利用水热法,以硝酸钴为原料,分别以碳酸氢铵、六次甲基四胺为沉淀剂,制备了Co3O4。借助X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜手段对样品进行表征。以六次甲基四胺为沉淀剂制得的Co3O4,在6 mol.L-1KOH水溶液中,电位窗口为0~0.4V内,通过循环伏安和恒流充放电测试,显示该材料制备的电极具有良好的电容行为。充放电流在为5 mA时,单电极的比容量达到239 F.g-1,是以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂制得的Co3O4电极的1.57倍,说明以六次甲基四胺为沉淀剂制备的Co3O4具有较好的电化学电容性能。  相似文献

采用水热法制备了Co3O4/石墨烯复合物,用XRD、FTIR和TEM测试了样品的结构和形貌,采用循环伏安法(CV)、交流阻抗和恒电流充放电测试分别研究了Co3 O4/石墨烯复合物电极的电化学性能.结果表明:石墨烯的掺入增加了Co3O4作为电极材料的可逆性,并降低了Co3O4纳米粒子与电解液的接触电阻和Warburg扩散阻抗.在6mol/L的KOH电解液中,复合物的比电容高达562F/g,1000次循环后比电容仅仅下降了2.6%.  相似文献

纳米Fe3O4-活性炭混合超级电容器电化学性能的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
研究了以纳米FeaO4和活性炭(AC)为电极材料的超级电容器.以FeSO4·7H2O和氨水为原料,采用微波法制备出平均粒径为36nm的Fe3O4纳米粒子.组装了以6mol/L KOH溶液为电解液的Fe3O4/KOH/Fe3O4、AC/KOH/AC、Fe3O4/KOH/AC三种类型的模拟电容器.用循环伏安、恒流充放电和交流阻抗法对电容器进行了电化学性能测试.结果发现,混合电容器的工作电压可达到1.2V.电流密度为0.5mA/cm2时,正/负极质量比为1.5的Fe3O4/KOH/AC电容器的能量密度达到9.25Wh/kg,与AC/KOH/AC电容器相比,能量密度提高了53.4%.  相似文献

采用免模板水热法和500℃下的热处理过程制备了Co3O4-NiO复合材料.通过TG-DSC、XRD和SEM对复合材料的物相结构和形貌进行了表征,结果表明:复合材料中Co3O4和NiO的晶型分别为立方相和菱形结构,而且还具有特殊的花状结构.采用循环伏安、恒流充放电以及交流阻抗法测试了复合材料在6mol·L-1的KOH电解液中的电化学性能,结果表明:水热法制备的Co3O4-NiO复合材料具有很好的赝电容储能特性,比电容可达362.5F·g-1.  相似文献

采用离子注入的方法,将钴离子(Co)直接注入到氧化铟锡(ITO)导电玻璃电极表面,制得纳米钴修饰电极(Co/ITO)。通过循环伏安法(CV)、X-射线光电子能谱法(XPS)以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对纳米钴修饰电极表面进行了表征。以Co/ITO为工作电极,在0.1 mol L-1Na OH溶液中,峰电流与谷胱甘肽(GSH)浓度在1.0×10-7mol·L-1~2.0×10-6mol·L-1之间呈线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-7mol·L-1。纳米钴修饰电极还体现了良好的稳定性和重现性,可用于实际样品中谷胱甘肽的检测。  相似文献

采用电化学沉积法,以碳气凝胶(CA)为基底沉积氢氧化钴(Co(OH)2),并热处理制备碳气凝胶/四氧化三钴(CA/Co3O4)复合电极材料。采用XRD,SEM对样品的结构和微观形貌进行表征。采用循环伏安,恒电流充放电测试,交流阻抗测试对样品的电化学性能进行了表征和测试。研究结果表明,采用电化学沉积法制备的CA/Co3O4复合电极材料,在电流密度0.5和5 A/g时,其质量比容量分别为1 020和646 F/g。可见Co3O4的复合,能够很大程度的提升电化学性能。  相似文献

以NiSO4·6H2O和NaOH为原料,采用常温合成-水热改性-中温焙烧工艺制备了分散性好、平均粒径约为40nm的规则六角片状形貌的氧化镍电极材料.利用循环伏安和恒流充放电对氧化镍制备的电极的电容性能进行了研究,结果表明,NiO电极在KOH电解液中具有良好的超电容特性和循环寿命,在充放电电流为20mA时,NiO电极的比容量达到252F/g.  相似文献

以西瓜皮的炭化料为前驱体,KOH为活化剂(碱炭比1∶1~4∶1),在800℃下活化1h制备超级电容器用活性炭电极材料。利用低温N2吸附法对活性炭的孔结构进行表征,采用恒流充放电、循环伏安和漏电流等测试方法评价了其在无机体系(3mol·L-1 KOH)中的电化学性能。结果表明,4种活性炭均属层次孔炭,孔径集中分布在0.8~4.5nm之间,包括0.8~2.0nm之间的微孔和2.0~4.5nm之间的中孔;比表面积、总孔容和中孔率最高分别达2480m2·g-1、1.521cm3·g-1和78.8%。4种活性炭电极材料的充放电可逆性良好,具有典型的双电层电容特性,质量比电容、比电容保持率最高分别达258F·g-1、84.9%,是一种理想的电化学电容器用活性炭电极材料。  相似文献

三维石墨烯材料具有独特的多孔网络连通结构,大的比表面积,良好的光、电、热、力学等性质,被认为是理想的电极材料。以廉价煤炭为原料,通过催化热处理、化学氧化及水热还原等技术制得三维煤基石墨烯宏观体;采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和拉曼光谱等检测手段对样品形貌及结构进行表征;并进一步通过恒电流充放电(GCD)、循环伏安(CV)及交流阻抗(EIS)等技术研究了三维石墨烯材料在碱性(6mol/L KOH)、酸性(1mol/L H_2SO_4)及中性(1mol/L Na_2SO_4)_3种水系电解液中的电化学性能。结果表明,三维煤基石墨烯材料在酸性和碱性电解液中具有较高的比电容;其中,在6mol/L KOH水系电解液中的比电容高达288.9F/g,并具有较好的稳定性,充放电循环1 000次后材料的电容保持率为91.6%。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献
