二溴羟基苯基荧光酮分光光度测定微量铋

研究了新显色剂二溴羟基苯基荧光酮（ＤＢＨＰＦ）在阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲基铵（ＣＴＭＡＢ）存在下与铋的显色反应。在ｐＨ６．４～６．７的六次甲基四胺─盐酸缓冲介质中,Ｂｉ（Ⅲ）与ＤＢＨＰＦ反应生成组成比为１：２的水溶性和稳定性皆佳的紫蓝色络合物,其吸收峰波长λｍａｘ＝６０２ｎｍ,对比度（△λ＝８２ｎｍ表现摩尔吸光系数ε６０２＝５．３６×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１。Ｓａｎｄｅｌｌ灵敏度是３．９０×１０－３μｇ·ｃｍ－２,Ｂｉ（Ⅲ）浓度为０～１５．０μｇ／１０ｍｌ时服从比尔定律,其检测下限是０．２１     

耐尔蓝－钪钼杂多酸－聚乙烯醇体系光度法测定钪

在聚乙烯醇（ＰＶＡ）存在下,耐尔蓝（ＮＢ）与抗钼杂多酸络阴离子形成离子缔合物,其最大吸收位于５８５ｎｍ,表现摩尔吸光系数ε＝３．５９×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１,服从比尔定律范围０～２μｇＳｃ／２５ｍｌ,测定极限３,０ｎｇＳｃ／ｍｌ（ｎ＝７）,对于０．０４μｇＳｃ／ｍｌ测定的相对标准偏差ＲＳＤ＝２．８％（ｎ＝１０）。离子缔合物的摩尔组成为Ｓｃ：Ｍｏ：ＮＢ＝１：１２：３。本法已用于地质样品中钪的测定,结果满意。     

对碘偶氮氯膦与铋显色反应的研究和应用

研究了对碘偶氮氯膦（ＣＰＡ－ｐＩ）与Ｂｉ（Ⅲ）的显色反应,并用以测定合金中的微量铋。试验表明：在０．１０ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＣｌＯ４介质中,Ｂｉ（Ⅲ）与ＣＰＡ－ｐＩ形成１：３的蓝绿色络合物。显色剂的吸收峰位于５５０ｎｍ,络合物的吸收峰在６８０ｎｍ处,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε６８０＝６．４８×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１。Ｂｉ（Ⅲ）浓度在０～９５７×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ（即０～２．０μｇ／ｍｌ）范围符合比尔定律。测定了近３０种共存离子的影响,大多数常见离子对测定干扰较少。方法用于测定铸造铝合金与焊锡中的微量铋,结果满意     

二安替比林基－（2－溴）苯基甲烷与钒（Ⅴ）的显色反应研究

合成并鉴定了二安替比林基─（２─溴）苯基甲烷（ＤＡＯＢＭ）,研究了它与钒（Ⅴ）的显色条件。在Ｔｗｅｅｎ─８０和Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）存在下,ＤＡＯＢＭ与Ｖ（Ⅴ）在Ｈ３ＰＯ４（１＋１０）介质中生成橙色产物,λｍａｘ＝４９０ｎｍ,ε＝１．５５×１０６Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１,Ｖ（Ⅴ）的浓度在０．１～０．９μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于中草药和矿样中钒的测定,结果满意。     

DBF－偶氮氯膦与锶显色反应的研究及应用

本文研究了新显色剂ＤＢＦ－偶氮氯膦与锶的显色反应。在１．２ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＣＬ介质中试剂与锶反应形成１：２的蓝色配合物,其最大吸收峰在６３０ｎｍ波长处,表现摩尔吸光系数为５．０×１０￣４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ￣－１·ｃｍ￣－１,锶量在０￣１４μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于锶硅铁合金中锶的直接光度测定获得了满意结果。     

对磺酸苯亚甲基罗丹宁光度法测定金的研究

研究了对磺酸苯亚甲基罗丹宁（ＳＢＤＲ）与金的显色反应。在酸性介质中,阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸（ＳＤＢＳ）存在下,ＳＢＤＲ与金反应生成２：１稳定红色络合物,λｍａｘ＝５３０ｎｍ,ε＝６．６５×１０４Ｌ／（ｍｏｌ·ｃｍ）。金的质量浓度在０～５０υｇ／２５ｍｌ内,符合比尔定律。该方法用于电镀。业废水中金的测定,结果令人满意。     

对甲基二溴偶氮胂直接光度法测定微量锆

本文研究了锆与新试剂对甲基二溴偶氮胂（ＤＢＭＡ）的显色反应。在０,８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸介质中,锆与该试剂形成蓝色配合物,它的最大吸收波长为６３８ｎｍ,表观摩尔吸光系数为５．２×１０￣４Ｌ．ｍｏｌ￣（－１）·ｃｍ￣（－１）,锆浓度在０～２０μｇ／２５ｍｌ时服从比尔定律。方法用于测定铝、镁、铜等合金中的锆,获得满意结果。     

铱－钼酸盐－罗丹明B缔合显色反应的研究

在聚乙烯醇（ＰＶＡＶＡ）存在下,铱与钼酸盐和罗丹明Ｂ（ＲＢ）形成离了缔合物。缔台物的最大吸收位于５７０ｎｍ摩尔吸光系数ε８．３６×１０￣５’Ｌ·ｍｏｌ￣－１·ｃｍ￣－１,服从比尔定率范围为０～２．７５μｇｌｒ／２５ｍｌ。测定２．０μｇ铱的相对标准偏差为２．５％（ｎ＝７）,检出限４３ｎ／ｍｌ（ｎ＝１２）。测定铱的适宜条件为ＣＨＣｌＯ＿４＝０．９３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,Ｃ＿ＭｏＯ￣２－＿４９．０×１０～－４ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,Ｃ＿ＲＢ＝３．３×ｌ０￣－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ,ＰＶＡＯ０８％。试验了３０多种共存离子的影响,除形成杂多酸元素     

合金中微量铈的分光光度法测定

提出一种简便、快速测定合金中微量铈的分析方法。在ｐＨ２～３的介质中，以偶氮氯膦－ｍｓ显色，λｍａｘ＝６４４ｎｍ，ε＝４．７６×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１，铈的含量在０～２５μｇ／２５ｍＬ范围符合比耳定律，大量镁、锰等不干扰。此法已成功地用于镁锰合金试样分析。     

新试剂5－（4－磺酸钠苯偶氮）－8－氨基喹啉与钴的显色反应研究及应用

本文研究了新试剂５－（４－磺酸钠苯偶氮）－８－氨基喹啉（ＳＰＡＱ）与钴的显色反应及其最佳条件。在溴化十六烷基三甲铵（ＣＴＭＡＢ）存在下,于ｐＨ１５．０的硼砂缓冲溶液中,ＳＰＡＱ与钴形成２∶１的紫红色配合物,其最大吸收峰位于５８７．２ｎｍ,摩尔吸光系数（ε）为８．８×１０４Ｌ·ｍｏｌ（－１）·ｃｍ（－１）。钴量在０～１６μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律。该方法灵敏、快速,可用于矿样和维生素Ｂ１２中微量钴的测定,结果满意。
