铈锆复合氧化物的制备及表征   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
分别采用水热法和共沉淀法制备了铈锆复合氧化物,并对所得的样品进行了XRD,SEM,BET等检测。结果表明,两种方法得到的均是由立方相的Ce0.75Zr0.25O2和四方相的Ce0.5Zr0.5O2组成的复合氧化物。所制备的铈锆复合氧化物均存在中孔结构,水热法制备的样品的比表面积和平均孔径分别为126 m2.g-1和7.3 nm,共沉淀法所得样品的比表面积和平均孔径分别为95 m2.g-1和4.0 nm。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同比例的Pr掺杂铈锆氧化物固溶体Ce0.6Zr0.4-xPrxO2-y(x=0.05, 0.10, 0.15).X射线衍射证实形成的固溶体为萤石型立方相结构;BET比表面积分析表明,随着Pr的掺杂量由x=0.05递增到x=0.15,在650℃焙烧的样品其比表面积由66.5m2·g-1增加到79.9m2·g-1,而未掺杂样品Ce0.6Zr0.4O2的比表面积为65.1 m2·g-1;粒度分布及透射电镜分析发现,制备的固溶体在水相中存在着团聚现象.应用在含有Pt, Rh和Pd的三效催化剂的制备.催化活性测试表明,在铈锆氧化物储氧材料中掺杂少量Pr,可降低三效催化剂对CO、C3H6和NO的起燃温度.不论是在富燃区还是在贫燃区,所有掺杂Pr的三效催化剂对各气体的催化转化率均高于未掺杂Pr的三效催化剂.  相似文献

用共沉淀法制备了一系列550℃焙烧和1000℃老化的Nd修饰CexZr1-xO2(x=0.8,0.6,0.2)固溶体,并利用XRD和H2-TPR等方法进行表征.结果表明,不同的Ce/Zr比对Nd修饰CexZr1-xO2固溶体的晶相结构,还原性能及高温热稳定性有重要的影响.Nd修饰的CexZr1-xO2(x=0.8,0.6,0.2)均形成了CeO2-ZrO2-Nd2O3三元氧化物均相固溶体,并未出现Nd2O3单一氧化物的特征衍射峰,其中Ce0.8Zr0.15Nd0.05O2和Ce0.6Zr0.35Nd0.05O2为立方晶相,Ce0.2Zr0.75Nd0.05O2为四方晶相,且高温条件下,晶相结构稳定.Nd的掺杂使不同Ce/Zr比例CexZr1-xO2固溶体的还原性和高温热稳定性均明显增强,其中Ce0.6Zr0.35Nd0.05O2的还原性和热稳定性最强.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了RE0.75Zr0.25O2固溶体.通过BET、XRD、SEM/TEM、程序升温还原和氧脉冲吸附等方法对合成产品性能进行了表征.研究了H2O2加入量、水热处理和表面活性剂的浸渍对固溶体高温稳定性的影响,其中水热处理和表面活性剂的浸渍是影响固溶体最终催化性能的关键因素.掺杂镧钇的铈锆固溶体经900℃老化6h后,仍保持单一的立方相结构,比表面积大于60m2·g-1,储氧量达到9.57mL·g-1,显示了较高的比表面积和储氧能力的高温稳定性.  相似文献

以Sr(NO3)2,La(NO3)3·6H2O,Mn(NO3)2为原料,丙烯酰胺为单体,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为网络剂,采用高分子网络凝胶法在600 ℃下制得纳米La0.65Sr0.35MnO3.通过XRD物相分析,得知La0.65Sr0.35MnO3粒子样品的物相是立方晶系钙钛矿结构;La0.65Sr0.35MnO3粒子平均粒径为17 nm.水溶液中亚甲基蓝染料在La0.65Sr0.35MnO3太阳光催化条件下,能迅速分解,在降解120 min时,亚甲基蓝的降解率达到92%.  相似文献

Ce0.35Zr0.55Y0. 10 solid solution was prepared by co-precipitation technique and characterized by specific surface area measurements (BET) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Ce0.35Zr0.55Y0.10 was used to prepare low Pt-Rh threeway catalyst (TWC), and its influence on the performance of TWC was investigated. The results revealed that Ce0.35 Zr0.55Y0.10 had a cubic structure similar to Ce0.50Zr0.50O2 and its specific surface area can maintain higher than Ce0.50 Zr0.50O2 after 1000 ℃ calcination for 5 h. Being hydrothermal aged at 1000 ℃ for 5 h, the catalyst containing Ce0.35 Zr0.55Y0.10 still exhibited higher conversion of C3H8, CO and NO and lower light-off temperature in comparison with Ce0.50Zr0.50O2 TWC.  相似文献

采用两种不同的沉淀方法制备出CeO2和一系列的CexZr1-xO2(x=0.8、0.5、0.1)固溶体,并应用XRD和H2-TPR对500℃焙烧和1000℃老化的样品进行研究.结果表明制备方法对CexZr1-x O2固溶体的晶相结构和还原性能有重要影响.两种方法制备的Ce0.8Zr0.2O2均为立方晶相,氨水沉淀法制备的Ce0.5Zr0.5O2为立方晶相和四方晶相共存的结构,而NaOH溶液沉淀法制备的Ce0.5Zr0.5O2为单纯的四方晶相,而且此方法制备的Ce0.1Zr0.9O2在高温条件下晶相结构不稳定,出现单斜晶相.与氨水沉淀法相比,NaOH溶液沉淀法制备500℃焙烧样品的还原性能明显较强,而在1000℃高温老化后,两者还原性能均有所降低.  相似文献

以Sm2O3、Gd2O3与Ce2(CO3)3·nH2O为原料,采用改进的沉淀法制备了二元稀土(Sm2O3)0.04 (Gd2O3)0.06掺杂CeO2纳米粉体.测定了pH值对0.80Ce(OH)4·0.08Sm(OH)3·0.12Gd(OH)3水溶胶体系Zeta电位的影响.pH值约为7.0时,体系的Zeta电位为0,即体系的等电点(IEP)为7.0.pH值为10.0时,Zeta电位达到最大值-18.5mV,说明此时该体系的稳定性最好.DTA/TG热分析表明,0.80Ce(OH)4·0.08Sm(OH)3·0.12Gd(OH)3粉体的热分解温度约为232℃.由粉末XRD分析可知,经750℃焙烧的二元稀土掺杂CeO2粉末为立方萤石结构,说明Sm2O3与Gd2O3已完全固溶到CeO2中,形成了CeO2基固溶体.由TEM照片可以看出,粉末具有良好的分散性,呈软团聚状态,粒径在5nm~10nm之间.经BET测试计算的平均颗粒尺寸为11nm,与TEM结果是一致的.  相似文献

以LaCl_3·6H_2O和H_2C_2O_4·2H_2O为原料,用室温固相化学反应首先合成出前驱物草酸镧,经750℃分解3h,得到产物纳米氧化镧。用X-射线粉末衍射和透射电镜对产物的组成、大小、形貌进行表征。结果表明:纳米氧化镧为粒度分布均匀的长方体形结构,平均粒径12nm。并考察了表面活性剂对粒径大小和分散性的影响。  相似文献

用正交试验法研究了用程序升温法制备碳化钨粉末过程中不同碳化温度、 碳化时间和甲烷气体流速对产品粒度和比表面的影响,优化出较佳的工艺条件:即在800 ℃,甲烷气体流速为10 ml · min-1条件下反应12 h,可制得超细碳化钨粉末,其粒度D50和比表面SBET分别为0.60 μm和4.08 m2 · g-1. 该样品粒度小、比表面大. 通过激光粒度仪、比表面测定仪、 XRD对样品的粒度、比表面、晶相组成等进行了分析,并在CO2重整CH4反应中研究其催化性能.  相似文献

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。  相似文献
