根据制造信息系统的特点,提出制造企业复杂信息系统自组织过程框架结构,定义制造信息系统的宏观序参数,对多个序参量影响下的制造系统目标分解、序参量变化及相互作用过程进行数学描述。通过映射耦合函数的建立,使用二叉树遍历的思想阐述用双向输出自动机构造的接口Agent在自组织过程中的作用。以降低生产成本为例对制造信息系统自组织过程及对系统状态的影响做进一步分析。  相似文献

A real time monitoring and diagnosis system to measure spindle center displacement (roundness error) during turning operation is introduced in this paper. The system was developed based on the three-point method. The error generated during cutting process was monitored and diagnosed by using a system equipped with a designed DSP (Digital Signal Processor) board and FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) algorithm. The system could estimate cutting force and predict other cutting characteristics such as chattering and tool wear. Using the spindle center fluctuation, i.e. a roundness error movement from the center, the relationship between the cutting force and the roundness error could also be investigated. The roundness error that eliminated geometric shape error and eccentric error from the measured signals in the frequency domain proved to be a dominating factor in determining cutting characteristics.  相似文献

飞机蒙皮尺寸大、壁厚小,易发生加工变形,并且切削力与加工变形之间存在着复杂的耦合关系,普通的无迭代加工变形预测方法难以实现较好的预测效果。针对飞机蒙皮镜像加工变形现象,在建立镜像铣定制刀具切削力模型的基础上,提出一种加工变形迭代预测方法,该方法较好地解决了切削力与加工变形之间的复杂耦合关系问题,并通过仿真和试验证明了该方法的有效性。相对普通无迭代预测方法,该方法预测加工变形量的变化趋势和变化幅值更符合实际蒙皮镜像加工,加工变形仿真预测值与实际加工变形的差值更稳定,预测误差更小,可以更准确有效地预测出蒙皮镜像加工变形量。  相似文献

利用自行设计的20 kHz超声振动切削系统,在不同的切削速度下,对航空硬铝(7075)进行非传统式的普通切削和振动切削对比试验。试验结果表明:振动切削的加工效果明显优于普通切削,振动切削存在一个最佳切削速度,振动切削加工的切削力明显小于普通切削加工,振动切削在加工过程中更加平稳。  相似文献

Minimally invasive surgery (MIS) is a less invasive procedure compared to traditional open surgery. It usually involves laparoscopic devices and remote control manipulation instruments comprising an endoscope for indirect observation of the surgical field. Interventional radiology (IVR) is one of the MIS methodologies. The IVR procedures include diagnosis such as angiograms, and treatment. The IVR procedures use small tubes called catheters, which are inserted through the body cavity or blood vessel to the treatment area. The IVR procedures lead to the risk of X-ray exposure to surgeon since the procedures is using the digital subtraction angiography device to get clear image of the patient blood vessel. Therefore, we have developed a foolproof tele-operated system to guide the catheter. Hence, the reliability in IVR procedure is crucial. The system is based on a mechatronic design methodology characterized by a principle solution specified in CONSENS® (CONceptual design Specification technique for the ENgineering of complex Systems). This principle solution serves as a basis for the first analysis and verification on the system level. Further, the proposed concept of control system can also be re-used in the other foolproof guidance systems.  相似文献

In Parts 1 and 2 of this three-part paper, a mechanistic cutting force model was developed and machined surface errors for steady cuts under fixed cutting conditions were predicted. The virtual machining system aims to simulate and analyze the machining and the machined states in a general flat end-milling process. This frequently involves transient as well as steady cuts. Therefore, a method for simulating the cutting process of transient cuts needs to be developed to realize the virtual machining system concept. For this purpose, this paper presents a moving edge-node (ME) Z-map model for the cutting configuration calculation. The simulation results of four representative transient cuts in two-dimensional pocket milling and an application of off-line feed-rate scheduling are also given.

In transient cuts, the cutting configurations that are used to predict the cutting force vary during the machining operation. The cutting force model (Part 1) and surface error prediction method (Part 2) were developed for steady cuts; these are extended to transient situations using the ME Z-map model to calculate the varying cutting configurations efficiently. The cutting force and surface errors are then predicted. To validate the feasibility of the proposed scheme, the measured and predicted cutting forces for transient test cuts were compared. The predicted surface error maps for transient cuts were constructed using a computer simulation. Also, off-line feed-rate scheduling is shown to be more accurately performed by applying the instantaneous cutting coefficients that were defined in Part I.  相似文献

Effective chatter prevention during cutting operations is achieved by increasing the damping capacity of a cutting tool system. It is well known that damping capacity is generated through (i) micro-slip at the interface between the tool shank and tool post, (ii) slip at the grain boundary within a vibrating body (that is, internal friction), and (iii) friction between the surface of the vibrating body and the surrounding air. Among these three causes of damping capacity, micro-slip at the interface between the tool shank and tool post is the greatest factor affecting the damping capacity of the cutting tool system. In the research investigation, it is shown that the damping capacity of a cutting tool system is improved by friction acting between the inner wall of a rectangular hole made at the overhanging shank of the cutting tool system and the surface of a plate inserted into this rectangular hole. The damping capacity improvement proposed in this paper is realized by a mechanism similar to the inner friction mechanism.  相似文献

In this paper, noncircular cutting on a lathe (NCL) using the signals of tool position and differential motor current is developed. First, a neural-network is used to learn a weighted combination of tool position and differential motor current of a voice coil servomotor system (VCSS). The differential motor current is achieved from the difference between motor current under real cutting and that under air cutting. Then a nonlinear inverse control based on the learned model is designed to obtain an acceptable cutting error. Although the nonlinear inverse control is accomplished from the consideration of tool position under real cutting, its performance cannot be ensured as the NCL is subjected to the uncertainties (e.g. noise, different cutting conditions, aging of system components). Under these circumstances, a fuzzy sliding-mode control is then synthesized with the previous nonlinear inverse control to reduce the cutting error. The experimental results of NCL using the proposed control including profile error of finished workpiece and surface roughness of finished workpiece, are better than those without the consideration of motor current.  相似文献

There have been many research works for the indirect cutting force measurement in machining process, which deal with the case of one-axis cutting process. In multi-axis cutting process, the main difficulties to estimate the cutting forces occur when the feed direction is reversed. This paper presents the indirect cutting force measurement method in contour NC milling processes by using current signals of servo motors. A Kalman filter disturbance observer and an artificial neural network (ANN) system are suggested. A Kalman filter disturbance observer is implemented by using the dynamic model of the feed drive servo system, and each of the external load torques to the x and y-axis servo motors of a horizontal machining center is estimated. An ANN system is also implemented with a training set of experimental cutting data to measure cutting force indirectly. The input variables of the ANN system are the motor currents and the feedrates of x and y-axis servo motors, and output variable is the cutting force of each axis. A series of experimental works on the circular interpolated contour milling process with the path of a complete circle has been performed. It is concluded that by comparing the Kalman filter disturbance observer and the ANN system with a dynamometer measuring cutting force directly, the ANN system has a better performance.  相似文献

为了解决大能量切割时常因放电极间供液不足而出现干切和断丝的现象,提出在工作液高压浇注供液方式的基础上,增添跟踪喷液辅助系统。该系统可减少或消除供液喷嘴与切割表面间的喷液流失,提高工作液的极间进入量和极间平均流动速度,进而改善极间放电条件。在搭建的喷液系统上进行了正交优化试验,研究了功放管数、脉冲间隔、切割厚度、脉冲宽度、运丝速度等因素对切割效率的影响,确定了线切割优化工艺参数,获得了200 mm~2/min以上切割效率。借助L-M优化算法的BP神经网络搭立了线切割加工工艺网络预测模型,预测精度较高,为跟踪喷液式高速走丝线切割机的高效切割提供了可靠的工艺参数预测模型,满足实际加工需要。  相似文献
