本文对高纯十二烷基聚氧乙烯随醚硫酸盐(C12EOnSO4)和纯皂为两元表面活性剂昆合水溶液体系,在气/液界面上和胶束中有关的物化性能进行了一系列测试,通过对这些物化数据的处理和比较,探讨了这类两元体系在气/液界面上和胶束中相互作用的机理,打出了两元表面活性剂混合体系降低表面张力之效能大小与β0和βM的关系,定性地解释了表面活性剂效率与交通不总是平行的原因。  相似文献

阳离子表面活性剂,随着其应用领域的不断开拓,近年来发展速度己引起全世界的关注.美国是世界上阳离子表面活性剂产量最大的国家,日本第二,以上两个国家阳离子表面活性剂的品种多达数百种.当前世界范围内阳离子表面活性剂年需求量为70~75万吨,1990年美国为7.72万吨,日本为5.02万吨,西欧1988年为9万吨.阳离子表面活性剂增长较快的原因:其一是它具有带正电荷的活性基因,易吸附在通常带负电荷的织物纤维和其它固体表面上,而形成很整齐的薄膜,从而起到柔软、抗静电、防腐、抗结块等作用;其二是它的最主要原料——天然油脂来源丰富,可年年复生,这就为阳离子表面活性剂的迅速发展奠定了原料基础.  相似文献

针对开发常温无镍锌系磷化工艺,研究和探讨了表面活性剂在磷化中的应用和作用机理,并表征了表面活性剂在磷化过程中协同效应的某些特性。实验结果表明:表面活性剂的加入,发挥了多种协同作用,促进金属磷化膜的形成,使膜层更加均匀、致密,耐腐蚀性也有所提高。阴-阳离子复配的表面活性剂比单一表面活性剂的效果更好,其最佳配比为20∶1。  相似文献

模拟汕头某油井地质情况,即在pH值为3,温度为50℃,质量分数为0.1%,矿化度为5000mg/L,搅拌速度为3000r/min条件下,选用起泡性能好的表面活性剂,在单一组分和两组分的起泡剂体系中,测试起泡体积倍数。结果表明,两组分体系相对于单一起泡剂有比较好的起泡效果,阴离子型表面活性剂AES与两性表面活性剂CAB-35的复配体系起泡效果最好。  相似文献

以K12表面张力仪为主要手段研究了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)和聚醚组成的混合表面活性剂体系的增效作用。实验表明,十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)和聚醚组成的混合表面活性剂体系的临界胶束浓度(cmc)大大低于任一单一组分溶液的cmc,且在其中一组分的溶液中加入少量的另一组分即可使体系的cmc大为降低。在很大的配比范围内cmc都维持在一较低水平且随配比改变变化的幅度不大。此外,混合表面活性剂体系在形成胶束能力以及降低表面张力效率方面都显示出较强的增效作用。但在降低表面张力能力方面,未显示出增效作用。  相似文献

In recent years, trimeric surfactants have created excitement in the surfactant field because of their properties, which have been found to be better than monomeric or dimeric homologues. Only a limited number of trimeric surfactants have been synthesized and studied so far, probably owing to the difficulty in synthesis. In this article, we synthesized some novel star‐shaped trimeric cationic surfactants based on the alkylation of the 3 hydroxyl groups of the phloroglucinol nuclei as a core (i.e., spacer) with 3 dodecyl or 3 octyl groups (as tails) for the surfactant. The chemical structures were confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance, Fourier transform infrared, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis; also the critical micelle concentration was determined by electrical conductivity measurements. These surfactants were used in the synthesis of mesoporous silica nanoparticles by the sol–gel method. The silica particles shape and size were determined using field emission scanning electron microscopy and high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy images. Furthermore, the corrosion inhibitor capability of these surfactants was investigated by monitoring the corrosion rate of iron sheets in 0.5 M hydrochloric acid in the presence and in the absence of different surfactants at 45°C based on the weight loss method. We have used cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as a positive control, the obtained results showed a high inhibition efficiency at very low concentrations, and the prepared trimeric surfactants exhibited a higher anticorrosion efficiency than the CTAB surfactants.  相似文献

The interaction of co-polymers of vinylpyrrolidone-vinylacetate with anionic surfactants, such as lithium dodecyl sulfate (LiDS), lithium perfluorooctane sulfonate (LiFOS) in aqueous solution, has been studied. When the content of vinylacetate in the co-polymers increases, reduction in the surface tension of co-polymers alone becomes significant. In mixtures of co-polymers and surfactants, co-polymer-LiFOS complexes are formed at lower surfactant concentration than that of co-polymer-LiDS. The micropolarity of the co-polymers-surfactant complexes depends on the composition of co-polymers and is higher for co-polymer-LiFOS than that for co-polymer-LiDS. Further, the solubilization behavior of α-(o-tolylazo-)-β-naphthylamine (Yellow OB) (Tokyo Kasei Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan) in the co-polymer-surfactant complexes is almost independent of the co-polymer composition, but different from the surfactants, where a very low solubilized amount of Yellow OB is observed for co-polymer-LiFOS.  相似文献

A series of dialkyl diphosphate gemini surfactants has been synthesized using C18 as hydrophobic chains and phosphate as head groups. Three flexible spacers have been used. In the present study, an attempt has also been made to synthesize mono octadecyl phosphate (MOP) at 35°C, which was used as an intermediate in the synthesis of geminis. This long chain of MOP has been effectively converted to gemini surfactants and subsequently converted to their disodium salts. The effect of reaction variables like temperature, duration, molar ratios of reactants, catalyst and spacer on the yield of dialkyl diphosphate gemini surfactant has also been reported. The MOP, gemini surfactants and disodium salt of gemini surfactants were characterized using FT‐IR and 1H‐NMR. Surface active and physico‐chemical properties of synthesized gemini surfactants and their monomer were also determined. The results revealed that the yield of dialkyl diphosphate gemini surfactants ranged from 80 to 90%. Among all synthesized dialkyl diphosphate gemini surfactants D, S‐1,6‐GSOD had maximum anionic content, i.e. 80.7%, showed highest foaming ability and superior dispersing ability, whereas D, S‐1,8‐GSOD showed low cmc values, i.e. 0.00012 mM/L; minimum surface tension and interfacial tension, i.e. 39.1 and 36.3 mN/m, respectively.  相似文献

Effect of surfactants present in alkaline and acidic solutions on the capacitance of carbon electrodes has been studied. Three various types of surfactants, i.e. sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS), tetrapropylammonium bromide (TPAB) and non-ionic such as polymer of polyethylene glycol and p-t-octylophenol (Triton X-100) have been selected for this target. Concentration of these electrolyte additives was 0.005 mol L−1. Decreasing the surface tension in the electrode/electrolyte interface allows better penetration of electrolyte into the pores. However, surfactants played a different role depending on the electrode polarity. Detailed analysis of capacitance versus current load, frequency dependence as well as self-discharge and cyclability proved especially a profitable effect of Triton X-100 on capacitor operating in alkaline solution.  相似文献

Alkyd emulsions     
Various aspects of alkyd emulsion technology have been investigated. The influence of alkyd oil length, acid value and hydroxyl number and type of surfactant used as emulsifier, on shear stability of alkyds emulsions have been studied. It was found that the acid value was the most important alkyd parameter, the stability increasing with increasing oil length. It is also shown that anionic surfactants give emulsions with small droplet sizes at lower concentrations than do nonionics. Polymerizable nonionic surfactants have been tested as emulsifiers and compared with conventional surfactants of the same hydrophilic lipophilic balance (HLB). It was found that surfactants capable of participating in the autoridative curing process give faster drying and improved film hardness compared with nonreactive surfactants. The distribution of driers between the alkyd phase and the water phase has been investigated. It was found that low pH and the use of hydrophilic anionic surfactants, such as sodium dodecyl sulphate, favour partitioning of cobalt into the aqueous phase which is unfavourable with respect to drying properties.  相似文献
