中国高压变频器技术发展趋势

正全国电动机装机总容量已达4亿多kW,年耗电量达12000亿kW.h,占全国总用电量的60%.占工业用电量的80%:其中风机、水泵、压缩机的装机总容量已超过2亿kW,年耗电量达8000亿kW.h,占全国总用电量的40%左右。70%以上的风机、水泵、压缩机应调速运行,而至今仅有不到1O%调速运行。若按风机、水泵和压缩机总装机容量的50%进行调速节能改造,则可改造容量达1亿kW,其中40%为中高压电机,容量占60%。若按电机平均出力为60%,年运行4000小时,平均节电率为20.30%(平均25%)计算。则年节电潜力为600亿kW.h!整个电机系统的节电潜力约为1000亿kW.h,改造和更新预计需投人2000-3000亿元人民币。

从生产用电和辅助生产用电两个角度出发,对山东陵县恒丰集团纺纱车间和山东愉悦织布车间的耗电量进行了详细地分析。细纱车间工艺主机设备月平均耗电量比例占总耗电量的89.4%,辅助生产耗电量约占10.6%,其中空压机月平均耗电量仅占总耗电量的1.81%;而在织布车间中,辅助生产耗电量占了总耗电量的78.71%,其中空压机耗电量占了总耗电量的62.73%,而生产设备耗电量只占了21.29%。通过能耗分析,并结合车间的实际运行情况,从照明设施、空调系统和空压机系统三个方面提出了降低纺织厂能耗的有效措施。

夏普近日展示了大幅度降低了耗电量的26英寸液晶电视的样机。与夏普原来的26英寸液晶电视LC-26GH3相比。新的样机即时耗电量减少到只有1／3．年耗电量则控制在了原有耗电量水平的一半左右。如此节能环保,难怪在日本举行八国首脑会议期间．夏普还专门在环境展区展示了这台样机。夏普并未直接公布新样机的耗电量等数据,但是以原产品的耗电量为基准进行计算。预计新样机的即时耗电量只有约40W．年耗电量约为60kWh左右。而具体的上市日期夏普并没有公布。新样机的耗电量削减到了与屏幕同尺寸的太阳能电池所能提供的同等电力水平,为此,夏普建议与太阳能电池搭配使用。这样即使在没有铺设电线的地区。也能够收看电视节目。

鉴于Android系统网络耗电量过大而导致的电池工作时间过短问题的提出,为降低网络功耗,对Android手机上网时的耗电量进行测试与统计,测试结果表明手机上网时的耗电量比手机关闭网络的耗电量大,开启网络上网后关闭屏幕仍可能会产生不必要的网络耗电量。针对这个问题提出了一种软件优化Android系统网络耗电量的方法,当检测到手机屏幕关闭时,通过软件控制来关闭网络。该方法减少了不必要的损耗,从而延长了电池的工作时间,具有良好的实用性。     

Application of model of mixture of probabilistic distributions for definition of the signals of radiophysical probing

The article describes a model representation of radar probing data in form of a mixture of background and target samples, which is the sum of two random variables with very different parameters. For model development we research the behavior of the central moments of the distribution mix without assuming the distribution law form. An example it is described the detection of the signal at the output of compression system of chirp ionosonde.

Interpretation of responses of visual cells of limulus

Assuming that visual responses are due to the action of particles on the membrane of the visual cells, the stochastic variability of the response should be a function of the number of particles producing it. Quantitative predictions can be made with the aid of a model proposed in previous articles. It is found that responses produced in visual cells of Limulus by absorption of a single photon have the stochastic properties which would be expected if the response to one photon were brought about by 25 particles. It is concluded from this that the processes leading to visual responses produce multiplication of particles. The effects of temperature and of metabolic poisons suggest that these processes are of chemical nature.

By means of exact conformal mapping method we have defined character of dependence of squares amounts of angular part of film element on angled part dimension. We propose relations, approximating obtained dependence. Calculation results and experimental researches of large-scale models are represented.     

Temperature dependence of index of refraction of polymericwaveguides

The temperature dependence of refractive index of polymer films was determined for a number of slab waveguides by a grating coupling method. This dependence was examined as a function of parameters such as molecular weight and glass transition temperature of the polymer. Temperature-induced changes in N_TE-N_TM , N being the effective index, were studied systematically for different slab waveguide compositions. It is shown that with proper device design and choice of polymeric materials, thermal effects can be reduced     

Differential method of analysis of luminescence spectra of semiconductors

A method for analyzing the luminescence spectra of semiconductors is suggested. The method is based on differentiation of the spectra. The potentialities of the method are demonstrated for luminescence in the region of the fundamental absorption edge of Si and SiGe alloy single crystals. The method is superior in accuracy to previously known luminescence methods of determining the band gap of indirect-gap semiconductors and practically insensitive to different conditions of outputting radiation from the sample.
