1前言70年代中期武钢冷轧厂从德国引进的1700mm五机架冷轧机,以及单机架、双机架平整机共8个机架的支承辊全部采用油膜轴承。其型号分别为50”-72QC—H和46”-72PG-H,动压和静压同时配备在油膜轴承上。当转动速度低于设定的临界值时,静压润滑系统自动向轴承承载面送入70MPa的高压油,压力最高可达140MPa。当转动速度超过临界值时,静压停止而动压进行工作,动压保持在0.8~0.12MPa。工作油温保持在40~45℃报警油温为60℃。所有轧机均为四辊轧机,工作辊驱动。其极限转速,五机架… 相似文献

A novel electrochemical method was developed to investigate the anti-contamination performance of temporarily protective oil coatings. Results showed that salt contamination on the metal substrate had influence on the heterogeneous distributions of corrosion potential, polarization resistance and their regularities. With increasing of salt contamination degree, the corrosion potentials distribution of oil coatings followed a discontinuous binomial probability distribution, whereas the anodic polarization resistance (Ra) distribution of oil coatings transformed from a log-normal probability distribution to an exponential probability distribution and then to a discontinuous binomial probability distribution, the cathodic polarization resistance (Rc) distribution of oil coatings followed a log-normal probability distribution. The influence of salt contamination on Ra and Rc of oil coatings was different. It was suggested that it is helpful to study the process of underfilm corrosion, and evaluate the performance of contamination resistance of oil coatings by using wire beam electrode. 相似文献

针对某冷轧厂在线轧制过程中轧机的振动问题,从辊缝油膜承载力的角度分析其对轧机振动的影响,得出轧制过程中辊缝间距的减小导致辊缝油膜需提供更大的承载力来维持轧机稳定。从乳化液浓度、轧辊转速、乳化液金属微粒含量方面探讨了增强辊缝油膜承载力的方法,得出乳化液浓度与轧辊转速在增强油膜承载力的同时减小了辊缝的摩擦系数,也易导致轧机振动。通过试验得出,调节乳化液金属微粒含量能够在原有摩擦系数的基础上增强辊缝油膜承载力,从而保证轧机的稳定运行。 相似文献

直接轧制工艺将从连铸机送来的钢坯不经过加热或者补热工序直接轧制成最终产品,是一种节能环保新工艺。由于受限于钢厂车间的布置,连铸机与轧制线不在同一条中心线上时,需要设计一套机构实现钢坯的转向,使之能够顺利进入轧制线。针对某高线产线,开发了一种旋转拨钢装置,可实现钢坯的快速转向。其结构简单、维护方便,在其下游配合带保温罩的输送辊道,降低了钢坯温度的损耗,有利于实现钢坯的直接轧制,从而达到节能环保的目的。介绍了该旋转拨钢装置的技术参数、结构特点、工作原理、设计选型及液压原理,同时针对使用中存在的问题,分析了原因并提出了改进措施。当前设备运行状态稳定,维护工作量小,满足了高产量快节奏的生产方式要求。 相似文献

This work presents the effects of bearing configuration on the thermo-dynamic behavior of high speed spindles using the comprehensive dynamic thermo-mechanical model. The dynamic thermo-mechanical model consists of a comprehensive bearing dynamic model, a shaft dynamic model and a thermal model. The thermal model is coupled with the spindle dynamic model through bearing heat generation and thermal expansion of the whole system based on the bearing configuration. Thus the entire model becomes a comprehensive dynamic thermo-mechanical model. The new thermo-mechanical model also considers a pertinent mapping between bearing stiffness and shaft stiffness matrices based on bearing configurations, so that more general cases of bearing configurations can be modeled. Based on this model, the effects of bearing orientation on the spindle dynamics are systematically described and experimentally validated. It is shown that bearing orientation has a significant effect on spindle stiffness. Finally, the effects of various bearing configurations on spindle thermal and dynamic behavior are illustrated through numerical analysis with three different spindles. 相似文献
