１前言高炉煤气干法净化和湿法净化相比，不仅能简化工艺系统，合理利用煤气显热，提高煤气热效率，而且从根本上解决了二次水污染及污泥的处理问题。此外对于具有顶压发电设备的高炉，可增加发电能力。高炉煤气干法净化方法有电除尘和布袋除尘两种，由于我国高炉炉顶煤气温度普遍较高（一般为２８０～３２０℃），而目前布袋除尘器的致命弱点是工作温度不能超过２００℃，加上其运行、维护工作量很大，难以推广。而电除尘器不仅除尘效率高，运行维护方便，并且耐温可达３５０～４００℃，因此干法电除尘器用来净化回收高炉煤气越来越受到人…     

湿电场可凝结颗粒物脱除性能研究

为研究湿式电除尘器对可凝结颗粒物(主要是SO_3)的脱除性能,结合现场实测和规律分析,定量分析了某350MW机组、660MW机组5号炉和6号炉配套湿式电除尘器对SO_3的脱除效果,并总结了34台金属板式湿式电除尘器、35台导电玻璃钢管式湿式电除尘器的SO_3脱除规律,为燃煤电厂、钢厂等可凝结颗粒物控制提供借鉴。
