采用BP神经网络方法建立了铝热连轧精轧机组出口厚度预测模型,采用试错法解决了中间隐层最佳隐层单元数的问题,采用回归法确定了轧机的相关弹性系数,建立了轧机的弹跳方程数学模型。通过比较有、无传统弹跳方程数学模型输入的神经网络厚度预测模型,确定了弹跳方程对神经网络在热连轧厚度预报应用中的重要性,提出了BP神经网络与数学模型相结合的综合网络方法。相比全部使用整体神经网络,中间隐层最佳隐层单元数减小,网络结构得以简化,网络负担减小,网络的泛化能力也得到加强,同时也进一步提高了预报精度。预测结果与实测数据对比表明,相对误差在1%以内,实现了高精度预报,为铝热连轧出口厚度预报提供了一条准确高效的新途径。  相似文献

Mössbauer spectra were obtained for α and β-Al-Fe-Si intermetallic compounds, which are usually detected as precipitates in commercial grade Al metals. The samples were prepared by two methods, electrolytic extraction of precipitates from Al ingots and direct melting of appropriate amounts of raw materials. By the latter method, pure compounds have been obtained, whose spectra can be used as the standard spectra of these compounds to analyze the Mössbauer spectra of Al alloys.  相似文献

Eutectic compositions and congruently melting intermetallic compounds in binary and multi-component systems among common elements such as AI, Ca, Cu, Mg, P, Si, and Zn may be useful for high temperature heat storage. In this work, heats of fusion of new multicomponent eutectics and intermetallic phases are reported, some of which are competitive with molten salts in heat storage density at high temperatures. The method used to determine unknown eutectic compositions combined results of differential thermal analysis, metallography, and microprobe analysis. The method allows determination of eutectic compositions in no more than three steps. The heats of fusion of the alloys were measured using commercial calorimeters, a differential thermal analyzer, and a differential scanning calorimeter. The thermodynamics of the cadmium- and zinc-rich alloys in the Cd?La, Cd?Ce, Cd?Pr, Zn?La, Zn?Ce, and Zn?Pr systems have been studied with a high-temperature galvanic cell method. The values of the standard free energy of formation (kcal per mole) of the intermetallic compounds are given by the equations: $$\begin{gathered} (LaCd_{11} ), \Delta Gf^ \circ = - 72.3 + 43.6 \times 10^{ - 3} T (670^ \circ to 804^ \circ K) \hfill \\ (CeCd_{11} ), \Delta Gf^ \circ = - 70.5 + 44.6 \times 10^{ - 3} T (638^ \circ to 884^ \circ K) \hfill \\ (PrCd_{11} ), \Delta Gf^ \circ = - 69.1 + 44.8 \times 10^{ - 3} T (635^ \circ to 825^ \circ K) \hfill \\ (LaZn_{11} ), \Delta Gf^ \circ = - 92.6 + 48.0 \times 10^{ - 3} T (705^ \circ to 793^ \circ K) \hfill \\ (CeZn_{11} ), \Delta Gf^ \circ = - 87.9 + 45.0 \times 10^{ - 3} T (710^ \circ to 1018^ \circ K) \hfill \\ (PrZn_{11} ), \Delta Gf^ \circ = - 85.3 + 42.7 \times 10^{ - 3} T (696^ \circ to 875^ \circ K) \hfill \\ \end{gathered} $$ Equations are also given for the partial molar excess free energies of the lanthanide in dilute solutions of the lanthanide in liquid cadmium or zinc. The enthalpy of formation of the intermetallic compounds is discussed in terms of the crystalline structure of these intermetallic compounds. It is shown that the enthalpy of formation is a linear function of the ration/V c , wheren is the number of zinc or cadmium atoms which are near-neighbors of the lanthanide atom andV c is the volume of the cage formed by the near-neighbor cadmium or zinc atoms. A linear dependence of the enthalpy of formation onn/V c is also found for the intermetallic compounds in several other binary systems. These empirical correlations are discussed in terms of a model which involves localized bonds between the lanthanide and zinc or cadmium atoms.  相似文献

针对真空感应炉生产过程中温度测量成本较高及精度较差等不足,建立了基于RBF神经网络的真空感应炉终点钢水温度预报模型。对输入参数作了详细的分析、筛选,并运用聚类算法对该模型进行了训练。结合现场数据进行了学习和预报,预报命中率较高,表明采用该方法可很好地预报钢水温度。  相似文献

分析探讨钛钒基TiVCrFeZr合金的熔炼特点和热处理工艺,利用XRD,SEM和电子“微探针”技术对合金微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:真空电弧熔炼难以解决合金宏观成分偏析;电弧熔炼后再进行真空感应熔炼可以解决合金成分的宏观偏析。当TiVCrFeZr合金中锆含量很低时,可以通过高温长时间保温和快速真空淬火工艺获得均质单相的固溶体合金。  相似文献

基于RBF-BP混合神经网络的烧结烟气NOx预测   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
摘要:对烧结烟气NOx生成量进行预测,能为烧结NOx源头和过程减排提供有效指导。利用BP神经网络模型和RBF神经网络模型对烧结烟气NOx进行了预测,在此基础上结合BP模型自适应学习能力强和RBF模型快速收敛的特性,采用优化模型结构、设立连接层的方法,构建RBF BP混合神经网络模型进行了NOx预测研究,并对3种模型的预测结果进行了对比分析。研究表明,3种神经网络模型中,RBF-BP混合模型的均方根误差为11.37mg/m3,平均绝对误差为7.14mg/m3,最大绝对误差为35.47mg/m3,最小绝对误差为0.0083mg/m3,各评价指标均为3种模型中最优,混合神经网络模型的预测数据稳定性更好,结果拟合程度更高且收敛速度最快。采用混合模型预测NOx能有效消除烟气NOx生成量反馈延迟。  相似文献

Titanium aluminide intermetallic compounds have an excellent capability for use in engineering structures at high temperatures. In the present work the formation of Nb rich inclusions in microstructure and evaporation of Al during melting of γ-TiAl based alloy (Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb-1B (at %)) was studied. The results show that the inclusions cannot be removed even with a four-stage melting process, when elemental Nb is used as raw material. However, by replacing Nb with NbAl3 and using a three-stage melting process, the inclusions were removed from microstructure and also evaporation of Al was reduced remarkably. Otherwise, with removing elemental Al from raw material by using TiAl compound, evaporation of Al will be very low. Increasing vessel pressure from 400 to 600 mbar will not influence evaporation of Al. The article is published in the original.  相似文献
