为进一步提供运载能力,对新一代运载火箭提出了减重要求,其贮箱壁板加工工艺方法由机械铣切替代化学铣切。围绕某型号运载火箭的研制需求开展了贮箱壁板机铣装夹技术研究。通过对壁板的结构特点及加工工艺性分析,确定了"先弯后铣"的工艺方法。通过开展工艺试验,定位了引起产品超差的主要因素,分析了超差原因,制定了解决措施,引出了真空吸附装夹技术研究的需求,阐述了真空吸附装置的设计方案。结合真空吸附原理,进行了机铣过程切削力理论计算,确定了真空吸附系统的吸附力、吸附面积,优化了密封结构设计,实现了柔性装夹。最终通过合格产品的试制,验证了真空吸附装夹装置的有效性。 相似文献

针对港口上常用的长撑杆散货抓斗,分析影响抓取性能的参数,根据抓斗结构建立了无量纲空间尺寸模型,进行了静力学分析,提出以最小抓取力矩为静力学计价指标,并绘制了性能图谱。根据性能图谱建立了多变量非线性优化模型,应用matlab遗传算法工具箱进行了求解,对抓斗的几何参数进行了优化设计,修正了传统依靠经验设计的抓斗参数,提高了抓斗的抓取力矩,从而提高了抓斗的抓取性能和效率,结合实例对模型的有效性进行了验证分析。 相似文献

Diecasting is one of the forming methods for manufacturing a large number of products with short lead time and a good surface
by high injection pressure of cast alloy. Die design is composed of selection of cast alloy, design of product, runner and
gate design, etc. In reality, however, die design for diecasting has been performed by a trial and error method, which causes
economic and time loss. This paper describes the development of the computer-aided design of product and die design. The CAD
system has been written in AutoLISP on the AutoCAD with a personal computer.
In this study, the die design system for the die casting process has been developed and a flowchart is presented for the automation
of die design, especially of the runner–gate system. As the generation process and die design system using 3D geometry handling
are integrated with the technology of process planning, die design can be automated. In addition, specific rules and equations
for the runner–gate system have been presented to avoid too much trial and error with expensive equipment. It is thus possible
for engineers to make automatic and efficient die design for diecasting which will result in a reduction of the required cost

The inherent dynamic relationships among design tasks performed concurrently at different organizations characterize the complexities of a design chain where designers with diverse expertise need to collaborate across organizational boundaries. To ensure timely completion of inter-related design tasks, metrics to facilitate the early evaluation of design concepts are crucial. The ability to evaluate and select suitable design concepts at an early stage will ensure better solutions and greater savings in time and effort further downstream. This paper proposes a new approach based on the rough set theory to design concept analysis. The approach aims at early detection of design inadequacy. A so-called information system is constructed using the information gleaned from design concepts and design capabilities, and analyzed using the rough set theory to derive a set of design rules for design concept analysis. The approach embodies a technique for handling attributes with unavailable information, which is a frequent occurrence in design. The configuration design of a mechanical product can be performed efficiently when it is based on a functional model. There
are some function-based design methodologies that decompose functions from the abstract level to the concrete level by matching
the functions to physical parts. However, executing innovative design is difficult when the function is matched only to pre-defined
parts. This paper describes the configuration design process of a train bogie with a design expert system that uses function
taxonomy and TRIZ. The design expert system can propose a functional model of a new part that is not on the existing parts
list of train bogies. Levels of design knowledge which describe the operations of the mechanical product at different levels
of abstraction are introduced. This is the theoretical basis for using TRIZ with the function taxonomy for configuration design.
The design expert system is adequate for controlling the design knowledge, which is expressed as knowledge of parts, functional
modeling, mapping rules between functions and parts, and TRIZ. The functional model of a new brake system in the bogie is

Contemporary computer-based design tools are not suitable for concurrent engineering oriented product design due to (a) their particular and stand-alone functionality, (b) the lack of a capability to support interactive decision-making, and (c) the heavy involvement of designer expertise and experience. This paper presents a feature-based design for a manufacturing framework which is able to support the practice of concurrent engineering by providing functions designed specifically for net shape product design and on-line design guidance. Knowledge-based and object-oriented modeling technologies are employed to develop design evaluation facilities. An object-oriented product model, embedded with product design and process knowledge, is constructed and used for design evaluation. Geometric reasoning is performed on features, feature interactions, and overall shape to identify areas that may conflict with design principles. This paper concentrates on design for net shape manufacturing with an emphasis on die casting and injection molding processes. However, the proposed framework is general enough for other net shape processes by customizing process specific features and encoding process design rules. 相似文献

This paper addresses the development of an expert system for concurrent product design and assembly planning (CDAPFAES) including
conceptual design, detailed design, assemblability analysis and design for assembly, assembly system design, assembly process
planning and stimulation, and technical–economics justification. This approach is implemented through an agent-based framework
with concurrent integration of multiple cooperative knowledge sources and software. This intelligent system can offer systematic
assistance for assembly design and planning in the early stage of product development and facilitate, as far as possible,
the use of flexible assembly equipment, including robots. Finally, this new design methodology is illustrated with a successful

为了在工程迭代设计中减少新产品开发的提前期,提出了一种基于设计结构矩阵的产品族开发过程模型.在该模型中,基于设计参数间的依赖关系建立设计结构矩阵,并运用路径搜索算法将其整理为包含耦合子矩阵的解耦矩阵.对于其中的耦合子矩阵,运用基于马尔可夫链的串行迭代模型计算设计总时间,并运用基因算法优化排序.运用迭代设计的并行模型识别出对耦合关系贡献大的设计模态和设计参数,根据设计模态模块化设计参数,而对耦合关系贡献小的设计参数进行标准化.最后,将设计参数层的标准化和模块化映射到零件层,建立相应的产品族结构,以汽车离合器的设计为例阐述了该过程模型的有效性和应用前景. 相似文献
