含铜蚀刻废液的综合利用研究进展

PCB产业所产生的含铜蚀刻废液是对环境存在较大潜在威胁的危险废物。本文通过比较两种主要工艺——中和沉淀法与溶剂萃取法,以“再生利用”并实现“零”排放为目的,论述了含铜蚀刻废液综合利用方面的研究进展。

从印制板蚀刻废液中萃取回收铜

选用ＬＩＸ－５４作为萃取剂从印制板蚀刻废液中回收铜，探讨了萃取系统的一些系件，对含Ｃｕ，１０７．３９ｇ／Ｌ和ＮＨ３１２８．４ｇ／Ｌ的蚀刻度，经３级萃取即可达到Ｃｕ的３０ｇ／Ｌ并基本不萃氨，萃余液可返回蚀刻液，实验还考察了萃取剂的降解性能。     

含铜废液集中处理采用技术方案的试验研究

通过对国内外目前处理含铜废液模式的分析，以实际含铜废液对拟采用的回收与治理技术方案做了集中处理方式的试验研究，介绍了典型实例，并推出了工业含铜废液集中处理生产技术流程。

用粗铜分析废液加不同粒度铁屑制取海绵铜研究

本次实验用粗铜中金银分析后产生的铜废液,加不同粒度的铁屑进行置换试验,观察反应情况,测定置换出的海绵铜及余留废液含铜情况,得出加不同粒度铁屑制取海绵铜的规律,为海绵铜的实际生产提供指导。     

基于萃取的印制板碱性蚀刻废液中铜的回收

PCB电路板生产过程中产生大量的碱性蚀刻废液,给当前环境带来了极大的危害问题,结合当前主流的回收技术,提出一种基于萃取法的PCB板铜离子回收方法。针对废液大部分为铜氨溶液出发,结合萃取法的原理,选择β-二酮类作为萃取剂,对铜氨废液中的铜进行萃取,进而得到在不同温度、浓度和pH值下萃取影响;同时加入H_2SO_4对回收后的溶液进行反萃取,并探讨在不同H_2SO_4浓度条件下对萃取的影响。试验结果表明,在pH=9.5,温度25℃,相比为1∶1的情况下,铜萃取浓度达到最大;同时当反萃相H_2SO_4溶液当中的氢离子浓度为4 mol/L时,其效果最佳,并达到对PCB板废液回收的目的。     

发泡铜阴极电沉积法回收酸性镀铜废液中的铜

用发泡铜作阴极材料,从稀的酸性镀铜废液中电沉积回收金属铜,测定了阴极极化曲线,考察了ｐＨ值、电解液循环速率、电流密度等工艺参数对阴极电流效率的影响。结果表明：用发泡铜作阴极材料,可有效地处理含铜废液和回收金属铜,将含Ｃｕ＾２＋２００ｍｇ／Ｌ的废液在１．２Ａ／ｄｍ＾２表观电流密度度下处理至含Ｃｕ＾２＋０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ以下,平均电流效率可达８５％以上。
