In this paper, observer-based static output feedback control problem for discrete-time uncertain switched systems is investigated under an arbitrary switching rule. The main method used in this note is combining switched Lyapunov function (SLF) method with Finsler’s Lemma. Based on linear matrix inequality (LMI) a less conservative stability condition is established and this condition allows extra degree of freedom for stability analysis. Finally, a simulation example is given to illustrate the efficiency of the result.  相似文献

We study the problem of asymptotically stabilizing a switched linear control system using sampled and quantized measurements of its state. The switching is assumed to be slow enough in the sense of combined dwell time and average dwell time, each individual mode is assumed to be stabilizable, and the available data rate is assumed to be large enough but finite. Our encoding and control strategy is rooted in the one proposed in our earlier work on non-switched systems, and in particular the data-rate bound used here is the data-rate bound from that earlier work maximized over the individual modes. The main technical step that enables the extension to switched systems concerns propagating over-approximations of reachable sets through sampling intervals, during which the switching signal is not known; a novel algorithm is developed for this purpose. Our primary focus is on systems with time-dependent switching (switched systems) but the setting of state-dependent switching (hybrid systems) is also discussed.  相似文献

This paper studies the problem of stabilising a sampled-data switched linear system by quantised feedback asynchronously switched controllers. The idea of a quantised feedback asynchronously switched control strategy originates in earlier work reflecting actual system characteristic of switching and quantising, respectively. A quantised scheme is designed depending on switching time using dynamic quantiser. When sampling time, system switching time and controller switching time are all not uniform, the proposed switching controllers guarantee the system to be finite-time stable by a piecewise Lyapunov function and the average dwell-time method. Simulation examples are provided to show the effectiveness of the developed results.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the passivity analysis and output feedback passification for a class of switched continuous-time systems. A switching law and control units are designed to guarantee the passivity of closed-loop switched systems. Different from the exist results in state-dependent switching framework, we construct a novel switching law such that the switched system obeys a minimal dwell time between any two consecutive switchings. This avoids the possible arbitrarily fast switching caused by state-dependent switching law. Moreover, the switching law uses only the lower bound of the dwell time and partial measurable states of the closed-loop system, which is applicable in output feedback framework. Using multiple discretized storage functions, the controllers working on different time intervals are obtained, which ensure the closed-loop system is passive under the switching law. Finally, two examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed results.  相似文献

The work presented in this paper is concerned with the identification of switched linear systems from input-output data. The main challenge with this problem is that the data are available only as a mixture of observations generated by a finite set of different interacting linear subsystems so that one does not know a priori which subsystem has generated which data. To overcome this difficulty, we present here a sparse optimization approach inspired by very recent developments from the community of compressed sensing. We formally pose the problem of identifying each submodel as a combinatorial ?0 optimization problem. This is indeed an NP-hard problem which can interestingly, as shown by the recent literature, be relaxed into a (convex) ?1-norm minimization problem. We present sufficient conditions for this relaxation to be exact. The whole identification procedure allows us to extract the parameter vectors (associated with the different subsystems) one after another without any prior clustering of the data according to their respective generating-submodels. Some simulation results are included to support the potentialities of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of global finite-time control for switched nonlinear systems whose nonlinear terms satisfy homogenous growth conditions. At first, we design homogenous output feedback controllers for nominal switched nonlinear systems by adding a power integrator method. Then, we employ the homogeneous domination approach to scale homogeneous observers and controllers to render switched nonlinear systems with lower-triangular homogenous growth condition globally finite-time stable. Finally, the proposed control method can be extended to switched nonlinear systems satisfying with upper-triangular homogeneous growth condition. Two examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.  相似文献

This work deals with model matching by output dynamic feedback in switched linear systems. The plant and the model are assumed to be subject to different switching signals. A necessary and sufficient condition for achieving model matching with asymptotic stability of both the closed-loop compensated system and the compensator, for a sufficiently large dwell time, is proven. Such condition is obtained by specializing the structural condition with a suitable redefinition of the robust controlled invariant subspace involved, capable of capturing not only the structural aspect of the problem but also the stability aspects. The effect of the combined action of nonzero initial states and nonzero inputs is dealt with. The solution to a more demanding problem formulation, where the dwell time is assumed to be fixed and given is also discussed.  相似文献

This work presents a hybrid nonlinear control methodology for a broad class of switched nonlinear systems with input constraints. The key feature of the proposed methodology is the integrated synthesis, via multiple Lyapunov functions, of “lower-level” bounded nonlinear feedback controllers together with “upper-level” switching laws that orchestrate the transitions between the constituent modes and their respective controllers. Both the state and output feedback control problems are addressed. Under the assumption of availability of full state measurements, a family of bounded nonlinear state feedback controllers are initially designed to enforce asymptotic stability for the individual closed-loop modes and provide an explicit characterization of the corresponding stability region for each mode. A set of switching laws are then designed to track the evolution of the state and orchestrate switching between the stability regions of the constituent modes in a way that guarantees asymptotic stability of the overall switched closed-loop system. When complete state measurements are unavailable, a family of output feedback controllers are synthesized, using a combination of bounded state feedback controllers, high-gain observers and appropriate saturation filters to enforce asymptotic stability for the individual closed-loop modes and provide an explicit characterization of the corresponding output feedback stability regions in terms of the input constraints and the observer gain. A different set of switching rules, based on the evolution of the state estimates generated by the observers, is designed to orchestrate stabilizing transitions between the output feedback stability regions of the constituent modes. The differences between the state and output feedback switching strategies, and their implications for the switching logic, are discussed and a chemical process example is used to demonstrate the proposed approach.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the passivity analysis and feedback passification for switched discrete-time linear systems using multiple storage functions under a certain switching law. Controllers and switching laws are designed based on complete and partial state measurements, respectively. Conditions for strict passivity of a switched discrete-time system are obtained without the requirement of strict passivity of subsystems. In the case of partial state measurements, dynamic output feedback controllers for subsystems are designed, and a switching law depending only on the state of the output feedback controllers is constructed to guarantee strict passivity of the closed-loop switched system. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the feasibility of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper addresses the passivity and feedback passification of the saturated switched systems. A switching law and output feedback controllers are designed such that the corresponding closed-loop systems are with the passivity and disturbance tolerance capacity. The switching law satisfies a maximal dwell time (DT) condition, which avoids too high switching frequency. More importantly, under the switching law, the storage function is allowed to be increased during the DT and then decreased due to the drop of itself at the mixed time/state-dependent switching instants. This releases the performance requirement of existing results where the storage function must be non-increasing all the time. Finally, the existence of the upper bound of DT and output feedback controllers is guaranteed by solving some linear matrix inequalities. Two examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

The paper presents realization theory of discrete-time linear switched systems. We present necessary and sufficient conditions for an input–output map to admit a discrete-time linear switched system realization. In addition, we present a characterization of minimality of discrete-time linear switched systems in terms of reachability and observability. Further, we prove that minimal realizations are unique up to isomorphism. We also discuss algorithms for converting a linear switched system to a minimal one and for constructing a state-space representation from input–output data. The paper uses the theory of rational formal power series in non-commutative variables.  相似文献

The paper investigates the structure of the reachable set of linear switched systems. The structure of the reachable set is determined using techniques from classical nonlinear systems theory, namely, the theory of orbits developed by H. Finite-time stabilization via dynamic output feedback   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
In this paper the finite-time stabilization of continuous-time linear systems is considered; this problem has been previously solved in the state feedback case. In this work the assumption that the state is available for feedback is removed and the output feedback problem is investigated. The main result provided is a sufficient condition for the design of a dynamic output feedback controller which makes the closed loop system finite-time stable. Such sufficient condition is given in terms of an LMI optimization problem; this gives the opportunity of fitting the finite-time control problem in the general framework of the LMI approach to the multi-objective synthesis. In this context an example illustrates the design of a controller which guarantees, at the same time, finite-time stability together with some pole placement requirements.  相似文献

Finite-time stabilization (FTS) problem of output-constrained planar switched systems via output feedback is investigated in this paper. State feedback control laws are constructed in a systematic way by combining the revamped adding a power integrator technique (APIT) with the elaborately designed logarithm-type barrier Lyapunov function (BLF). By merging the constructed variable-gain switched observers, finite-time output-feedback stabilization, then, is achieved with the output constraint meets too. At the end, simulations are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of designing an output error feedback tracking control for single-input, single-output uncertain linear systems when the reference output signal is smooth and periodic with known period T. The considered systems are required to be observable, minimum phase, with known relative degree and known high frequency gain sign. By developing in Fourier series expansion a suitable unknown periodic input reference signal, an output error feedback adaptive learning control is designed which ‘learns’ the input reference signal by identifying its Fourier coefficients: bounded closed-loop signals and global exponential tracking of both the input and the output reference signals are obtained when the Fourier series expansion is finite, while global exponential convergence of the input and output tracking errors into arbitrarily small residual sets is achieved otherwise. The structure of the proposed controller depends only on the relative degree, the reference signal period, the high frequency gain sign and the number of estimated Fourier coefficients.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the consensus (and synchronization) problem for multi-agent linear dynamic systems. All the agents have identical MIMO linear dynamics which can be of any order, and only the output information of each agents is delivered throughout the communication network. It is shown that consensus is reached if there exists a stable compensator which simultaneously stabilizes N−1 systems in a special form, where N is the number of agents. We show that there exists such a compensator under a very general condition. Finally, the consensus value is characterized as a function of initial conditions with stable compensators in place.  相似文献

The problem of sliding mode control (SMC) is investigated for a class of uncertain switched systems subject to unmeasurable state and assigned finite (possible short) time constraint. A key issue is how to ensure the finite-time boundedness (FTB) of system state during reaching phase and sliding motion phase. To this end, a state observer is constructed to estimate the unmeasured states. And then, a state estimate-based SMC law is designed such that the state trajectories can be driven onto the specified integral sliding surface during the assigned finite time interval. By means of partitioning strategy, the corresponding FTB over reaching phase and sliding motion phase are guaranteed and the sufficient conditions are derived via average dwell time technique. Finally, an illustrative example is given to illustrate the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of Hankel-norm output feedback controller design for a class of T–S fuzzy stochastic systems. The full-order output feedback controller design technique with the Hankel-norm performance is proposed by the fuzzy-basis-dependent Lyapunov function approach and the conversion on the Hankel-norm controller parameters. Sufficient conditions are established to design the controllers such that the resulting closed-loop system is stochastically stable and satisfies a prescribed performance. The desired output feedback controller can be obtained by solving a convex optimization problem, which can be efficiently solved by standard numerical algorithms. Finally, a Henon map system is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed techniques.  相似文献

We propose a novel and simple design scheme of output feedback controller for a class of nonlinear systems with delayed output. The nonlinear systems considered here are more general than feedforward systems (upper triangular systems). By constructing an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) and solving linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), the delay-dependent controller making the closed-loop system globally asymptotically stable (GAS) is explicitly constructed. A simulation example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design procedure.  相似文献

The problem of asmptotically stabilizing a class of systems by means of continuous output feedback is considered. These systems are characterized by nonlinear terms, depending only on the ouputs. It is shown that for these systems stabilization via continuous state-feedback plus stabilization via output injection imply stabilization via continuous dynamic output-feedback. This generalizes a well-knwon result for linear systems.  相似文献
