Two quantum-kinetic models, governing the transport of an initial highly non-equilibrium carrier distribution generated locally in a nanowire, are explored. Dissipation processes due to phonons govern the carrier relaxation, which at early stages of the evolution is characterized by the lack of energy conservation in the collisions. The models are analyzed and approached numerically by a backward Monte Carlo method. The basic difference between them is in the way of treatment of the finite collision duration time. The latter introduces quantum effects of broadening and retardation, ultrafast spatial transfer and modification of the classical trajectories, which are demonstrated in the presented simulation results. 相似文献

We report on the realization of a V-groove-shaped single quantum wire (QWR) laser in the material system InGaAsP-InP. First, we discuss a new laser concept that makes use of a semi-insulating (s.i.) current-blocking layer and InGaAsP wave-guiding layers. Simulations demonstrate the concentration of both the current as well as the optical field in the active region. We developed a two-step wet-chemical etching process, to form high-quality V-grooves into a layer stack consisting of InP and InGaAsP. By employing anisotropic wet-chemical etching and anisotropic metal-organic vapor-phase epitaxial (MOVPE) growth, we demonstrate the feasibility of this concept. We show laser action originating from a single InGaAs QWR realized in this concept. The source of a second laser line measured with electroluminescence (EL) spectroscopy is discussed 相似文献

水下自航器紧凑而狭小的结构要求其内部大量的线缆成束敷设,这使得线缆串扰问题成为其系统电磁兼容性设计一个关键考虑因素,双绞线凭借其良好的电磁兼容(EMC)特性在水下自航器中被广泛采用。基于线缆串扰的传输线模型,对比分析了单线与双绞线的抗干扰特性,并重点对双绞线端接不同负载下的抗干扰能力进行了仿真与试验研究。试验结果表明双绞线端接负载对其抗干扰能力有比较明显的影响,实际电磁兼容工程设计中必须予以考虑。研究结果可用于指导水下自航器中线缆布局的电磁兼容性优化设计。 相似文献

The paper is proposed approximate formulas of the ac resistance of lead wires and coils which made by using copper clad aluminum (CCA) wires. There are the frequency range that the ac resistance of CCA wires is lower than it of cupper solid wires for lead wires and coils of an electrical equipment. It is shown that the application of CCA wires is economical as comparing with copper solid wires, if the design is due to successful calculation in the electrical equipment. The measured resistance is compared with the formula. CCA wires is an example of multiple conductors which shall be expected to apply in future. 相似文献

Self-damping characteristics of three types of conductors with seven different sizes were studied. Conductor types considered were ACSR round and trapezoidal (TW) wires as well as self-damping (SD). The power method was used in the measurement of self-damping of all three types of conductors. For each conductor, damping measurements were made at three tension levels (10, 25 and 40% of rated tensile strength of conductor) for frequencies ranging from 5 to 55 Hz and normalized peak-to-peak amplitudes varying between 25/f to 150/f where f is frequency in Hz. Empirical relationships were derived to estimate the power dissipation values for all other frequency and amplitude levels. Results obtained from tests conducted on ACSR round and trapezoidal wire conductors of similar diameter indicated that the ACSR TW conductor in general has higher internal damping when compared to ACSR round wire conductor. However this trend was not necessarily observed at low frequencies. It was also noted that power dissipation increases with increase in size of the conductor 相似文献

随着光纤电流差动保护的广泛应用,其保护原理、功能也更加完善.作为第一代电流差动保护的传输通道--导引线也彻底被光纤所替代.但在少数地区,由于铺设光缆难度太大,仍在继续使用导引线.如何能使光纤差动保护装置运行在导引线传输通道上,既不改变保护装置的功能,也不需重新铺设光缆,便因此提了出来.针对这一特殊要求,开发了光纤差动保护的导引线接口装置.使用该接口装置后,光纤差动保护不需作任何改动,就可以在导引线通道上运行,且保护的动作特性不受影响,该接口装置同样适用于光纤纵联保护装置、光纤命令传输装置在导引线上的运行. 相似文献

OPPC(Optical Phase Conductor)是电力通信系统的一种新型特种光缆,是在传统的相线结构中将光纤单元复合在导线中的光缆,使之具有传输电能及通信的双重功能。为有效利用现有中低压配网资源.降低通信线路投资成本,江西鹰潭供电公司在国家电网公司10kV系统率先采用OPPC复合光缆架空相线。通过对10kV梅开线OPPC改造工程可行性分析、计算,确定将该线B相导线更换为OPPC光缆,并一次投运成功。该工程的成功投运标志着江西省电力系统通信线路架设方式将进入新的阶段。 相似文献
