二溴羟基苯基荧光酮分光光度测定微量铋   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了新显色剂二溴羟基苯基荧光酮(DBHPF)在阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)存在下与铋的显色反应。在pH6.4~6.7的六次甲基四胺─盐酸缓冲介质中,Bi(Ⅲ)与DBHPF反应生成组成比为1:2的水溶性和稳定性皆佳的紫蓝色络合物,其吸收峰波长λmax=602nm,对比度(△λ=82nm表现摩尔吸光系数ε602=5.36×104L·mol-1·cm-1。Sandell灵敏度是3.90×10-3μg·cm-2,Bi(Ⅲ)浓度为0~15.0μg/10ml时服从比尔定律,其检测下限是0.21  相似文献

在聚乙烯醇(PVA)存在下,耐尔蓝(NB)与抗钼杂多酸络阴离子形成离子缔合物,其最大吸收位于585nm,表现摩尔吸光系数ε=3.59×105L·mol-1·cm-1,服从比尔定律范围0~2μgSc/25ml,测定极限3,0ngSc/ml(n=7),对于0.04μgSc/ml测定的相对标准偏差RSD=2.8%(n=10)。离子缔合物的摩尔组成为Sc:Mo:NB=1:12:3。本法已用于地质样品中钪的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

研究了对碘偶氮氯膦(CPA-pI)与Bi(Ⅲ)的显色反应,并用以测定合金中的微量铋。试验表明:在0.10mol/LHClO4介质中,Bi(Ⅲ)与CPA-pI形成1:3的蓝绿色络合物。显色剂的吸收峰位于550nm,络合物的吸收峰在680nm处,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε680=6.48×104L·mol-1·cm-1。Bi(Ⅲ)浓度在0~957×10-6mol/L(即0~2.0μg/ml)范围符合比尔定律。测定了近30种共存离子的影响,大多数常见离子对测定干扰较少。方法用于测定铸造铝合金与焊锡中的微量铋,结果满意  相似文献

合成并鉴定了二安替比林基─(2─溴)苯基甲烷(DAOBM),研究了它与钒(Ⅴ)的显色条件。在Tween─80和Mn(Ⅱ)存在下,DAOBM与V(Ⅴ)在H3PO4(1+10)介质中生成橙色产物,λmax=490nm,ε=1.55×106L·mol-1·cm-1,V(Ⅴ)的浓度在0.1~0.9μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于中草药和矿样中钒的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

本文研究了新显色剂DBF-偶氮氯膦与锶的显色反应。在1.2mol/LHCL介质中试剂与锶反应形成1:2的蓝色配合物,其最大吸收峰在630nm波长处,表现摩尔吸光系数为5.0×10 ̄4L·mol ̄-1·cm ̄-1,锶量在0 ̄14μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于锶硅铁合金中锶的直接光度测定获得了满意结果。  相似文献

研究了对磺酸苯亚甲基罗丹宁(SBDR)与金的显色反应。在酸性介质中,阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸(SDBS)存在下,SBDR与金反应生成2:1稳定红色络合物,λmax=530nm,ε=6.65×104L/(mol·cm)。金的质量浓度在0~50υg/25ml内,符合比尔定律。该方法用于电镀。业废水中金的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

本文研究了锆与新试剂对甲基二溴偶氮胂(DBMA)的显色反应。在0,8mol/L盐酸介质中,锆与该试剂形成蓝色配合物,它的最大吸收波长为638nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.2×10 ̄4L.mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1),锆浓度在0~20μg/25ml时服从比尔定律。方法用于测定铝、镁、铜等合金中的锆,获得满意结果。  相似文献

在聚乙烯醇(PVAVA)存在下,铱与钼酸盐和罗丹明B(RB)形成离了缔合物。缔台物的最大吸收位于570nm摩尔吸光系数ε8.36×10 ̄5’L·mol ̄-1·cm ̄-1,服从比尔定率范围为0~2.75μglr/25ml。测定2.0μg铱的相对标准偏差为2.5%(n=7),检出限43n/ml(n=12)。测定铱的适宜条件为CHClO_4=0.93mol/L,C_MoO ̄2-_49.0×10~-4mol/L,C_RB=3.3×l0 ̄-5mol/L,PVAO08%。试验了30多种共存离子的影响,除形成杂多酸元素  相似文献

提出一种简便、快速测定合金中微量铈的分析方法。在pH2~3的介质中,以偶氮氯膦-ms显色,λmax=644nm,ε=4.76×104L·mol-1·cm-1,铈的含量在0~25μg/25mL范围符合比耳定律,大量镁、锰等不干扰。此法已成功地用于镁锰合金试样分析。  相似文献

本文研究了新试剂5-(4-磺酸钠苯偶氮)-8-氨基喹啉(SPAQ)与钴的显色反应及其最佳条件。在溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下,于pH15.0的硼砂缓冲溶液中,SPAQ与钴形成2∶1的紫红色配合物,其最大吸收峰位于587.2nm,摩尔吸光系数(ε)为8.8×104L·mol(-1)·cm(-1)。钴量在0~16μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。该方法灵敏、快速,可用于矿样和维生素B12中微量钴的测定,结果满意。  相似文献
