An optical technique for 3-Dshape measurement is presented.This technique,based on a deformed projected grating pattern which carries 3-D information of the measured object,can automatically and accurately obtain the phase map of a measured object by using one-step phase shift algorithm.In comparison with traditional phase-shift technique,the echnique is much faster,with the equivalent accuracy.Only one frame image is sufficient for measuring.Experimental result of typical object is presented. 相似文献

A new vision coordinate measuring system-single camera 3-D coordinate measuring system based on optical probe imaging is presented.A new idea in vision coordinate measurement is proposed.A linear model is deduced which can distinguish six freedom degrees of optical probe to realize coordinate measurement of the object surface.The effects of some factors on the resolution of the system are analyzed.The simulating experiments have shown that the system model is available. 相似文献

The close photogrammetric 3-D coordinate meaurement is a new measuring technology in the fields of the coordinate measurement machine (CMM) in recent yearsl.In this method,we usually place some targets on the measured object and take image of targets to determine the object coordinate.The subpixel location of target image plays an important role in high accuracy 3-D coordinate measuring procedure,In this paper,some subpixel location methods are reviewed and some factors which affect location precision are analyzed. Then we propose bilinear interpolation centroid algorithm.The experiments have shown this algorithm can improve accuracy of target centroid by increasing available pixels. 相似文献

A emthod of 2-D Fourier transform used in 3-D surface profilometry is proposed,analyzed and compared with 1-D Fourier transform method in theory and practical measuring result.It was proved that the 2-D Fourier transform method has more advantages over 1-D Fourier transform methodd in biggest crook-rate limits,accuracy and sensitivity of measuring.Styudy on measuring object surface details with large crook-rate changing accurately used new higher-power index low-pass filter of spatial frequency domain.A new method of automatic produced reference grating image and error-correcting is proposed.One undeform row of deform grating image is used to extend a complete reference grating image,and some error-correcting method is used to process the result to get accurate surface shape and the deflection of reference surface normal line deviated from the axle of camera.By this new method,one deform rectangle grating image is only used to get the 3-D shape accurately. 相似文献

A method using spectrum illumination to reconstruct 3-D bject image is a new concept in the field of computer vision.The design of optical illumination system is crucial this method.Several ways to achieve multicolor spectrum illumination are discussed.A prism illumination system is designed by means of aligning symmetrically the prism at the mid-wavelength(nd=1.806 274)of light path and using reflection collimating lens,cylindrical expending lens and two optical shutters.The relations between deviation angles and light wavelengths are given,and some 3-D reconstruction results are presented. 相似文献

In the paper new design methods for multidimensional two-channel perfect reconstruction (PR) FIR filter banks are described. The filters have linear phase, achieve an arbitrarily high number of vanishing moments and can be used to obtain biorthogonal wavelet bases. Two-dimensional wavelet bases with square, rectangular, and hexagonal support are constructed. A design method that trades off vanishing moments and frequency selectivity is described. These two properties are both important in subband coding, but they each require a share of the degrees of freedom available from the total number of filter coefficients. A new method to choose the coefficients of the McClellan transformation is developed. The coefficients are obtained by using both analytic and nonlinear optimization approaches. The transformation using the proposed method has much better approximation performance for circular symmetry than the existing methods, especially when the cutoff frequency of the 2-D filter is very large. The proposed method also applies to choose the transformation coefficients to approximate elliptic contours. Two design examples of 2-D FIR digital filters demonstrate the good performance of the proposed method. 相似文献
