海洋锰结核的试验研究──Ni（Ⅱ）在H_2O—NH_3—SO_2—MnO_2体系

在用亚硫酸按（ＮＨ４）２ＳＯ３浸出海洋锰结核中有价金属时发现镍从浸出液中损失。本试验就是研究这种损失的原因。在下列体系中，对Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）的行为进行研究：ａ．ＮＨ３—（ＮＨ４）２ＳＯ３—Ｈ２Ｏ；ｂ．ＮＨ３—用氧部分氧化的（ＮＨ４）２ＳＯ３—Ｈ２Ｏ；ｃ．ＮＨ３—用ＭｎＯ２部分氧化的（ＮＨ４）２ＳＯ３—Ｈ２Ｏ．在ＮＨ３—（ＮＨ４）２ＳＯ３溶液用ＭｎＯ２氧化时，加入的Ｎｉ（Ⅱ）形成晶状沉淀：Ｎｉ０．７５Ｍｎ０．２５（ＮＨ３）４Ｓ４Ｏ６·２Ｈ２Ｏ。

废蓄电池渣泥二段脱硫工艺研究

采用ＮＨ＿４ＨＣＯ＿３（或Ｎａ＿２ＣＯ＿３）作脱硫剂，经两段脱硫可使废蓄电池渣泥中硫含量从５．１１％降到０．０６２５％（或０．０８％）。消耗的脱硫剂以（ＮＨ＿４）＿２ＳＯ＿４或Ｎａ＿２ＳＯ＿４形态回收。     

冶金产品中Co（Ⅲ）的测定方法研究

提出了在Ｈ２ＳＯ４介质中,加入定量的ＦｅＳＯ４．（ＮＨ４）２ＳＯ４作为Ｃｏ＾３＋的还原剂,通过测定过量的Ｆｅ＾２＋而间接地测定Ｘｏ＾３＋。讨论了介质、还原剂、浸取手段、酸度、浸出时间、还原剂的浓度及干扰离子等因素对测定结果的影响。方法操作简便、快速。对高含量的Ｃｏ＾３＋的测定,效果尤佳。     

聚乙二醇-新铜试剂-硫酸铵萃取光度法测定铜

研究了Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）－ＰＥＧ（聚乙二醇－２０００）－ＢＣＯ（新铜试剂）－（ＮＨ４）２ＳＯ４体系的萃取光度法并应用于测定Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）。结果表明最适宜酸度为ｐＨ８～９．５（ＮＨ４Ｃｌ－ＮＨ３·Ｈ２Ｏ缓冲溶液）,络合物最大吸收波长位于６００ｎｍ,表观摩尔吸光系数为２．７４×１０４,Ｃｕ（Ⅱ）浓度在０～６４μｇ／１０ｍｌ服从比尔定律,铜与ＢＣＯ组成了１：３的稳定蓝色络合物。该方法用于铝合金中铜的测定,获得了满意的结果。     

65～150μm的（NH4）2WS4在氮气中的热分解行为研究

用ＤＴＡ法和ＸＲＤ法研究了粒度为６５～１５０μｍ的（ＮＨ４）２ＷＳ４在氮气中的热分解机理，得出热分解反应是由（ＮＨ４）２ＷＳ４＝２ＮＨ３＋Ｈ２＋２Ｓ＋ＷＳ２和Ｈ２＋Ｓ＝Ｈ２Ｓ两个反应构成的。用Ｄｏｌｙｅ—Ｏｚａｗａ法和Ｋｉｓｉｎｇｅｒ法计算了（ＮＨ４）２ＷＳ４热分解中两个反应的活化能分别为２７００±１０ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ、５９０３±１０ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ，反应级数分别为０６、１５，分解产物为ＷＳ２。     

多相四钼酸铵的热分解

通过高温Ｘ射线衍射分析，研究了一种多相四铂酸铵在不同煅烧条件下的热分解过程。发现不同物相的四钼酸铵按以下步骤进行热分解反应：（ＮＨ＿４）＿２Ｍｏ＿４Ｏ＿（１３），β－（ＮＨ＿４）＿２Ｍｏ＿４Ｏ＿（１３）和（ＮＨ＿４）＿２Ｍｏ＿４Ｏ＿（１３）·２Ｈ＿２Ｏ→（ＮＨ＿４）＿２Ｍｏ＿（１４）Ｏ＿（４３）→（ＮＨ＿４）＿２Ｍｏ＿（２２）Ｏ＿（６７）→ＭｏＯ＿３。在空气气氛中，四钼酸铵发生热分解反应生成ＭｏＯ＿３，而在密闭气氛中，同时发生四钼酸铵的热分解反应和ＭｏＯ＿３的还原反应，除ＭｏＯ＿３外，还有部分ＭｏＯ＿２生成。     

电解金属锰阴极过程初探

ＭｎＳＯ＿４－（ＮＨ＿４）＿（２）ＳＯ＿（４）－Ｈ＿（２）Ｏ系统电解过程中，在阴极上放电并还原为电解金属锰的离子并非简单的Ｍｎ￣（２＋）离子，而是锰氨络离子Ｍｎ（ＮＨ＿３）￣２＋。电解过程中产生氨气并不断地向溶液中扩散，在一定条件下电解液中的游离氨是锰在阴极上还原的前提．本文研究的电解锰电解的阴极过程，在实际生产中具有重要的意义。     

超细金属银粉的研制

优选新的正原体系ＨＣＯＯＮＨ＿４＋ＮＨ＿４ＯＨ和特效的ＡＳ－３６０分散剂系列，用于制备微电子工业用超细金属银粉，取得了有所创新的研究结果。即化学法一步制取平均粒径０．３３±０．０３μｍ、比表面积２．８０±０．０９ｍ￣２／ｇ的片状超细银粉。探讨了（Ａｇ￣＋）、（ＡＳ－３６０）、（ＨＣＯＯＮＨ＿４＋ＮＨ＿４ＯＨ）及温度等对银粉粒径及还原率的影响。所确定的还原技术可控制银粉尺寸、分布及形貌并获得了９９．Ｏ％～９９．５％的银直收率。     

铬铁矿的快速溶解方法及用分光光度法测定铬

Ｃｒ２Ｏ３和铬铁矿能溶于Ｈ２ＳＯ４－Ｌｉ２ＳＯ４Ｃｅ（ＳＯ４）２（２０／１０／１Ｖ／Ｗ／Ｖ），Ｈ２ＳＯ４－Ｌｉ２ＳＯ４－ＭｎＯ２（２０／１０／１Ｖ／Ｗ／Ｗ）或Ｈ２ＳＯ４－Ｌｉ２ＳＯ４－ＫＩＯ４（２０／１０／２／Ｖ／Ｗ／Ｗ）中，生成的混浊溶解可用Ｈ２Ｏ２处理或溶剂萃取使之变得清亮，而后用分光光度法在６１４ｎｍ处测定铬。
