远红外保健纺织品是目前国际上高新技术产品之一,并逐渐被人们所重视。本文着重介绍了远红外保健涂料浆的配方及涂布工艺,对影响远红外涂料浆性能的诸因素,如粘合剂、分荼剂等进行了详细分析,并介绍了远红外涂料浆的许多优点和远红外线对人体辐射的作用机理及保健作用,指出远红外涂料浆具有较大的开发前景和潜在市场。  相似文献

为解决远红外功能纤维染色不匀的问题,采用涂料浸染方法对阳离子改性远红外功能纤维进行染色,通过改变涂料色浆的浓度、黏合剂的种类与用量,优化染色工艺,测试染色纤维的K/S值和ΔE及染色牢度,并表征纤维远红功能性。结果表明,当色浆用量为10%、选用10%黏合剂PU219时,远红外功能纤维具有较好的K/S值、且染色均匀性较好;同一染色条件下,改性纤维染色深度和匀染性优于未改性纤维;改性纤维染色后耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦牢度为4.0级,具有很好的匀染性和色牢度;红色涂料对远红外释放功能具有抑制作用,蓝色涂料对远红外释放功能具有促进作用。  相似文献

本文针对生产亚麻油油酸蒸馏工艺由原道生再沸加热方式,改为远红外直接加热蒸馏釜的方法,进行对粗亚麻油油酸加热,使低馏份、高沸物及机械杂质进行分离.经实践证明,改进后每吨成品耗电降低58.69%,效率提高44.2%,取得良好的经济效益和节时、节能、安全省力的效果.同时,做了远红外碳化硅板与电炉丝在常压下对粗亚麻油油酸的加热对比,及分别在电炉、容器的加热面上进行涂远红外Fe_2O_3涂料和不涂远红外涂料的对比试验,并作了理论上的阐述和应用研究.  相似文献

随着军事领域中红外探测技术的迅猛发展,现代战场上的各军事目标总是面临着暴露的危险。伪装涂料作为当今伪装技术的研究热点之一,具有工艺简易、成本较低、坚牢耐用等优势。虽然目前可见光-近红外涂料的研究已经比较成熟,但是并不能满足远红外波段的要求。利用水性聚氨酯作为黏合剂,将硅矿盐的涂料刮涂到涤/棉织物上,并测试其远红外伪装性能、拉伸强力性能以及透气性。结果表明:当硅矿盐和水性聚氨酯的质量比为1∶2时,该涤/棉涂层织物的表面温度最低,伪装性能最佳。  相似文献

Portion-controlled menu items were heat processed in infrared and convection ovens to compare the effects of the heating methods upon nutrient retention. Product yields for hamburger and potatoes were significantly greater (P < 0.05) after convective heating; for tomatoes, after infrared heating. Nutrients analyzed foi selected menu items included: thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin C, β-carotene, seven fatty acids, 18 amino acids, ammonia, phosphorus, iron and sodium. Several significant differences between the heat processed samples were revealed. The riboflavin and vitamin A contents in hamburger and tomatoes, respectively, were significantly greater after infrared heating. The total amino acid contents were significantly greater after infrared heating for the hamburger patties and cod fillets.  相似文献

Roasts were heat processed by infrared and convection to compare the effects of these alternate heating methods upon nutrient retention. In addition to proximate analyses, nutrients analyzed included: thiamin, riboflavin, seven fatty acids, 18 amino acids, ammonia, sodium, phosphorus and iron. Convective heating of turkey breast and corned beef produced a higher product yield. Few significant differences between heat processed samples were revealed. After convection heating of corned beef, riboflavin was significantly higher (P < 0.05) than after infrared heating. Similarly, arachidonic acid (C20:4) was higher in turkey breasts. After infrared heating of pork, aspartic acid, threonine, serine were lower than after convective heating; ammonia was higher.  相似文献

Rapid heat transfer methods can be used to speed up the baking process and create new product properties. This study investigates the effect of air jet impingement and infrared radiation (alone or in combination) on crust formation of par‐baked baguettes during post‐baking. The parameters investigated are crust color, crust thickness, total water loss, and heating time. The results show that infrared radiation and jet impingement, as compared with heating in a conventional household oven, increased the rate of color development of the crust and shortened the heating time. The fastest color development was obtained by combining infrared and impingement heating. The water loss rate was increased due to the high heat transfer rate, but the total water loss was reduced because of the shorter heating time. Crust thickness was most dependent on heating time and crust temperature. In general, the crust was thinner for infrared‐heated baguettes.  相似文献

The Inflatable Reentry and Descent Vehicle is a new kind of ballistic atmospheric entry vehicle which generates a piece of large aerodynamic drag area for deceleration when the resistance cone is deployed by gas-filling expansion. However, the aerothermal heating during planetary entry poses a significant challenge to a flexible fabric. In this paper, the para-aramid fabrics with three different sol–gel coatings (i.e. Al2O3 sol coating, supercritical drying Al2O3 aerogel coating, and atmospheric pressure drying Al2O3 xerogel coating) were proposed for heat resistance analysis and strength analysis. The thermal and mechanical properties of flexible fabric materials were conducted by infrared spectrum analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy analysis, 50s ablation and uniaxial tension testing. All the results indicate that fabric coated with the supercritical drying Al2O3 aerogel possesses high heat resistance and nearly 100% residues strengthen.  相似文献

We developed radiation heat transfer models with the combination of the Monte Carlo (MC) method and computational fluid dynamic approach and two‐dimensional heat transfer models based on the fundamental quantum physics of radiation and fluid dynamics. We investigated far infrared radiation (FIR) heating in laminar and buoyancy airflow. A simple prediction model in laminar airflow was tested with an analytical solution and commercial software (CFX 4). The adequate number of photon tracks for MC simulation was established. As for the complex designs model, the predicted results agreed well with the experimental data with root mean square error of 3.8 K. Because food safety public concerns are increasing, we applied this model to the prediction of the thermal inactivation level by coupling with the microbial kinetics model. Under buoyancy airflow condition, uniformity of FIR heating was improved by selecting adequate wall temperature and emissivity.  相似文献

Abstract

In this article, pre-oxidized fiber felts of silica aerogel/silicon carbide composite coatings were prepared by the coating process and then compounding silica aerogel with silicon carbide powder as the infrared sunscreen on the pre-oxidized fiber felts. The influence of the ratio of the contents of the silica aerogel and silicon carbide as the infrared sunscreen on the heat insulation performance of coating composites of pre-oxidized fiber felts was discussed, and their mechanical properties were investigated. The results show that with increasing silicon carbide content in the composite coating, the coefficient of thermal conductivity increases gradually; when the working temperatures were 100, 150 and 200?°C, the coating composites of pre-oxidized fiber felts had the best heat insulation performance when the mass ratio of the silica aerogel and silicon carbide was 4:7. The working temperature and the steady-state temperature difference of the coating composites shows a linear relationship, so simple calculation methods of the coefficient of thermal conductivity for the coating composites were given at higher temperatures.  相似文献
