In this work, Ni–Cu films were grown onto indium tin oxide coated glass substrates without and with galvanostatic pretreatment process at different current densities. In all cases, Ni–Cu films were electrodeposited at a constant deposition potential of ?1,800 mV versus saturated calomel electrode. After that, the surface morphology and structural properties of electrodeposited Ni–Cu films in dependence of pretreatment current density were studied. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that all films have face-centered cubic structure and consist of segregated two Ni-rich and Cu-rich phases regardless of pretreatment current density. The compositional analysis carried out by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy revealed that all films contain almost 90 wt% Ni and 10 wt% Cu. The average crystallite size decreased with decreasing pretreatment current density towards more negative values without inducing significant changes in the composition of the films. It was found that the preferred orientation of all films is in the [111] direction regardless of pretreatment current density. The effect of galvanostatic pretreatment process on the surface morphology investigated using a scanning electron microscopy and an atomic force microcopy were also discussed by means of obtained results. 相似文献

The nasal drug absorption and the effect of absorption promoters have been studied in rabbits. Nasal mucosa excised from rabbits was mounted as a flat sheet in an in vitro chamber. The result indicates that the change in the porosity of the membrane by pretreatment with bile salts increased the permeability coefficient of sodium chloride in the nasal membrane. Pretreatment of polymer glue surfaces by Ip-plasma Low-pressure-plasma-technique represents a modern and high effective method for cleaning and systematical modification of polymer surfaces but also allows the protection of environment. With lp-plasma-technology excellent and reproducible surfacequalities can be produced, without changing any mechanical attribute. A lot of internal process parameters (time, energy, pressure, mixture of process gas) assure the process controlling (plasma), but also many external parameters (material, loading degree, time between pretreatment and application of bonding material, processing-steps before and behind the plasmatreatment) have great influence to the result of the pretreatment. A study was done to examine the effects of thermal history and surface pretreatment on the color of oxide layers in Titanium 6242 alloy. Coupons of the alloy underwent three different pretreatment options prior to thermal exposure to temperatures from 371 to 760 °C with periods from 6 min up to 100 h. After exposure it was found that there was not a simple correlation between color and thermal history. Also, it was not evident after exposure that the hardness could be traced to the thermal history. However, it was clear that color did rely on pretreatment options. The abrasive treatment resulted in shades of gold with a polished look while the milder treatments produced matte hues of blue. All coupons after exposure were found to have an oxide layer thickness of no more than 400 nm. 相似文献

研究了预环化处理方式对预氧化纤维阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,先用羟胺处理,再用水合肼处理,所得预氧化纤维的阻燃性能和力学性能相对较好,在预氧化温度260℃时,可得到极限氧指数36.5%的预氧化阻燃纤维。扫描电镜观察表明,表面处理后纤维外表面裂纹明显减少,预氧化处理后纤维裂纹有所恢复。红外光谱分析表明,表面处理后纤维有少量吡啶环状结构生成,而预氧化后纤维中有大量吡啶环化结构产生。X射线衍射分析显示,经表面处理和预氧化之后纤维的形态结构没有发生大的变化,仍为高有序区和非晶区组成的准晶有序结构。 相似文献
