通过对狗管式刚性连接钢框架在低周往复荷载作用下的试验,研究了该类型结构的破坏形态、变形特点、荷载—位移滞回曲线、结构耗能性能等,分析了狗管式刚性连接钢框架的受力特点及抗震性能,为其在钢结构多层或小高层中的应用提供试验依据。  相似文献

为研究半刚接钢框架钢板剪力墙结构(Partially-restrained Steel Frame-Steel Plate ShearWall)的抗震性能,利用经试验验证的双向等效拉杆模型分析了低周往复荷载作用下梁柱半刚性连接对强、弱框架SPSW结构滞回性能、承载力、刚度、耗能能力的影响。分析结果表明:SPSW结构的滞回曲线具有双重特征,当周边钢框架较强时,滞回曲线趋于饱满;当内填剪力墙板较强时,滞回曲线趋于捏缩。随着节点抗弯承载力的增加,强、弱框架的SPSW结构的滞回性能趋于饱满,耗能能力增强,水平承载力呈增大趋势,但对强框架SPSW结构的影响程度大于弱框架SPSW结构。节点抗弯承载力对强框架SPSW结构的抗侧刚度影响较大,对弱框架SPSW结构抗侧刚度影响相对较小。  相似文献

为研究钢框架十字型刚性节点构件的滞回性能,以轴压比、H型钢柱腹板厚度、钢梁截面形式及加劲肋为参数,设计8组钢框架十字型刚性节点和1组T型刚性节点;基于简化的力学模型和材料的本构关系,利用ABAQUS软件建立有限元模型,分析节点试件的滞回性能;通过与已有的T型刚性节点试验结果对比,两者吻合较好,验证有限元模型的合理性.开展十字型节点仿真分析,提取节点荷载—位移滞回曲线、包络图、骨架曲线和应力云图,获得柱轴压比、H型钢柱腹板厚度、钢梁截面形式及加劲肋对该类节点抗震性能的影响规律,并对轴压比、柱腹板与翼缘厚度比提出设计建议.结果表明:柱轴压比设计限值建议取为0.5,柱腹板与翼缘厚度比设计限值建议取为0.75.当截面形式为H型钢时,十字型刚性节点的抗震性能良好,并且优于截面形式为钢管的,节点域设置横向加劲肋可有效提高节点的抗震性能.  相似文献

将偏心支撑与半刚性连接钢框架相结合是一种新型抗震结构体系,为探讨其在地震作用下的弹塑性反应和影响因素,采用有限元软件进行了时程分析.结果表明:偏心支撑显著增加了半刚性连接钢框架的抗侧刚度,侧移减小约75%,并大大降低了结构性能对节点转动刚度的敏感性;与无支撑框架相比,有支撑框架对地震作用反应敏感,振动频率增加,底部剪力增大,但层间位移角减小;设置偏心支撑使得半刚性连接框架的屈服位置由柱脚移至耗能梁段,增加了结构的安全性和耗能能力;偏心支撑抗侧体系所承担的剪力不小于底部总剪力的75%.  相似文献

目的 研究半刚性连接钢框架参数对结构附加有效阻尼比的影响,为半刚性组合钢框架的抗震设计提供依据.方法 从半刚性连接钢框架的特点出发,结合结构附加有效阻尼比的思想,推导了半刚性连接钢框架的附加有效阻尼比计算公式,基于该计算公式,通过参数分析研究了半刚性连接钢框架结构的3个重要参数对结构附加有效阻尼比的影响.结果 连接转动刚度增大,附加有效阻尼比增大,且影响较大;结构附加有效阻尼比随着节点抗弯承载力增大而减小,但是呈现非线性变化,随抗弯承载力增大,附加有效阻尼比的变化幅度逐渐减弱;结构变形幅度增大,附加有效阻尼比逐步增大,且基本呈现线性变化.基于参数分析结果 ,半刚性连接钢框架结构附加有效阻尼比可取0.005.结论 根据附加有效阻尼比修正设计反应谱.可以确定地震作用并进行半刚性连接钢框架结构的抗震计算.  相似文献

屈曲约束支撑滞回性能优异,大量应用于中心支撑钢框架结构,可极大提高钢框架的抗震性能.但已有研究表明,当屈曲约束支撑钢框架遭遇罕遇地震时,结构产生较大的残余变形,导致震后更换支撑困难.为此提出了短屈服段屈曲约束支撑,并将其置于钢框架中进行动力时程分析.结果表明,短屈服段屈曲约束支撑钢框架的最大层间位移角较传统屈曲约束支撑钢框架最大降幅在10%左右,减小结构的残余层间位移角可达30%以上;在保证结构安全的同时,很大程度上提高了结构在震后的可修复性和遭遇二次地震时的可靠性,并且随着结构刚度的增加,额外的地震荷载几乎全由屈曲约束支撑承担,并不会给框架增加负担.  相似文献

本文一开始简述了塞棒自动拉钢系统的重要性,作者结合实际问题出发,介绍了控制系统改造的内容、原理,同时用大量的图表和数据验证了系统的运行效果。该系统利用钢水液面检测系统、采用高灵敏度的电动缸、先进的控制软件对结晶器液位实现良好的控制。尤其将拉速自动控制系统与塞棒自动控制系统的控制系统进行整合,自动化程度有了提高,为生产优钢创造了良好的设备条件,达到了系统优化的目的。  相似文献

采用Yb:YAG激光器对超高强度钢EN10292 TL4225和低合金钢H340LAD进行了激光焊接试验,分析了不同焊接参数对接头质量的影响。利用光学显微镜观察了接头的微观组织,并通过硬度测试及拉剪试验对接头的力学性能进行了测试,最后采用扫描电镜(SEM,HITACHS-4300)对拉伸断口进行了研究。结果表明,采用优化的焊接参数获得的接头具有良好的接头组织和力学性能,焊接质量能够满足实际生产中的需要。  相似文献

Steel reinforced TiC composites are an attractive choice for wear resistance and corrosion resistance applications. TiC- reinforced 17-4PH maraging stainless matrix composites were processed by conventional powder metallurgy (P/M). TiC-reinforced maraging stainless steel composites with 〉97% of theoretical density were fabricated. The microstructure, mechanical and wear properties of the composites were evaluated. The microstructure of these composites consisted of spherical and semi-spherical TiC particles. A few microcracks appeared in the composites, showing the presence of tensile stress in the composites produced during sintering. Typical properties, namely, hardness and bend strength were reported for the sintered composites. After heat treatment and aging, the increase of hardness was observed. The increase of hardness was attributed to the aging reaction in the 17-4PH stainless steel. The precipitates appeared in the microstructure and were responsible for the increase in hardness. The specific wear behavior of the composites was strongly dependent on the content of TiC particles, the interparticle spacing, and the presence of hard precipitates in the binder phase.  相似文献

The changing law of internal forces during the whole deformation development process was analyzed. The process was divided into five stages based on the internal force state of the beam and the assumptions of internal force relationship of five stages were proposed. Then, the formulas for determining the midspan deflection of the steel beam under distributed load, which was restrained both in rotational and axial directions, were obtained using restraint coefficient method and rigid-plastic mechanism, thereby the deformation development process was expressed accurately in a quantified way. Priority was given to the analysis of the process from bending to tension-bending, then the final state totally depends on tension to resist the external loads, that is the problem of catenary action of the restrained beam under distributed load. Additionally, finite element analysis was carried out with software ABAQUS6.7 on a restrained steel beam under distributed load with different axial and rotational restraint coefficients. The accuracy of the formulas presented was verified by the results of the behavior of the restrained beams. Finally, error analysis was conducted and some formulas were corrected according to the reasons of errors. The calculated results of corrected formulas match the FEM analysis results better, thus the accuracy of these formulas is improved.  相似文献

The foreign experimental and FEM research of steel moment-resisting connection reinforced with steel plates are introduced. The effect of weld on the connection design is studied in two ways including weld detail and geometrical detail of steel plates contrast to the reference drawing of connection design in China. The research shows that the weld plays an important role in the design of connections. The welds connecting reinforced plates and beam/column flange and the plate geometry have direct influence on the performance of the connections reinforced with plates. 采用有限元方法对外粘钢板加固钢管柱受力性能进行数值模拟,并与试验结果进行比较. 结果表明,在胶层的作用下,外粘钢板能与原钢管有效地联合工作,且胶层不会发生脱胶现象,同时外粘钢板能提高原钢管柱的强度和刚度,从而间接地提高构架的承载力和整体稳定性,验证了试验结果的正确性,且合理选用有限元模型可以较好地模拟试验情况.  相似文献

奥氏体钢中铬、镍元素含量较高,焊缝中容易产生晶间腐蚀和热裂纹,焊接性较差.珠光体钢的碳含量一般较低,焊接性较好.介绍了珠光体钢和奥氏体钢组合焊接时的特点,同时也介绍了奥氏体钢与珠光体钢的焊接实例.分析异质接头所处的材质特性与工况特性,采取合理的焊接工艺措施,就可以得到优质的焊接接头.  相似文献
