氟硅酸法制氟化氢铵联产优质白炭黑工艺研究 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0
研究了氟化氢铵生产的一种新工艺。采用氨水氨解磷肥行业副产品氟硅酸,分离反应后的料浆,经过滤得白炭黑软膏和氟化铵溶液。白炭黑软膏经洗涤干燥后得白炭黑产品;在氟化铵溶液里通入无水氢氟酸,控制一定的pH,过滤反应后的料浆,滤饼经低温真空干燥,即得氟化氢铵产品,滤液返回制氟化氢铵工序。以磷肥行业副产氟硅酸为原料生产氟化氢铵,具有成本低,有效利用氟资源等特点。生产的氟化氢铵和白炭黑产品质量好,符合相关行业标准。 相似文献

利用磷肥生产过程中排放的含氟气体经水吸收后获得的氟硅酸溶液为原料,在适宜的工艺条件下与氨水反应,生成氟化铵和二氧化硅。二氧化硅经洗涤、干燥得白炭黑产品;氟化铵溶液经浓缩、高温分解得氟化氢铵。所得产品氟化氢铵符合HG/T 3586--1999优等品的要求;白炭黑符合GB 10571--1989要求。新工艺生产成本低于传统工艺生产成本。新工艺具有较好的社会效益、经济效益和环保效益。 相似文献

基于甲醛法无法准确测定氟化氢铵产品中氟化铵杂质的缺点,用双指示剂法对甲醛法进行改进。先以中性红-溴百里酚蓝为指示剂滴定溶液氟化氢铵的含量,再用酚酞为指示剂甲醛法测溶液中总NH4+量从而得出氟化铵含量,由此可实现氟化氢铵及其中氟化铵含量的分别测定。该方法操作简单,准确度高,加标回收率为99.7%~101.0%,最大相对偏差在±2.0%左右,具有较高的实用性。 相似文献

以粉煤灰酸浸出液制得的硫酸铝铵与氟化铵和硫酸钠反应制备冰晶石,探讨了制备过程各因素对冰晶石中F、Al含量及Al收率的影响,得出最佳反应条件。在优化工艺条件下,所制得的冰晶石产品质量达到国家标准,产品中Al、F含量分别达到13.86%和53.64%,Al收率93.52%。和制备氧化铝相比,具有明显的经济效益优势。 相似文献

The products obtained from the roomtemperature reaction of ammonium bifluoride and zirconium fluoride monohydrate are ammonium heptafluorozirconate ((NH4 )3 ZrF2 ), liquid water, and hydrogen fluoride. This paper describes a novel route for the production of low-oxygen-containing fluorozirconate glasses. The process involves the use of a hitherto unknown solid-state chemical reaction between ammonium bifluoride and specific anhydrous and hydrated metal fluoride salts. The products are defined as ammonium fluoride–metal fluoride complexes. The kinetics of their formation and subsequent dissociation were followed by thermogravimetric analysis. It was observed that these complexes decompose with the evolution of HF above temperatures at which ammonium bifluoride decomposes and where its supply may be exhausted. These materials have been used to melt fluorozirconate glasses. The oxygen contents of these glasses have been dramatically reduced to approximately 10 ppm. The glass stability, as defined by the lack of devitrification on reheating, also appears to increase with a lowering of the oxygen content. This implies that the mechanism of nucleation and growth is predominantly heterogeneous and not homogeneous nucleation. Furthermore, the production of long lengths of crystal-free fluoride fibers for transcontinental optical communication systems appears to be a realistic goal, especially if the heterogeneities can be eliminated. 相似文献
