封时间对纸袋用纸粘合强度的影响。结果表明,本色针叶木浆和本色竹浆的适宜打浆度分别为32°SR和27°SR,浆料的最佳质量比为7∶3;PAE和AKD的最适添加量分别为1.5%和0.3%;当PVA纤维用量为9%,热封温度为110℃,热封时间为6 s时,纸袋纸粘合强度为2.61 kN/m,撕裂指数为14.7 mN·m2/g,干、湿抗张指数分别为72.9、23.4 N·m/g。  相似文献

用烟草萃取液对手抄片进行涂布制备烟草色卷烟纸,对其相关物理性能测定并进行感官评价。根据卷烟纸对抗张强度、透气度等物理指标的要求,通过优化打浆工艺,确定的最佳打浆工艺和原料配比分别为:本色针叶木浆70%、阔叶木浆20%、麻浆10%。在此条件下,成纸的抗张强度、透气度和伸长率分别为1.69kN·m-1、4.68μm·(Pa·s)-1和2.60%;同时,经卷烟感官评价,与普通雪茄烟纸相比,烟草色卷烟纸的杂气减少,刺激性降低,谐调性和香气增加。  相似文献

对国内造纸企业常用的阔叶木浆、针叶木浆的中浓打浆生产技术的使用效果进行了研究.与低浓打浆相比,中浓打浆技术能有效保留和提高阔叶木浆的固有强度和结合强度,阔叶木浆抄造纸张的各项物理强度指标均有提高,能耗降低36%左右,生产使用表明中浓打浆处理后的阔叶木浆能部分代替针叶木浆;对于针叶木浆,中浓打浆工艺以采用低浓预处理 中浓打浆为宜,纸张物理强度指标如裂断长、撕裂指数比低浓打浆提高10%~24%,能耗降低30%.  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
