In logistics system, facility location–allocation problem, which can be used to determine the mode, the structure and the form of the whole logistics system, is a very important decision problem in the logistics network. It involves locating plants and distribution centers, and determining the best strategy for allocation the product from the plants to the distribution centers and from the distribution centers to the customers. Often uncertainty may be associated with demand, supply or various relevant costs. In many cases, randomness and fuzziness simultaneously appear in a system, in order to describe this phenomenon; we introduce the concept of hybrid variable and propose a mixed-integer programming model for random fuzzy facility location–allocation problem. By expected value and chance constraint programming technique, this model is reduced to a deterministic model. Furthermore, a priority-based genetic algorithm is designed for solving the proposed programming model and the efficacy and the efficiency of this method and algorithm are demonstrated by a numerical example. Till now, few has formulated or attacked the FLA problems in the above manner. Furthermore, the techniques illustrated in this paper can easily be applied to other SCN problems. Therefore, these techniques are the appropriate tools to tackle other supply chain network problems in realistic environments.  相似文献

为了解决现有物流调度系统低效缓慢、容错率低的问题,设计了基于自动导引运输车(AGV,automated guided vechicle)和路径规划优化算法的物流智能调度系统;系统搭配了AGV的物流调度硬件,又结合了路径规划理论,开发了基于Petri网络的智能路径规划算法;通过算法性能对比得知,路径规划算法设计了最优调度路径,确保了较高的准确率和工作效率;系统测试结果显示,基于AGVs路径规划的物流智能调度系统能够在各种物流环境或者库房基地完成调度任务,很好地解决了物流企业在忙碌期的繁杂调度问题;基于AGVs路径规划的物流智能调度系统提高了物流调度的自动化程度,保证了物流调度和道路运输的效率,有效推动了商业模式和市场规范的发展。  相似文献

In today's highly competitive global environment, companies are forced to compete on price and delivery speed. Global logistics transportation presents some special challenges and issues for business organizations, and these issues differ from those posed by domestic logistics transportation. This study considers road transportation problems between two countries. A mixed-integer programming model is formulated to determine the optimal fleet components, route plans, and warehouse control in two countries. A series of experiments is designed to test the effectiveness of the proposed model. To enhance the practical implications of the model, different logistics plans are evaluated according to future changes.  相似文献

This paper examines global logistics problems experienced by a third‐party logistics (3PL) company that is responsible for transporting goods from one country to another by road, as well as warehousing goods in two countries. Because of the limited fleet capacity, the logistics company has to hire additional trucks from two countries in advance. However, customer's shipment information is uncertain, and the accurate shipment notice is only available on the shipping day. This paper proposes a dual‐response logistics strategy to be as responsive as possible for coping with short shipment notice time and uncertainty involved. A two‐stage stochastic mixed 0–1 programming model is formulated to satisfy customer demand while minimizing the total logistics cost. A series of experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed stochastic model. Compared to the corresponding expected value model, the stochastic model provides a more responsive and less expensive global logistics system.  相似文献

针对电子商务物流配送实时监控与调度问题,以提高物流配送实时优化调度的智能性和科学性为突破口,引入人工智能和知识工程的知识表示理论.提出一种基于知识的物流配送问题的树状表示法,给出了基于GIS的物流配送问题知识表示的系统模型以及物流配送知识在GIS中的映射方案.该方案通过XML关系映射文档,保持了知识库和空间数据库的一致性.仿真研究表明.所进行的工作有利于深化基于GIS的物流配送实时决策和智能调度系统的研究.  相似文献

针对商家在进入大型电商平台面临的销售方式选择和物流服务策略问题,提出三种运营模式:a)转售模式,标记为A;b)代理+无平台物流模式,标记为B;c)代理+平台物流模式,标记为C。以一个电商平台和一个商家组成的分析框架为研究对象,构建两者之间的博弈模型。通过比较三种模式下的均衡结果,并结合企业的不同权力结构,发现当平台拥有绝对权力时,C模式对平台最优。当物流服务敏感系数和市场规模都较大时,B模式对拥有绝对权力的商家最优。此外,如果两者都没有绝对权力,只有当商家首先决定物流服务策略,然后平台决定销售方式时,B模式对双方最优;否则,A模式最优。本研究可为平台和商家运营模式的选择提供理论支持和决策指导。  相似文献

A closed-loop logistic model with a spanning-tree based genetic algorithm   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Due to the problem of global warming, the green supply chain management, in particular, closed-loop logistics, has drawn the attention of researchers. Although there were logistics models that were examined in the literatures, most of them were case based and not in a closed-loop. Therefore, they lacked generality and could not serve the purposes of recycling, reuse and recovery required in a green supply chain. In this study, the integration of forward and reverse logistics was investigated, and a generalized closed-loop model for the logistics planning was proposed by formulating a cyclic logistics network problem into an integer linear programming model. Moreover, the decisions for selecting the places of manufactories, distribution centers, and dismantlers with the respective operation units were supported with the minimum cost. A revised spanning-tree based genetic algorithm was also developed by using determinant encoding representation for solving this NP model. Numerical experiments were presented, and the results showed that the proposed model and algorithms were able to support the logistic decisions in a closed-loop supply chain efficiently and accurately.

Statement of scope and purposes

This study concerns with operations of 3R in the green supply chain logistics and the location selection optimization. Based on ‘cradle to cradle’ principle of a green product, a “closed-loop” structure of a network was proposed in order to integrate the environmental issues into a traditional logistic system. Due to NP-hard nature of the model, a Genetic Algorithm, which is based on spanning tree structure was developed. Test problems from the small size for accuracy to the large scale for efficiency have been demonstrated with comparison. The promising results have shown the applicability of the proposed model with the solution procedure.  相似文献

针对目前物流行业在资源优化配置以及组织调度等环节中出现的匹配精度低、调用效率差等现实问题,将物流资源分类标准作为切入点,以行业内现有资源分类体系为基础,结合实际样本数据,提出基于粗糙集的物流资源分类方法。首先以粗糙集理论为指导,对物流资源属性进行约简,然后从数据挖掘的角度进行基于属性重要度的资源分类,最终分析得出资源分类规则,以此为物流资源整合提供理论依据。通过实例分析,证明该分类方法的有效性。  相似文献

In this paper we study a logistics park location planning problem in which the capacity of the logistics park is determined by the sectors used to establish it in an open site. Since the size of each sector is not necessarily the same in every potential site, the capacity of the logistics park is thus variable, which makes this problem different from the traditional location problems in which the capacity of each facility is fixed. The task of this problem is to determine the location of the logistics parks, the sectors to be used to establish the logistics park in each open site, and the allocation of customers to the established logistics parks so as to minimize the total costs for establishing the logistics parks and supplying the demands of customers. The size mode is introduced to deal with the nonlinear establishment cost function and consequently this problem is formulated as an integer linear programming (ILP) model. Since CPLEX can only solve the ILP model with small-size problems, a tabu search (TS) hybrid with filter and fan (F&F) is presented to obtain near optimal solutions. In the hybrid algorithm, the TS is used to improve the solution by changing the allocation of customers to open sites while the F&F is used to further improve the solution by adjusting the status of sites (i.e., open or closed). In addition, an elite solution pool is constructed to store good solutions found in the searching history. Whenever the hybrid algorithm is trapped in local minima, a new start solution will be generated from the elite pool so as to improve the search diversity. To evaluate the performance of the proposed hybrid TS method, the column generation (CG) method with an acceleration strategy is developed to provide tight lower bounds. Computational results showed that the proposed hybrid algorithm can obtain optimal solutions for most of the small size problems and satisfactory near-optimal solutions with comparison to lower bounds for large size problems.  相似文献

In the middle of current finance tsunami, there demand measures from the governments across the border between Hong Kong and Mainland to alleviate the financing difficulties faced by the Hong Kong invested enterprises in Pearl River Delta (PRD). The paper describes the issues surrounding how innovative logistics techniques can be used to overcome border barriers to provide financing services to Hong Kong invested Processing Trade Enterprises (PTE) in PRD. The problems are identified for cross board financing. An analysis tool through risk transfer diagram is developed for service identification. Different financing instruments are reviewed using the tool developed in which the necessary financing logistics functions are identified. Service architecture is given for these financing logistics functions. A case study for cross border financing development in the context of bonded logistics parks shows that a cross border financing logistics park could be a viable approach to facilitating cross border financing development.  相似文献

物流协同运输是现代物流模式的发展趋势,而利润则是驱动物流协同的关键因素。针对多车场物流协同运输中的调度问题,基于汽车配件物流运输的相关约束,建立了由利润驱动的配送任务模型。通过模糊聚类建立基于集货中心点的遗传种群,通过遗传算法的交叉、变异操作进行迭代进化,在一定的迭代次数内得到一个最优解。通过一个实例说明了该模型的求解结果可以使得不同物流企业的运输车辆之间发生协同的同时达到增加物流企业运输利润的目标,从而验证了该模型的正确性和合理性。  相似文献

PurposeThis paper proposes a real-time knowledge support framework for the development of an RFID-multi-agent based process knowledge-based system which has the ability to solve dynamic logistics process management problems.Design/methodology/approachThe proposed system is developed with “real-time process management” capability which automatically identifies current process status, performs the process logic checking/reasoning, and, provides process knowledge support to staff members when they are tackling logistics activity problems. The unique feature of this on-line knowledge-based system, which enables it to enhance the performance of logistics organizations, is a process management engine incorporating radio-frequency identification (RFID) and multi-agent (MA) technologies.FindingsThe capability of the proposed system is demonstrated through an application case study in Eastern Worldwide Company Limited. Ratios δ of the values of objective functions of optimal Boolean (or integer) to the values of greedy solutions for the knapsack problem are considered. The relationship of the parameter δ with the ratio Δ of the values of objective functions for the optimal solution of linear relaxation to the values of optimal integer solution was found. Two-sided estimates for δ and Δ were obtained. A computational experiment was conducted to investigate the ratio of δ of problems of one- and two-dimensional knapsack problems with Boolean variables. A hypothesis on asymptotic behavior of the ratio δ with growth of the number of problem variables was formulated.  相似文献

为解决物流企业供应链的商流、物流、资金流、信息流、服务流等信息的不可篡改性、物品可溯源性、公证防伪不可抵赖性、资金的安全性等日益迫切的问题,提出了基于云计算的物流区块链模型及区块链共识算法。分析传统物流交易流程及其交易模型存在的问题,提出利用云计算与区块链解决其存在不足的思路;根据云计算与区块链的技术特点,融合各自的优势,给出物流区块链和云物流区块链的定义,提出基于云计算的物流区块链模型。根据实用拜占庭共识算法的基本原理和云物流区块链模型,结合去中心化和不可抵赖性的要求,对物流区块链共识算法进行设计,并与原始实用拜占庭共识算法、优化MinBFT算法进行分析比较。该算法与PBFT、MinBFT、CloudPBFT等算法进行对比实验,实验结果表明该算法在节点大于3f+1时,节点越多,吞吐量越大,其吞吐量以及网络延迟时间皆优于PBFT、MinBFT、CloudPBFT等算法。因此,该算法是一种可靠而有效的,具有去中心化和不可抵赖性的物流区块链共识算法。  相似文献

The increase in the consumption level of products with various materials has resulted in many problems. A worrisome result of this situation is environmental problems. Thus, environmental considerations during the planning, designing, implementation, and controlling of business activities in the entire supply chain have taken more attention in recent years. Therefore, many studies have been performed considering the greenness of different activities within supply chains. Greenness assessment of supply chains is one of the most critical and essential subjects of the related literature. The companies can learn their weak sides and provide the required amendments to improve their supply chains' greenness as a result of the assessment. Hence, in this study, a greenness assessment methodology is proposed for four logistics stages including in-bound, in-plant, out-bound, and reverse logistics. By investigating the greenness of different logistics stages separately, their characteristics can be analyzed in a more systematic way. Also, a detailed KPI determination process is realized, and a comprehensive KPI set is proposed for all the logistics stages for the first time in the literature. Moreover, as another novelty, a methodology based on intuitionistic fuzzy-based techniques, an integrated IF-DEMATEL and IF-ANP approach, is utilized for the greenness assessment. The related steps of the developed methodology are explicitly provided within the study, an application is realized for a company, and results are analyzed in a detailed way.  相似文献

在物流末端的配送服务中,实时揽件调度研究尚处于空白。基于GIS技术、Web技术和移动开发技术,构建了针对“最后一公里”配送的智能物流信息系统。在此系统框架内,改进加权kNN分类算法实现快递人员的实时揽件调度。通过在菜鸟驿站某网点配送活动中的应用,表明智能物流信息系统能有效提升物流网点的服务质量,实时揽件调度方法也对解决实际问题效果显著。  相似文献
