以Pro/Engineer软件为平台,探讨并开发了组合式空调机组三维参数化设计及装配仿真系统。提出了空调机组零部件采用设计变量、用户定义特征库(UDF)、表格驱动与编程相结合的三维参数化设计方法,实现了零部件三维参数化特征建模。建立了合理的装配规划,实现了段体的自动装配、约束识别及装配干涉分析。为实现空调机组产品的三维设计提供了先进的设计手段。 相似文献

用于系泊FPSO的单点系泊系统是海上油气生产的重要设施。该文依托实际生产项目,参考该项目中系泊系统的设计资料和相关标准规范,确定系泊系统模型中各组成部分的物理属性参数和水动力参数;利用专业的水动力软件OrcaFlex建立关于单点系泊系统的完整详细的有限元模型;通过静态分析验证了系泊系统单点转塔的静平衡位置和实际静态在位的位置是一致的。采用50年一遇的极端风暴对非完整性的单点系泊系统进行动态分析,分析结果证明非完整性的单点系泊系统在极端风暴工况下是安全的。对系泊腿钢缆展开动态铺设分析,得出钢缆铺设的天气窗口。该系泊系统的建模方法对单点系泊的更换和安装设计具有一定的参考意义。 相似文献

针对目前参数化CAD系统的不足,提出了面向工程的参数化思想,引入了功能约束,分析了对功能约束进行处理的3种方法.采用了基于特征的参数化造型方法,用应用层、描述层和图形层三层体系表达基于特征的参数化模型,将该模型作为参数驱动的基础.将设计中的约束分为3类:工程约束、适配约束和几何约束.通过适配约束在工程约束与几何约束间建立映射关系,使得参数化设计系统既可以受几何参数的驱动,又可以受工程参数的驱动,从而扩大了CAD技术对设计过程支持的范围。 相似文献

In the China Bohai bay area, a Single anchor leg yoke mooring system (SYS) was mainly used for FPSO's permanent mooring due to the shallow water. This paper investigates the SYS failure and focus on the excessive wear that occurred to underwater turret bearings. The wear mechanism of bearing is researched by using morphology analysis and energy spectrum analysis. Nonlinear finite element analysis is performed to study the contact status between turret table and axial bearings considering the operational and extreme load condition. The comparison wear-test is carried out to clarify the contributions of eccentric load on the wear performance of axial bearing. Wear-test results indicate that eccentric load has a significant impact on wear of turret bearings. Eccentric wear also produce more abrasive particles to accelerate wear rate. A step-like is formed on bearing plate surface due to excessive wear. The failed bolts are attributed to stress corrosion crack under long-term shear fore caused by vessel surge motion. 相似文献

The usual failure of an anchor hoisting assembly was investigated. The anchor ensures stability in cases of ship mooring in a harbor, anchorage or bay and provides adequate safety combined with convenient and easy handling. For the anchor hoisting a hydraulic motor is used consisting of a main two-speed crankshaft, the oldham’s coupling and a valve spool. The oldham’s coupling of a specific oil-tanker frequently fails during the anchor descent and blocks the whole hoisting system. Three pieces used to the same anchor were examined. Two of them exhibited total fracture while the third one had been plastically deformed. The study involved chemical analysis, hardness measurements and in-depth examination of microstructures and fracture morphologies of specimens derived from the failed parts. The paper presents conclusions related to the fracture mechanism and the type of fractures respectively. It was found that poor design and wrong material selection were the main causes of failure. 相似文献

This article investigates multi-objective optimization under reliability constraints with applications in vehicle structural design. To improve computational efficiency, an improved multi-objective system reliability-based design optimization (MOSRBDO) method is developed, and used to explore the lightweight and high-performance design of a concept car body under uncertainty. A parametric model knowledge base is established, followed by the construction of a fully parametric concept car body of a multi-purpose vehicle (FPCCB-MPV) based on the knowledge base. The structural shape, gauge and topology optimization are then designed on the basis of FPCCB-MPV. The numerical implementation of MOSRBDO employs the double-loop method with design optimization in the outer loop and system reliability analysis in the inner loop. Multi-objective particle swarm optimization is used as the outer loop optimization solver. An improved multi-modal radial-based importance sampling (MRBIS) method is utilized as the system reliability solver for multi-constraint analysis in the inner loop. The accuracy and efficiency of the MRBIS method are demonstrated on three widely used test problems. In conclusion, MOSRBDO has been successfully applied for the design of a full parametric concept car body. The results show that the improved MOSRBDO method is more effective and efficient than the traditional MOSRBDO while achieving the same accuracy, and that the optimized body-in-white structure signifies a noticeable improvement from the baseline model. 相似文献

A moored ship can experience problems when subjected to heavy environmental loads. In most cases, wind and current loads are the only design considerations for the mooring situation in the harbor, and wave loads are not considered due to the low wave amplitudes in harbors. However, many new harbors are constructed near the open sea, and entrance channels are being built deeper and wider than the classical harbors. So, many cases of mooring failure due to heavy wave loads are recently being reported in harbors. In this paper, failure analysis has been performed on a ship in harbor with mooring failure. The failure analysis results demonstrated that the wave drift forces can cause failure of the mooring system. Therefore, consideration for new design of mooring system, which considers the wave loads, is suggested. 相似文献
