研究了采用电氧化法将对氨基苯磺酸(ABS)以"C-N"键共价键合在玻碳电极(GCE)表面,再在此功能化的GCE上对苯胺(AN)进行电聚合,制备了聚苯胺/对氨基苯磺酸复合膜修饰电极(PAN-ABS/GCE/CME)。ABS分子中磺酸基团对PAN的掺杂作用有效改善了PAN的电化学性质,使其对pH的变化更加适应,电极的稳定性得到显著提高。 相似文献

对MAH、相容剂C官能化聚合物的作用机理以及作为反应型相容剂,对PC/ABS合金的相容改性和拉伸冲击性能进行了研究。结果表明,实验中应用的相容剂马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯、马来酸酐接枝ABS和新型反应性相容剂均可以提高PC/ABS共混体系的相容性,但是马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯和马来酸酐接枝ABS的加入都不同程度地降低了合金的拉伸强度,而新型反应性相容剂不仅具有更好的增韧效果,同时还有增强作用。这种新型增容剂用量少,成本可以接受,为PC/ABS合金的性能提高提供一个较好的选择。 相似文献

Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) functionalization is industrially important since it can wide the ABS application range. However, grafting of functional groups must be effective. This work aimed evaluating the effectiveness of ABS functionalization in an internal mixer, using maleic anhydride (MA) and dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as initiator, at 2.5% and 5.0%; and 0.3% and 0.5% contents respectively. Torque rheometry, melt flow rate (MFR), titration, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), contact angle, thermogravimetry (TG), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to collect the main parameters of produced compounds. For ABS with 5% MA and 0.5% DCP, an efficiency of 62% was reached with the degree of grafting 3.1% MA. FTIR spectra confirmed new band in ABS chain in 1780 cm−1 due to the carbonyl group. Reduction in contact angle and thermal stability were verified, whereas MFR and torque rheometry suggested that viscosity decrease is most due to the molecular weight reduction. In general, MA grafted ABS presented proper functionalization with great potential for applications as reactive compatibilizer. 相似文献

To improve the interfacial adhesion between carbon fiber (CF) and poly(acrylonitrile‐butadiene‐styrene) (ABS) thermoplastic, an emulsion sizing whose film former was a terpolymer N‐phenylmaleimide‐styrene‐maleic anhydride (NSM)/ABS mixture was prepared. NSM, an efficient heat‐resistant modifier for ABS, could make the film former possess a superior heat resistance, which helped the sizing layer maintain integrity during the preparation of CF/ABS composite. Moreover, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results demonstrated that the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the NSM modified ABS achieved an improvement of 25.3°C. Particle size and distribution of the sizing agent were investigated to evaluate its stability. The FTIR spectrum obtained demonstrated that the chemical compositions of the sized CF got greatly changed and numerous functional groups appeared on sized CF. Abrasion resistance and fluffs of CF were tested and the results indicated that the sized CF obtained an appreciable enhancement in handleability. Interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) results revealed, after sizing, that the ILSS enhanced by 26.6%, due to the inserted sizing layer between CF and ABS matrix. POLYM. 以3种本体丙烯腈?丁二烯?苯乙烯聚合物(ABS)牌号树脂胶液配比和工艺参数为基准,从橡胶的种类、结构、活性官能团数量、黏度、分子量及其分布等方面进行参照对比,选用1种适合本体ABS合成用国产橡胶,代替专利商指定配方用胶(720AX和565T橡胶),在4釜串联平推流本体ABS小试装置上进行试验。通过对原橡胶与替代橡胶在结构、性能上的差异对比,结合相应ABS树脂的试样性能表征分析,对选用替代橡胶的可行性做出分析和评价。结果表明,国产编号BR?A胶与720AX胶在试验过程中表现的性能差异性较小,可相互替代;国产编号BR?B胶中的1,2?乙烯基含量偏低,橡胶分子量偏大,若替代565T胶,还需进一步进行性能优化。 相似文献
