以手机外壳为例,应用CAE软件模拟了注塑件的注塑成型过程。通过正交试验方法与模拟仿真实验的结合,对注塑成型的填充、保压、冷却和翘曲变形过程进行仿真实验分析,获得了制件不同条件下的翘曲变形值。并通过对试验数据的极差分析,得到了不同工艺参数对注塑过程翘曲变形的影响程度,进而得到一组优化的工艺参数组合,同时对优化后的工艺参数组合进行仿真模拟分析,得到了符合产品要求的翘曲变形量,为同类制品的工艺参数优化提供了依据。 相似文献

工艺参数对平板微小器件注塑翘曲的影响 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
对显著影响平板微小器件注塑成型的翘曲现象进行了研究.为了减少翘曲量,以带十字微沟槽的微流控芯片的基片为研究对象,研究了注塑工艺涉及的工艺参数.从注塑残余应力角度分析了翘曲变形的产生机理与演化过程.然后,以数值仿真和工艺实验为手段,建立了平板微小器件翘曲的测量方法.设计加工了基于硅型芯的注塑模具,以翘曲测量方法为基础,利用正交试验获得了最优注塑工艺参数.最后,通过极差分析法定量分析工艺参数对翘曲的影响.实验显示,通过工艺优化获得的最小翘曲量为141 μm,工艺参数对翘曲的影响由大到小依次为:保压时间、模具温度、保压压力、熔体温度、冷却时间.该研究成果为平板微小器件注塑工艺提供了参考依据. 相似文献

针对现有注塑工艺参数稳健设计未安排外表试验以深入分析成型过程中不可控因素的影响、未综合考虑注塑制品的多质量特性等不足,提出基于内外表参数设计、信噪比分析和逼近理想解排序(Techniquefororderpreference by similari to ideal solution,TOPSIS)的注塑工艺多目标稳健优化设计方法.通过二水平正交试验和方差分析筛选出对注塑制品质量影响最大的主要工艺参数作为可控因素,将其误差作为噪声因素,进行内外表参数设计.利用均匀试验设计和逐步回归分析建立预测给定注塑工艺方案下成型制品质量的二次多项式模型,以快速获得内外表所有试验方案下成型制品的质量指标值,进而高效地计算出内表试验方案下各质量指标所对应的信噪比.在此基础上,利用TOPSIS对内表各试验方案进行优劣排序并选取稳健最优的注塑工艺参数设计方案.手机面板的注塑工艺多目标稳健优化设计实例验证了方法的有效性. 相似文献

结合正交试验设计和注塑成型模拟软件Moldflow,对不同工艺条件下的注塑成型过程进行模拟分析,并运用模糊数学中的综合评判法,对塑件成型后的体积收缩率变化、表面缩痕指数和最大翘曲变形量三个目标值进行综合评判,得到综合评分.通过对综合评分的极差分析,确定模具温度、熔体温度、注塑时间、保压参数、冷却时间等工艺参数对综合评分的影响程度,并绘制因素水平影响趋势图,分析得出最优的注塑工艺参数组合方案,并对该工艺组合方案进行模拟验证. 相似文献

根据卡槽塑料产品的结构特点和质量要求,对卡槽塑料产品注塑模具进行了设计.在设计中,应用Unigraphics软件创建卡槽塑料产品的三维模型,应用Moldflow软件对工艺结构、浇注系统、冷却系统等进行成型仿真分析,得到合理的填充时间、流动前沿温度、回路冷却温度、翘曲变形量等工艺参数.根据仿真分析结果,选取合适的注塑工艺参数,完成卡槽塑料产品注塑模具的结构设计.经试模生产验证,所设计的卡槽塑料产品注塑模具结构合理,注塑得到的卡槽塑料产品符合使用要求. 相似文献

This paper introduces the TERT-IV prototype developed by Tianjin University. The application of the TERT-IV system to measurement parameters of two-phase flow has been studied. The methods of analyzing measured data of ERT system are presented and applied to identify flow regimes and estimate void fraction. For the several typical flow regimes, the methods of principal component analysis and artificial neural network to identify the two-phase flow regimes is presented, and that is proved to have higher recognition rate by experimental test. For the different phase distribution on a pipe cross-section, the methods of relative changes summation and polynomial regression are used to estimate void fraction, and are proved to be possible by comparing the results of simulation calculation to the analytic results of experimental measured data.The research results show that the method is feasible using feature extraction and analysis data to measure the parameters of two-phase flow under the different flow conditions, and prove that it is possible to monitor on-line the transportation process of air/water two-phase flow using ERT system. 相似文献

□ A novel self-determination polishing robot finishing large mold free-form surface is developed, and the finishing process method is researched. Contrary to traditional approaches, our premise is that a large mold surface can be polished by using a small robot. This robot system is mainly composed of a polishing robot part, a computer system and a visual positioning system. A type of robot with four uniform distribution wheels was designed, which has two driving wheels and two driven wheels. Active compliant control of the polishing tool was provided by a pneumatic servo system, and a new special compliant abrasive tool was proposed on the basis of robot characteristics. The process planning steps consisted of subdividing the free-form surface, choosing an abrasive tool, planning the polishing path and optimizing machining parameters. Based on the orthogonal experiment and the grey relational analysis method, the optimal parameter combination was obtained for polishing force, tool speed and feed rate. Aiming to polishing times, the surface roughness method and polishing efficiency method were studied in detail. The polishing experiments were carried out in the robot using process parameters obtained by the efficiency method. These research results provided significant theory foundation and experimental data for a mobile robot planning polishing to realize intelligible process parameter selection. 相似文献

The need for increased storage capacity in today's data storage technology has created a continuing need to study the tribological performance of magnetic tape. Lateral tape motion (LTM) is one important area of ongoing tribological research. The objective of the study presented in this article is to determine the effects different magnetic tapes and operating parameters have on LTM. Specifically, the research focuses on LTM in five different tape samples and the effects the varying operating parameters have on LTM. The tapes studied include metal particulate (MP), thin MP, and three advanced metal evaporated (AME) tapes, as well as MP tapes with different edge quality and tapes from staggered packs. The operating parameters studied include tension, speed, and head and bearing setup. Experimental methods used to collect and analyze the LTM data are discussed and the findings are presented. 相似文献
