在用亚硫酸按(NH4)2SO3浸出海洋锰结核中有价金属时发现镍从浸出液中损失。本试验就是研究这种损失的原因。在下列体系中,对Ni(Ⅱ)的行为进行研究:a.NH3—(NH4)2SO3—H2O;b.NH3—用氧部分氧化的(NH4)2SO3—H2O;c.NH3—用MnO2部分氧化的(NH4)2SO3—H2O.在NH3—(NH4)2SO3溶液用MnO2氧化时,加入的Ni(Ⅱ)形成晶状沉淀:Ni0.75Mn0.25(NH3)4S4O6·2H2O。  相似文献

提出了在H2SO4介质中,加入定量的FeSO4.(NH4)2SO4作为Co^3+的还原剂,通过测定过量的Fe^2+而间接地测定Xo^3+。讨论了介质、还原剂、浸取手段、酸度、浸出时间、还原剂的浓度及干扰离子等因素对测定结果的影响。方法操作简便、快速。对高含量的Co^3+的测定,效果尤佳。  相似文献

研究了Cu(Ⅱ)-PEG(聚乙二醇-2000)-BCO(新铜试剂)-(NH4)2SO4体系的萃取光度法并应用于测定Cu(Ⅱ)。结果表明最适宜酸度为pH8~9.5(NH4Cl-NH3·H2O缓冲溶液),络合物最大吸收波长位于600nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.74×104,Cu(Ⅱ)浓度在0~64μg/10ml服从比尔定律,铜与BCO组成了1:3的稳定蓝色络合物。该方法用于铝合金中铜的测定,获得了满意的结果。  相似文献

用DTA法和XRD法研究了粒度为65~150μm的(NH4)2WS4在氮气中的热分解机理,得出热分解反应是由(NH4)2WS4=2NH3+H2+2S+WS2和H2+S=H2S两个反应构成的。用Dolye—Ozawa法和Kisinger法计算了(NH4)2WS4热分解中两个反应的活化能分别为2700±10kJ/mol、5903±10kJ/mol,反应级数分别为06、15,分解产物为WS2。  相似文献

通过高温X射线衍射分析,研究了一种多相四铂酸铵在不同煅烧条件下的热分解过程。发现不同物相的四钼酸铵按以下步骤进行热分解反应:(NH_4)_2Mo_4O_(13),β-(NH_4)_2Mo_4O_(13)和(NH_4)_2Mo_4O_(13)·2H_2O→(NH_4)_2Mo_(14)O_(43)→(NH_4)_2Mo_(22)O_(67)→MoO_3。在空气气氛中,四钼酸铵发生热分解反应生成MoO_3,而在密闭气氛中,同时发生四钼酸铵的热分解反应和MoO_3的还原反应,除MoO_3外,还有部分MoO_2生成。  相似文献

优选新的正原体系HCOONH_4+NH_4OH和特效的AS-360分散剂系列,用于制备微电子工业用超细金属银粉,取得了有所创新的研究结果。即化学法一步制取平均粒径0.33±0.03μm、比表面积2.80±0.09m ̄2/g的片状超细银粉。探讨了(Ag ̄+)、(AS-360)、(HCOONH_4+NH_4OH)及温度等对银粉粒径及还原率的影响。所确定的还原技术可控制银粉尺寸、分布及形貌并获得了99.O%~99.5%的银直收率。  相似文献
