针对有机粘结剂在我国氧化球团生产应用中存在的预热焙烧球强度低、无法满足我国生产要求的问题,进行了提高有机粘结剂氧化球团矿强度的研究.试验结果表明,润磨、加入添加剂能有效提高球团强度.有机粘结剂球团预热和焙烧强度分别为175 N/个和1 494 N/个,润磨能使其提高到571 N/个和 534 N/个,加入添加剂能使其提高到448 N/个和2 406 N/个.通过应用强化措施,在较低的有机粘结剂添加量下,球团即可达到膨润土球团的强度,且提高效益0.1元/t,实现了有机粘结剂替代膨润土、提高球团矿铁品位、提高经济效益的目的.  相似文献

六方晶体层状结构的MoS_2/WS_2表现出优良的摩擦学特性,但非油溶性和呈黑色的特征限制其在润滑油脂中的广泛应用,因此,研发油溶性好、颜色浅并适用于不同载荷的新型含钼/钨润滑剂成为科研工作者的关注焦点。文章主要从钼/钨系列添加剂的分类、技术路线、润滑机理、生产商及产品、发展趋势等进行综述,总结了钼/钨系列润滑油添加剂研发的四个阶段,认为油溶性有机钼/钨系列添加剂能弥补MoS_2/WS_2的不足,符合低硫磷润滑添加剂的发展趋势,已成为高档内燃机油的重要添加剂。含金属钼/钨系列添加剂应用于润滑油、润滑脂中,可提高发动机燃油经济性和持久性。  相似文献

本发明涉及的球团矿添加剂系有机高分子胶体化合物。运用有机大分子含氧官能团与Al^3+、Fe^3+、Ca^2+等多价金属阳离子结合成络合物和螯合物,形成牢固的网上加网的立体结构原理及多种活性官能团。提高铁精矿的塑性,改善成球性能,从而提高球团矿的湿强度,干强度和破裂温度,使返矿率下降到1%以下。这种添加剂用量少,粘结力强,不含S.P等杂质,不降低球团矿的全铁含量,具有明显的经济效益。  相似文献

The electrochemical and corrosion properties of Pb–Co3O4 (about 3% Co) composite anode for copper electrowinning without additives as well as in the presence of two combinations of organic additives in the electrolyte have been investigated and compared with those of Pb–Sb 5.85% anode. The formation of PbO2 layer on the surface of these electrodes was traced by cyclic voltametric measurements using rotating disc electrode (RDE) method. The Pb–Co3O4 composite anode shows a depolarizing effect on the process of oxygen evolution as compared to Pb–Sb anode. The corrosion rate of Pb–Co3O4 anode during prolonged polarization is approximately 6.7 times lower than that of Pb–Sb anode. The influence of the tested organic additives on the anodic behaviour of both anodes is negligible.  相似文献

Organic additives are used extensively in zinc electrowinning to assist in controlling the process. A cyclic voltammetry technique has been developed to provide a rapid, quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness of selected organic additives in minimizing the deleterious effects that impurities, such as antimony, have on zinc deposition. Results have indicated that animal glues are more effective than the other organic additives tested, which included several gums, enzymes, and amino acids, in relation to the current efficiency of zinc production. Of the various animal glues compared in this research, the most effective appeared to have average molecular weights in the 25,000 to 30,000 range. The effects of certain process variables on the test results have also been evaluated; these included the acid concentration of the zinc sulfate solution and the cathode preparation.  相似文献

金红石型纳米TiO2在HIPS塑料中的抗老化应用研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用金红石型纳米TiO2改性HIPS塑料,SEM及FTIR分析表明,通过表面改性可将低分子有机物接枝到纳米TiO2表面,并提高了无机纳米粒子在HIPS树脂中的相容性和分散性.金红石型纳米TiO2复合改性HIPS经过28d的氙灯气候加速老化后,其力学性能在较长时间内得到保持,抗色变能力大幅度提高,分子链断裂得到有效抑制.FTIR分析老化机理表明,由于纳米TiO2与光稳定剂的协同作用使改性HIPS的光老化速度得到有效抑制,其羰基和羟基吸收峰的振动特征在28 d的老化期间内均未发生明显变化.  相似文献

铝酸钠溶液中加入有机表面活性剂可以强化分解过程 ,增加产品氢氧化铝的粒度。其中加入硬脂酸是吸附在颗粒表面 ,使种子表面疏水 ;而石蜡油的加入可强化疏水性质 ,并在 2个或多个固体颗粒粘结时起着“桥梁”作用。对产品氢氧化铝用热重和红外光谱分析 ,得出产品氢氧化铝在低于 10 0 0℃焙烧后 ,有机物添加剂可有效分解 ,不会带入后面的铝电解工序中。  相似文献

Abstract

Eighteen qualities of metallic soaps have been studied, either as lubricants or as additives for the fabrication of UO2 and (U,Pu)O2 pellets. Compounds of the same family, such as zinc stearates, differ in their effectiveness as lubricants. This property is strongly dependent on the particle size of the powder and its purity. The behaviour of the dry lubricants when used as admixtures in UO2 and also when employed for the direct lubrication of the pelletizing tools is discussed.

The efficiency of metallic soaps as additives to lower the density of the sintered pellets is related to the nature of the metallic ion. Thus, zinc stearate has little influence on the fired density of UO2, whereas barium stearate and other barium compounds are very effective. Barium inhibits sintering, but zinc, which is eliminated at low temperature, does not diminish the sinterability of the oxide powders. In the latter case, the decrease in density is caused by thermal decomposition of the organic molecule.  相似文献
